We absolutely loved having our wedding at Farmington! From the first day of the tour to the day after the wedding, we had a wonderful experience. Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered any and every question we had, was super helpful and very kind. The getting ready space is perfect for the entire group, and the garden was beautiful to get married in. 10/10 recommend Farmington as a venue! Not to mention, the price point is very reasonable!

Farmington Historic Home is a wedding venue that sits on 18 stunning acres in the heart of Louisville, KY. We have beautiful formal gardens behind a historic home, built for the Speed family in 1816, and visited by Abraham Lincoln. There are multiple outdoor spaces on the property for a truly spectacular wedding ceremony. Alternatively, you could combine the ceremony and reception and host your gathering under our open-air pavilion. It really is a grand space adaptable for a variety of uses. The best thing about Farmington Historic Home is that the venue is perfect for all kinds of occasions. Whether it's a wedding for 30 or 300, a milestone anniversary, or a small rehearsal dinner, Farmington is one of Louisville's most special event spaces.

outdoor wedding where the ceremony and reception could be in the same place and Farmington was perfect for that! I only wished we could have stayed later and kept celebrating!

September 5th so our date was pretty hot but we managed to keep from melting away, especially once the sun set. The carriage house was the perfect space for getting ready and it also had a kitchen and bathrooms. Overall I am incredibly pleased that we chose Farmington for our wedding and can't complain about any aspect.
