I had a general idea for the invitation I wanted. I sent my idea to Favor-It Shop and Paula immediately began working on my project. She did research and came up with different options prior to my meeting with her. During our initial meeting, we actually had a little arts and crafts time, where Paula took the time to help me create each look. From that we were able to create the perfect invite. We had discussed my budget upfront and were able to stick to the budget. Paula was incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable and personable and she immediately won me and our business over.

I used this vendor for my daughter's Bat mItzvah 9 years ago and was very happy. When I went this time, we were under the gun, in the process of moving and had so many delays with the closing of our home that I didn't want to order until we had a set closing date. I explained all this and after choosing an invitation and asking to work on workding, she said I won't do that without a deposit of 50% which is non-refundable, I said I could call her with my fiance's credit card, she said she doesn't take credit cards over the phone and I could come back, well I didn't have time to come back. Instead of trying to work with me and offer to take a smaller deposit by check, she got nasty, closed the book and stood up, basically dismissing me if I couldn't give her money that day. Well I went on line, got everything I needed for about $150 less. her stuff is nice, but her personality needs a make over. She would have had the sale, but I won't patronize people that get an attitude.

It was a pleasure to work with Paula! She was very patient and offered great advice so I could find exactly what I wanted. She worked with my budget well and now that I have the invitations, I am more then thrilled!! The quality is great and they represent our wedding very well!

I could not find the right invitations, I went to our local card store but they were not helpful at all. A friend recommended me to Favor-It-Shop. Paula has been absolutely wonderful! She spent probably 2 hours, if not more, when we picked out out invitations and was so patient while we went through book after book. She is always reachable via e-mail for any questions or concerns and keeps in great contact with her clients. When the ribbon on our invitations came back ever so slightly crooked (she noticed, not me!), she notified me and sent it back right away. Paula got us a brand new batch free of charge and in a very speedy manner! Her creativity is exquisite and we could not have been happier with our choice to use Favor-It Shop. I met Courtney, Paul's daughter in law, who was so sweet and helpful that I knew the next step should be meeting with Paula for engagement party invitations. Paula has also done my Save The Date's which came out more amazing than I could have imagined and last night I received my final proof for my wedding invitations. She's is wonderful to work with. She makes you fell at ease and that she can do the job, and do it fantastically and she does! My invitations came out so amazing I'm having her address my envelopes and do my place cards, menus and programs. She has made this process really easy for us and got our vision right away!
