They have done multiple eyelash extensions for me for various wedding events-- they are phenomenal and affordable! The staff is friendly and beyond dedicated to making you look unbelievable.

They're great at what they do, unfortunately they lie and change prices on you. In August 2015, I won a free bridal make up trial and loved what they did. My bridesmaid that was with me loved what my make up looked like as well since she was with me. My artist said it would be $75 for my make up the day of and the same for any bridesmaids that wanted to have theirs done as well. I was happy about this, so I signed a contract and put a deposit down. After a few days I tried to call to see how much it would be to add getting my hair done. After numerous phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails, I could never get ahold of ANYONE. Finally someone responded via Facebook and gave some ridiculous price for my hair, which I turned down. Mind you, we were now in September. A few weeks ago, I get a phone call from the owner of the shop wanting to go over the details for my wedding next summer (7/30/16). Somehow the price had increased to $350!!! From $75 people! The owner pretty much told me I was a liar and no one would ever tell me $75 and my deposit was no refundable. So I could pay the $350 or loose my $100 deposit. I was told she would speak with the girl that took care of me and call me back. I have yet to hear anything and it has been a few weeks. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. I also will ensure that no one I know does either. What an AWFUL way to run a business.

I've seen Berkha's makeup at two of my friend's weddings and it was just beautiful. Exquisite work! I especially loved the eye shadow. I can't wait to get my wedding make up done here.

I came here to get my wedding makeup done by Berkha (the owner) based on recommendations from the SouthAsian community. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. If there are any brides in Houston who are looking to get their makeup done by them, I would HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. Here was my experience: First, I gave all the information I wanted for my makeup to Berkha's assistant, Lauren, only to get to my appointment to be greeted with "what do you want for you rmakeup?" So all the emails and explanations I sent to Lauren either didn't reach Berkha or Berkha didn't care to read up on them. Second, I was told to arrive at my appointment at 2pm and that the entire makeup/hair/dupatta setting was going to take about 3 hours. It didn't. It took almost 4.5 hours! I understand it's hard to predict how long these things take but the issue I had with this was the fact that I got there at 2pm and Berkha was in the front talking to a group of people for around 40 mins!!! Not only is this extremely unprofessional, it meant my appointment ran late and I arrived at my venue late. I was barely able to get ANY bridal pictures because our guests started to arrive! Also, while I was getting my hair/makeup done, Berkha had such a negative attitude! It was as if she didn't want to be there. This is hardly the type of service you'd expect from the OWNER of a business. Every time I told her I wanted something/didn't want something, it almost felt like she would roll her eyes and be annoyed by my requests. It made my wedding day so much more stressful than it needed to be! Lastly, my makeup was not worth the money and issues listed above. Honestly, I could have done my own makeup and would have ended up with a better look. :( So in the end, I paid a ton of money for makeup I didn't like, got attitude while getting it done so it was a stressful experience, AND didn't get to take a lot of pictures on my wedding day because of the excessively unprofessional service of the Fashion Face team. Ladies, stay AWAY!

They are absolutely amazing, talented girls and very friendly, i go to them everytime I need to get my makeup and hair done and i'm always satisfied!

Joy and Priscila did my hair and makeup for the engagement pictures and wedding, they also did my bridemaids hair and makeup. We really like their work, it lasted all day looking great!! I just arrived to Houston and find Fashion Face at the Bridal Extravaganza, I am really glad I picked them!!! It is a bit pricey but it is worth it!

Tatyana did an amazing job on my wedding day makeup. There was another woman who did my hair but I can't remember her name. I never felt more beautiful in my entire life. The price was also really good compared to most other airbrush/wedding makeup and hair vendors in Houston. Thanks for making me beautiful on my wedding day, Fashion Face!

