Fashion Bride Studio- Custom Wedding Dresses

Do not, and I repeat DO NOT ever bring your dress to Osanka at Fashion Bride to be altered. She damaged my dress almost beyond repair. I brought my wedding dress in to be hemmed and for a bustle to be made, and came back 2 weeks later to my dress with a bustle on a silver, visible hook that was down below my waist like a tail with the bunched up fabric dragged behind me. Worse, however, was the length of the dress, which fell a good 3 inches above the ground and was jagged, uneven, and strings were hanging down where she had cut through the beautiful lace flowers on my dress. She refused to refund the full amount, only issuing a refund for the service charges. I left in tears with a ruined dress, and was only able to salvage it because my new trusted alterations shop evened out the bottom and created a new bustle. However, the dress was cut so short and unevenly that I am forced to wear flats instead of the beautiful heels I purchased for the day. I am absolutely apalled by the behavior and craftmanship of Osanka at Fashion Bride and have told everyone I know to steer clear. She truly ruined my dress beyond wear, and I am just thankful she did not ruin it beyond repair. I hope this helps other girls not go through the same thing that I did, especially not for such an important day!!
