Favorite Limos

my daughter got married in april. we used this limo company. first of all, the driver, the one with the handle bar mustache, picked up the groomsmen and brought them to the church. the driver took the long way, five additional miles. he dropped them off at the church and returned to the hotel to pick up the bridesmaids. he was 30 minutes late. he then took the long way back to the church. we were 25 minutes late. after the ceremony, and the pictures were taken and everyone else left the church to go to the reception, the limo driver said to the bridal party, you have to pay me $135.00 or else i am leaving you here in the parking lot. he said he was doing that because we were going over our time for the limo. he did not care that it was his fault that we were running late. so, since everyone has left already, my husband paid the driver the $135 and the driver let the party back in the limo. we got to the reception, my husband gave the driver his card and asked that his boss call him the next day. the driver took the card and ripped it up and threw it on the ground. so with the drivers b.s., we were late 50 minutes for the cocktail hour the next day, my husband called the owner and the owner was supposed to get back to him the next day after he checked the gps route. anyway, the owner never got back to us. i do not recommend this place. the driver had a lot of nerve tell the party to get out of the limo and he was going to leave them there. i am going to call the venue and tell them the what has happened and to take Favorite Limos off their list of vendors. i did not do this before, i was giving Favorite Limos an opportunity to do the right thing and they did not.

They were very polite and patient!! We ran over driver did not collect the money. The company waited for us to return home from our honeymoon. They work with you! I will definitely use them again!!