Please know I have never been so disappointed by a business before to the point of writing a negative review. I feel other customers should be warned. I even gave this establishment and its owners a chance to settle our differences but was further disappointed. I received a full bridal package including a portrait session done first as a trial which I was pleased with. Then, they were to provide on location hair/makeup services on the day of my wedding for me, 6 bridesmaids, and two moms. The first artist showed up an hour late and the second artist 20-30 minutes later. I had an early morning ceremony and those of you who have had a wedding know how strict the timeline can be. Needless to say, I was way stressed and unable to truly enjoy the moments preparing for my special occasion. Of course, they focused on getting me somewhat ready on time so my bridesmaids and moms got poor jobs if any. Most of my bridesmaids had to curl their own hair before getting it done, and at least one or two bridesmaids were unable to get ANYTHING done. Everything was prepaid. The wedding was able to start on time and I was mostly satisfied with the way I looked but my bridesmaids and moms were not. It really put a dent in my special day. And then to make matters worse, they refused to offer any more than a 15 dollar refund to my bridesmaids. That is not the way to run a business, they should acknowledge the bad service they provided and try to appease the situation. I would advise to stay away and not risk this place!

these are pros! ive had my hair and makeup done at other places before but never like this. this was a tag team power make over! i looooved the experience! very focused, strategic, and know how to work with what the client has. i was afraid that i wouldnt look or feel beautiful because i had not reached my weight loss goal- but i quickly got over that when i saw myself in the mirror! i loved my look and im still getting compliments to this day! in fact i loved them so much ive been driving 3 hours to their location to get several other services done. i love fashion face and so will you!

I wasn't the bride, I was a bridesmaid and although, admittedly, the work they did on the bride was great - they were late to location, only 1 of the 3 artists showed up - others had to be called in, we were rushed to get to the church on time, I did NOT receive any of the services I had to prepay for - It was a fiasco. I did contact Fashion Face to discuss the issue and was told they were not to blame, they felt they went above and beyond because they had to return to fix the hair and make-up, which had they done properly in the 1st place they would not have had to return, so no they did not go above and beyond. The manger offered in store credit only after I agreed to email pics and after SHE determined if any services had been performed. I filed a complaint with my bank and they are conducting an investigation. If you chose to use FF - confirm a gazillion times with everyone at FF to make darn certain they know what is expected of them and when it is expected.

I got my wedding makeup done from Berkha and hair from Tatayana at Fashion Face. I went through almost a dozen trials in between Houston and New York (my hometown), before deciding on Fashion Face. When I went into them a week before my wedding, Berkha set me up with a whole Bridal package at the salon which was amazing. My skin was glowing!! My makeup and hair on my wedding looked perfect - it was exactly what I had envisioned! Not only is Berkha an exquisite makeup artist, she has the ability to keep brides calm among all the varying opinions of friends and families and chaos right before the wedding. My pictures and video look fabulous - I couldn't be more pleased! I would fly her out to do my makeup here in New York :) Thanks Berkha and Tatayana!

These girls did an amazing job on not only my make up but my family as well. They were there on time and had no problem with some last minute changes. Both my wedding make up and bridal make up looked amazing.

FASHION FACE IS THE BEST MAKEUP & HAIR ARTIST COMPANY AROUND! Where do I begin?! Berkha and Tatyana was AMAZING! They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my makeup and hair and I couldn't have asked for anything more. These ladies are amazing at their job and their attention to detail is what sets them apart from everyone else. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and that is exactly what I got! I can't imagine anyone else doing my make up and hair for such a special day. Not only was I thrilled with it, but my friends and family couldn't stop talking about what a fabulous job they did. Even after so many months i still get so many compliments about my makeup and hair on my wedding day . I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married!!!!

I worked with Tatyana who was fabulous. I loved everything. My bridesmaids, mom and grandma also had their hair and makeup done and everyone had a great experience.

I absolutely loved going through Fashion Face. They did my hair and make-up for my wedding day and my bridal portraits. Both photo shoots turned out wonderful! They did such an excellent job and were so friendly. I received so many compliments on my hair and make-up the day of my wedding. They gave me exactly the look I wanted and more. I absolutely loved these women and I searched everyone for our make-up team. They sent an army and stayed on time and everyone looked amazing! I was completely satisfied with Fashion Face. Three girls came in and did my makeup and hair, wedding party, and the MOB & MOG. The hair all looked amazing and the makeup matched everyone perfectly and made everyone sparkle. The girls were super nice and friendly and we had a good time laughing.

I picked Fashion Face for my wedding day hair and makeup because they were top rated on this site and the prices were a bit lower than others I had looked into. Other than a bit of confusion about payments being made, they were great. Their studio was very close to my venue which allowed me to save some money going to them on the big day. I looked great and so did my mom and bridesmaids who also had hair and makeup done.

