Sarah and her team were the absolute best! She was responsive, easy to chat with… and best of all… her food and service were absolutely outstanding! They arrived to the venue timely, made last minute adjustments with no problem… and were fun, sociable, professional and completely autonomous. We hardly knew they were there, aside from the delicious food and kind service. I could not recommend farmer meets foodie enough!

Absolutely loved working with Farmer Meets Foodie!! The incredible workers were super communicative and had a great menu to choose from that was very accommodating. I was choosing a caterer super late in the game but they were super helpful and made the process easy. For my wedding we did the drop off option and the lady that was dropping off the food was so communicative and helpful! The food was INCREDIBLE!! Especially the mini cheesecakes! Everyone raved about the food all night long. I’m super thankful for finding such a kind communicative vendor because it took so much stress off of the wedding planning process!

Farmer Meets Foodie is a catering company based near Kalispell, MT that crafts dishes for weddings and events. Hey I’m Sarah! I created this business in 2018 to provide catering services that challenge the way society has taught us to eat. I believe food should be sourced with intention, and I love the process of getting to know the farmers that are growing our ingredients right here in MT. Nutrition, sourcing, flavor and presentation are my main priorities when it comes to food. My favorite thing to eat is (all things) brunch - especially crepes and eggs benedict. When I’m not cooking, you might find me at the yoga studio, playing guitar, reading something non-fiction, hiking or snowboarding.

Kamryn has been a part of the Foodie Team since 2021! These days she works with us on site at events, and she's also a part of our client communications team! Kam's favorite snacks include nachos and fresh watermelon. In her spare time you can find her playing tennis, skiing, or going on long drives.

Our wedding venue didn’t have cooking facilities, but Sarah and her team arrived early and set up everything needed to prepare our meal right on-site, which was impressive. The food was an absolute hit, and our guests are still raving about it! Sarah truly captured the essence of a summer Montana evening with her dishes, from a stunning charcuterie board featuring local cheeses and sausages, to perfectly braised pork chops, and finishing with the most delicious mini huckleberry shortcakes for dessert. Since our wedding was a destination celebration and we’d never met Sarah in person or tasted her food beforehand, we were a little nervous. However, Sarah’s excellent communication and glowing reviews from past clients put our minds at ease, and we are so glad we chose her. We had Sarah cater two different corporate events. The first was a customized cooking class for a team building event for fourteen of us. It was so much fun, and the food was fanta...

stic...all fresh ingredients. Sarah took the time to survey our team, assign us to cooking stations and expertly and patiently guided us through each step. At the end we enjoyed the wonderful meal and the time together. The second event was a dinner for our board of directors and management team retreat for about fifty. We chose a barbecue theme, and Sarah was very accommodating with any special requests and substitutions. Again, all fresh ingredients and honestly, I do not think we had any leftovers! The group loved it! Sarah and her team are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She takes great care and pride in the food she prepares, and it is very evident in the result...delicious! Her and her team even prepared such a wonderful meal in the middle of a crazy torrential, hour-long, hail storm (at an outdoor wedding)! the final deserts. We wanted to incorporate a western Pennslyvania cookie table into our Montana wedding and she did an amazing job. She made several dozen fantastic cookies; they looked and tasted so good. Sarah was able to easily incorporate several allergy restrictions for our guests while still having wonderful food. She is very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. I would highly recommend her!

working early on with Sarah to create our personalized menu for our guests. It really made the meal unique, and the fact that it is locally sourced, and the ingredients are as fresh as can be because she uses seasonal ingredients, made the meal above and beyond. I also really appreciated how willing and open Sarah was to travel and cook in our outdoor venue. Sarah and her staff had to be clever about preparing the food without a standard kitchen to use, and everything was restaurant (honestly better) quality. Everyone at our wedding toasted the meal, saying it was the best they have had at a wedding. Not an exaggeration! The prices were also incredibly fair, and her flexibility in the guest count was so appreciated. Overall, working with Sarah was such a fantastic experience from start to end, and I would highly recommend her to future brides! So happy to support a women-owned business with great values, and a fantastic product, cheers to Sarah & her staff!
