don't go here for any reason. all they had to do was put a new prong to fix my loose diamond.Instead of taking the diamond out to replace the prong they tried to replace the prong ...
with the diamond still in the setting. when they heated up the diamond it turned milky.this is not a lab grown diamond but a regular mined diamond that we paid 3700 U.S.dollars in Singapore. I have the GIA report describing the diamond. they said just take it home it will clear up in two weeks it did not. then they said oh it probably was a lab grown diamond but it was not. Then they said leave it here for 3 weeks it will clear up it did not. Then they told me that it was cloudy when we brought it in we have pictures to prove it was not. Don't do business with these people they will just make excuses and refuse to admit they screwed up. I would give them no stars but not an option