A must use company! I am not into make-up and when I do I'm just basic brown. Lauren not only hooked me up but made it a comfortable, fun and wonderful experience. She is very punctual and knows her stuff.

I was originally unsure about having my make-up professionally done. I wasn't having a high dollar, decked out wedding. It was going to be simple, sweet, and inexpensive. I went to the bridal extravaganza in Houston at the urging of one of my friends, and I put my name in to win a free make-up trial. I won the trail, and I booked a hair consultation too. So I only paid for the hair. I was more than satisfied about the make-up. My first hair trial, so-so. I talked to the individuals there, and they were so nice about bringing me back in to do a second hair trial for FREE. My second stylist was Amazing. I mean really. She made me comfortable, listened to me, and produced the best hair ever. I was truly amazed and thankful. On the day of, I was freaking out. But the whole group that they brought were professionals who made everyone feel like everything was going to be fine. Also, the price---OMG! So much more affordable than anyone else I looked at. THANKS SO MUCH FF! I'll be coming back. Not as a bride, but I'll be back!!

Lauren from Fashion Face was my makeup artist for my wedding, and she was outstanding. I answered an email questionnaire that she sent me prior to my trial, had a free trial with her a month and a half before the wedding, and took in several pictures of what I wanted, and she delivered! Makeup was the last thing on my mind on my wedding day, because I knew everything would be perfect. She is a calming presence, a true professional, and I highly recommend her! (The makeup lasted all night!)

It was great working with Lauren and her team, they are all great at what they do!I had a total of seven in my wedding party and we all loved the end result!

They where really helpful and they left me looking gorgeous on my wedding day. My wedding day was February 25, 2011 and I plan to use them in the future if necessary. My make up lasted the entire night and so did my up-do hair style.

I Loved my make up done by Fashion Face ( Berkha ), There service provided by the team was great. Every one loved the make up , So many people said it was beautiful and the best part it lasted all night. I had the most amazing day, it was so much fun, THANK YOU for making me look so beautiful!

Lauren did my make-up for a trial run 5 months out, bridals, and the wedding. She was phenomenal and really intuitive to what I wanted. I did airbrush with fake lashes and all but still a very natural look. I loved it!

Lauren with fashion face did my make up for my wedding and was wonderful to work with! My make up looked amazing, she took the picture i gave her and made i happen! I would recommend her for make up to anyone, and affordable compared to the other opitions in Houston

Thank you so much for your services on my wedding day. Berkha was amazing! I absolutely loved my makeup. She listened to me, gave me her suggestions, and delivered absolutely beautiful flawless results. Everyone loved my makeup. By the end of the day I looked fresh as I did when my makeup was applied (4pm - 4am) . There were no lines or cracks in the foundation. It looked completely natural and blended with my skin. The makeup did not smudge or run at all and it held through all the emotions of the day. My makeup completed my entire bridal look. I am really glad I chose to work with Berkha. She is a professional and is always on time. Lauren is also very sweet and patient while scheduling the appointments and reviewing contract details. As for the hair, Billy was fun to work with and made my hair look great! In all, I really enjoyed working with Berkha and her team."

Absolutely stunning! Fashion Face team were amazing. They took really good care of me and my 6 bridesmaids. They have a fantastic way of bringing the image in your head to life. Even when you're not sure what you want, They have the best professional eye to make the best suggestions. I never had to worry. great artist! i had my make-up and hair done by Fashion Face on my wedding and i looked great, so did all the bridesmates, the people that worked there were very polite from the beginning and professional, and they did a great job. i would advised everyone to go there.

Absolutely Perfect! I found Fashion Face by searching online- the pictures on her website were just what I was looking for..and after my trial I felt just like one of their models! Not only they are FANTASTIC make-up artist and stylist who listens to exactly what you want, but they also incredibly sweet and great to work with. They helped me plan out the morning of my wedding day so well that I didn't worry when that morning came. Their team showed up right on time and everyone was very nice and upbeat...they were all excited to be there on my big day. Their team made everyone from my mom to my bridesmaids to my flower girl look fabulous- all of my bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about their make-up and thanking me and Fashion face! At first I was going to do my own makeup, but after meeting Lauren and having a trial makeover done, I knew I wanted her to do my Makeup! Lauren is wonderful and was so easy to work with, even with the ladies who wern't usedto having the makeup done by someone else!! I'd have Lauren do my makeup anyday!!
