We can't say enough good things about Fairytale Weddings! From the moment we started working with Ian and Will for our month-of coordination, they were organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. They answered all our questions and made the final planning stretch feel stress-free. On the big day, they went above and beyond—checking in with us constantly, keeping everything on schedule despite a downpour and thunderstorm, and even set up the ceremony space themselves once the rain cleared. By the end of the night, everything was cleaned up so we could just relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. Ian, Will, and Alyssa were professional, calm, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Highly recommend Fairytale Weddings to any couple looking for reliable, thoughtful coordinators! If I could give more stars I would!! After meeting Ian at WedPlan Madison I knew instantly I wanted him to be part of our day. I ran home to tell my fiance about him and we set up a call. We hit it off and even though we already had a planner booked, we agreed to have him officiate our wedding. He made our day the most special! Many guests thought he was a long time friend. This truly shows how much he cared to get to know us. On the day of the wedding Ian showed up early and was such a helping hand. We invited him to stay for dinner and celebrate. He did just that and stepped in whenever he could to help make our day special. When things were going array he stepped in and I believe truly saved the day and kept me sane! I cannot say enough excellent things about him. If I could go back and change one thing, I would have hired Fater Fairytale for all of our planning/coordinating services -As well as officiating.

I am a photographer that worked with Will & Ian on a beautiful outdoor wedding. From a week before, Will took time to get to know me and make sure we were all on the same page. Will and Ian are absolutely fantastic - our day went off without a hitch thanks to both of them. They are both incredibly professional and organized and stay true to your needs as a couple. They're incredibly flexible with meetings and last minute changes in plans! They crafted a practically minute-by-minute itinerary for our day and worked hard to make sure that our wedding party and our guests were respectful of our time and wishes. They gave lots of encouragement before the ceremony when nerves were running high. Our reception was absolutely fantastic too - Ian was not kidding when he says that he becomes the "wedding photo drill sergeant" - he kept us all on task and helped get photos done quickly. Will was so wonderful during the reception too - he grabbed the bride a drink from the bar when she wanted some wine but couldn't get away from the task at hand, he helped the bride and grooms family with packing up items and decor towards the end of the night, and really made this the easiest day it could have been for the two of us as a couple. We truly can't sing their praises enough - we got numerous compliments from family and friends on how wonderful their services were, and I can say that for anyone that's on the fence about hiring coordinators - DO IT! We primarily hired FFW for week of/day of coordination, and could not have asked for better service. They were available at any time via call or text for any questions or concerns we had. If there were any issues, whether it be with the ceremony, the food, or the timeline, the two of them made sure it never got to us. They packed everything up so we didn’t have to worry about forgetting a thing and could just enjoy the last few songs of the evening. Could not be happier with our decision to work with FFW!

Ian & Will make the best duo - each has a unique set of strengths in the world of wedding planning. Between the two of them, you can rest assured that all bases will be covered. Not only were they helpful in the months preceding the wedding; they also made sure that the wedding day itself went without a hitch. Ian & Will are the only reason that I was able to enjoy my wedding day rather than stressing all day long. From picking up floral early in the morning and transporting it to our venue 2 hours away, coordinating with all of our vendors, setting up our decorations, getting drinks for the wedding parties, leaving the reception to pick up late-night, and cleaning up at the end of the night - they took care of it all. Because we live close to the venue, they even made trips to our house throughout the night to put the leftover food in the fridge for us and to drop off our gifts so that we could focus on dancing the night away with our family and friends. Not to mention, Ian and Will were a big hit with our guests; some even took pictures with them. After our wedding, many of our friends and family raved about how awesome our wedding planners were, as if we didn't already know. 10/10 - we would highly recommend Fater Fairytale Weddings to anyone who wants their wedding day to be the best day of their life. They'll make it happen without a doubt.
