uld ever imagine! I wanted something very specific and Rachael executed it absolutely beautifully. My wedding flowers: from the bouquets to the flowers for the chuppah to the centerpieces were gorgeous, lush, beautiful and very unique. I got so many compliments on how gorgeous and special they were. Rachael is a great listener, very professional, extremely responsive, calm and patient. I am so happy Farrissey did my flowers, I cannot thank them enough for flowers that were truly a dream come true!!!

We had greenery draped all the way down the grand staircase at the Providence public library and the candelabras she used to the ceremony pieces were breathtaking. She pays so much attention to every detail and gladly incorporated a locket with pictures of my grandmothers in them. Rachael will not disappoint and I would recommend her to anyone!

int. When you look at Rachael's website it is no secret that she is extremely talented but the person behind the designs is even better if that is possible. Rachael is extremely communicative and responsible and was very helpful throughout the process. She listened and gave ideas and met with us when we were visiting Newport from NYC. She created a unique flower crescent shaped arch that was on the ground versus standing tall to not block the view. All of our flowers were beautiful and she so tasteful. She helped us match our flowers and decor to the ballroom and everything was absolutely perfect. Rachael is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Working with her was a pleasure and we are so happy she was a part of our special day!

d prepared when showing me all of our options at our first consultation -- from flowers to greenery to vases to statement pieces -- she was incredible and had so many options and ideas! Didn't even realize the possibilities! She was very flexible as well as we went through the full design; she was creative in ways to cut costs that didn't sacrifice the overall feeling/image I was going for. When it came to execution, Rachael nailed it. I didn't even have to THINK about the set-up; she just did it! So flawlessly as well, down to every detail. The arrangements, especially the alter arrangements, were perfect and really brought the beauty of our ceremony to the next level. The arrangements sat naturally with the beautiful background gardens, what with the colors, the flowers themselves, and the flow of the arrangement. It was absolutely stunning. Overall, I can't rave about Rachael enough. She was so pleasant to work with and made the whole process so effortless, easy, and FUN. Her pricing is also very reasonable, so you really get everything with her. HIGHLY highly recommend -- Farrissey Floral Design is the best!

I found it very hard to find a vendor who understood my vision for the venue, but Rachael has worked at Glen Manor House since childhood and was married there herself! Needless to say, she knew exactly how to tastefully decorate every inch of the space. In our first phone call, she explained her recommendations for arrangements - how big they should be, where to place them, and how to fill space without going overboard with flowers. She also handled the centerpieces for dinner tables, which was a huge relief for me as a bride planning from abroad! I sent her a few inspiration pictures for bouquets, centerpieces, and general decor, and I was absolutely blown away by her work on the day of the wedding. The bouquets were perfect - exactly the right look to compliment my dress and match my vision. I came downstairs before the ceremony and was in awe of the venue. It looked like a fairytale! She managed to make the Glen look even more beautiful and dreamlike than I thought possible, while still honoring my request for minimal flowers/decor. I got so many compliments from guests about how the candlelight perfectly created an intimate ambiance and made it feel like a warm dinner with close friends. Talent aside, she was also great at responding promptly to emails and phone calls at odd hours (I planned the wedding from abroad) and managing details without a face-to-face meeting before the wedding day. It was such a pleasure to work with her, and I’m so grateful that she was able to bring our vision to life! Thank you for everything Rachael!

ht, and she is TALENTED!! Not to mentioned she is such a sweetie! She was so easy to work with. She worked with us to make our budget work, prioritize our needs/wants to make a beautiful event. Our wedding was at the New Bedford Whaling museum. Of course the museum is a beautiful place on its own, but the Harbor Gallery is a blank slate. Its a fabulous space, but she transformed the room into a magical place!! I cant express how perfect she made the space. She created hanging piece that transformed the room! The tablescapes were perfection! Thank Rachael! Trust in Rachael and you will have a beautiful wedding day!

And the centerpieces - so creative and different. I could not be happier. And, Rachael's husband was there to help her setup and take down. So cute!

RI. Rachael was the most responsive AND provided the best proposal/quote for my wedding. Our venue also recommended her, as she had done many weddings at the Glen including her own. Another huge plus was that her website had a great portfolio of her past work. Rachael was extremely accommodating: I was traveling when I first got in touch with her, and we set up our first call based on my busy schedule. As we planned the designs for the wedding, it was clear that she was extremely knowledgeable about seasonal flora and their aesthetics. I also changed my mind a couple times during the planning process and added/took out items as much as 3 weeks before up to the wedding. Nevertheless, Rachael kept track of all the details and changes, and she was super nice during it all. Rachael will take your vision and floral inspiration and make it a hundred times better. On my wedding day, my jaw actually dropped when she came in with the bouquets--they were so beautiful!! I also loved the table centerpieces, mantle floral design, and the flowers that she used on our wedding cake. She far exceeded my expectations, and I would 100% recommend Farrissey Floral Design for your wedding.
