I have to give Will & Ian their flowers because when I say these two were the GOATs 🐐🐐, I MEAN IT! 👏🏽❤️ My friend hired Will and Ian as her wedding planners, and as one of her bridesmaids, I got to see firsthand everything that happened behind the scenes — and let me tell you, these two went ABOVE AND BEYOND! The day definitely didn't start the way it was supposed to. The bride's original makeup artist never showed up, hair and makeup were behind, and the ceremony had to be delayed until 3:00. But thank God Will and Ian were prepared! They had a backup person who was able to step in and help get the bride's hair and makeup done so we could keep things moving. And from there, they handled EVERYTHING. They were pressing dresses, keeping everyone together, handling last-minute emergencies, and somehow had everything you could imagine — from pins to Band-Aids and anything else we suddenly needed. 😂👏🏽 And it wasn't just at the church. From the church to the reception venue, Will and Ian were ON IT. They made sure everything looked beautiful, kept things organized, handled problems before most people even knew there was a problem, and stayed through the cleanup. They SHOWED UP and did so much more than what they were hired to do. As a bridesmaid, I witnessed the chaos behind the scenes that most of the guests never saw. And the reason everyone else could simply enjoy a beautiful wedding was because Will and Ian kept everything going. My friend made one of the BEST decisions hiring these two. I would recommend Will & Ian to anyone looking for wedding planners. They were prepared, dependable, professional, resourceful, and when things didn't go according to plan, they figured it out! Will & Ian, you deserve ALL your flowers! 💐❤️ You weren't just the wedding planners — you were the problem solvers, the emergency crew, the calm in the chaos, and without a doubt the GOATs of the day! 🐐🐐👏🏽 Thank you for everything you did to make sure Laura & Dwight's day still turned out beautiful from the church all the way to the reception. ❤️💍

Fater helped plan our wedding in April 2026, and they drastically reduced the amount of stress we experienced throughout the process! They helped us find high quality vendors that matched our needs, making sure the only effort we needed to put in was meeting people and making choices. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t need to worry about anything at all, they were both there to help out with whatever was needed - At one point, a button popped off my suit, and they had brought a needle and thread to sew it back on immediately. They provided calm energy to the wedding which made sure we had the minimum amount of panicking. On top of it all, they were super fun to work with!

and, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, worked hand-in-hand with Ian and Will for a wedding in September, 2025. The venue was a multi-building complex with ceremony, cocktail and reception all in different locations. As a vendor, that is a lot of mileage to walk in a day when bouncing around to where they are needed. They were ALWAYS available, easy to find, always moving quickly, and kept everything on track. Ian had an incredibly likeable personality with the guests that we saw firsthand when he navigated them between the buildings. We'd be lucky to work with them again!

a call. We hit it off and even though we already had a planner booked, we agreed to have him officiate our wedding. He made our day the most special! Many guests thought he was a long time friend. This truly shows how much he cared to get to know us. On the day of the wedding Ian showed up early and was such a helping hand. We invited him to stay for dinner and celebrate. He did just that and stepped in whenever he could to help make our day special. When things were going array he stepped in and I believe truly saved the day and kept me sane! I cannot say enough excellent things about him. If I could go back and change one thing, I would have hired Fater Fairytale for all of our planning/coordinating services -As well as officiating.

s a couple. They're incredibly flexible with meetings and last minute changes in plans! They crafted a practically minute-by-minute itinerary for our day and worked hard to make sure that our wedding party and our guests were respectful of our time and wishes. They gave lots of encouragement before the ceremony when nerves were running high. Our reception was absolutely fantastic too - Ian was not kidding when he says that he becomes the "wedding photo drill sergeant" - he kept us all on task and helped get photos done quickly. Will was so wonderful during the reception too - he grabbed the bride a drink from the bar when she wanted some wine but couldn't get away from the task at hand, he helped the bride and grooms family with packing up items and decor towards the end of the night, and really made this the easiest day it could have been for the two of us as a couple. We truly can't sing their praises enough - we got numerous compliments from family and friends on how wonderful their services were, and I can say that for anyone that's on the fence about hiring coordinators - DO IT! t only were they helpful in the months preceding the wedding; they also made sure that the wedding day itself went without a hitch. Ian & Will are the only reason that I was able to enjoy my wedding day rather than stressing all day long. From picking up floral early in the morning and transporting it to our venue 2 hours away, coordinating with all of our vendors, setting up our decorations, getting drinks for the wedding parties, leaving the reception to pick up late-night, and cleaning up at the end of the night - they took care of it all. Because we live close to the venue, they even made trips to our house throughout the night to put the leftover food in the fridge for us and to drop off our gifts so that we could focus on dancing the night away with our family and friends. Not to mention, Ian and Will were a big hit with our guests; some even took pictures with them. After our wedding, many of our friends and family raved about how awesome our wedding planners were, as if we didn't already know. 10/10 - we would highly recommend Fater Fairytale Weddings to anyone who wants their wedding day to be the best day of their life. They'll make it happen without a doubt.
