They were very responsive during the whole process and always answered calls and emails quickly. Everyone in the office is very sweet. They also picked up on some typos that I missed, so they were always on top of things! There were a few hiccups along the way with envelopes that didn’t seal properly and the printer sending the wrong version of the seating chart the week before the wedding , but they helped me quickly resolve those issues. The final products came out great, very nice quality and design that tied everything together!

As we started to narrow things down designer Carissa could take an invitation I chose and alter the coloring to match perfectly with my wedding colors. Beyond the invitations – Fat Cat Paperie could create programs, seating cards, and most impressively signs both small and large (largest about a 2x4 ft menu) without sacrificing any clarity in the design or words. We wrapped up our experience with custom thank you cards that had 4 of our wedding portraits resized and laid out perfectly and very quickly all in preaddressed envelopes to make the process even smoother. They also recommended and worked directly with a calligrapher to create the perfect bespoke place cards. They were able to seamlessly tie together all of these components in the same elegant nautical neutral theme. The map of the North Fork which was a staple of the theme was also custom. The turnaround on all the proofs was extremely fast and high quality. I would recommend them to friends, family and to anybody who wants nothing but the best with no stress!

The Fat Cat team is incredible. Everyone was raving about our save the dates, and our invitations. I wanted a custom map envelope liner- and Katie didn’t even bat an eyelash, just made it happen. Working with them was completely seamless. They are so responsive, and so patient! My first meeting with Katie was a Saturday last January, and it was snowing all day. Our appointment lasted two hours, and not once did Katie make me feel rushed, even though I am sure she wanted to get home in the snow. Fat Cat also designed our gorgeous menus, and a welcome sign- Katie totally knew my look and vision and we were able to do all of that via email. I cannot recommend Fat Cat enough- we are already ordering our thank you’s, and some new monogram stationary! Without a doubt, I will be going back to Fat Cat for all of my future invitations.

It took me awhile looking through the albums to find exactly what I wanted, but after about 45 min, Pam & I found it. We customized the invitation it to fit my vision by changing the ribbon color, size, etc. Pam was great, so patient and made sure what I was looking at was in my price point before I fell in love with it. From start to finish my experience with the Fat Cat team was phenomenal. They kept me informed the entire process, from proofing the invitations to printing. When I came to pick up my order, the invitations were beautifully packed and they even showed me how to properly stuff the envelopes. I will definitely recommend Fat Cat Paperie for your invitations and paper needs and will differently be using them again in the future!

This personal service sets Fat Cat so far apart from ordering online and is especially helpful if you aren’t sure what you want. The invitations came out beautifully – exactly as we wanted them. Unfortunately, the digital calligraphy we paid for ended up rubbing off the outer envelopes. A few of my guests told me that their names were barely visible by the time they received them, and other invitations were returned altogether. When I told Fat Cat, they were so quick to make it right. They offered me a credit which I then used toward table cards (so much nicer than hand writing them myself!). Thanks Fat Cat!
