About this vendor
E&M Gold Beekeepers | Tinton Falls, New Jersey
Looking for wedding favors that feel thoughtful, beautiful, and genuinely useful?
Our New Jersey Honey Jar Favors are filled with our small-batch Spring Wildflower Honey, produced by our honeybees and harvested from our New Jersey apiaries in Monmouth County.
At E&M Gold Beekeepers, we care for the hives, bottle what the bees create, and have worked with over 3,000 brides for more than 19 years creating favors guests are truly happy to take home.
Not another favor heading for a drawer.
A small jar of local honey that finds its way into morning tea, onto warm biscuits, beside a cheese board, or into a favorite recipe long after the wedding day.
One thing brides consistently tell us:
“I had no idea how beautiful these jars would be to decorate.”
Our honey favors become part of each couple’s story — finished with ribbons, custom tags, lace, wax seals, dried flowers, painted lids, and creative details that reflect your wedding style.
Many of the photos in our Knot Gallery come from our own customers, generously shared from their special day.
If you're looking for a wedding favor that is local, meaningful, customizable, and deliciously memorable, we'd love to help.

Wishing you a lifetime of happiness!

My husband and I were tired of seeing the same wedding favors online over and over. For the price of favors, we were really hoping to find a local business to support instead of an...
online retailer. With a quick google search we found Ed and Mary, and we are SO happy we did. We got the 2 oz honey pots with custom labels and our guests absolutely loved them. The honey itself was great quality, we were literally eating it by itself with a spoon at one point. Added bonus - when my dad went to pick up the favors, they actually showed him around the farm! Ed and Mary are so personable and easy to work with. I’m so glad I stumbled across their business and will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future.
Ed and Mary were so helpful and sweet, they did an amazing job with our favors! They are a go to for any event you are hosting!
E+M Wedding Favors were so cooperative and affordable. Their favors of honey and dippers went over so well with my guests. People are still asking me where I got my favors from. It...
was so different from anything I have seen. They were absolutely delicious and beautiful. It also supported local honey from local small business. They were very helpful and all their honey is from their bees on the property. I highly
Recommend them.
E+M was beyond one of our favorite vendors to work with. My husband and I love honey and we knew that we wanted to incorporate it as our wedding favor. Initially we spoke with a lo...
cal vendor but after a few months he stopped returning calls or messages. Honestly, I was hesitant to work with an outside source and order honey I had never even tasted. I was completely impressed with the product!
Everything on their website is so clear in the ordering process and when I did have questions, both Ed and Mary never hesitated to answer the phone or promptly return an e-mail. They are a fantastic team and great with their customers, and I never worried about our honey arriving on time.
We ended up ordering the 2oz jars of honey and had the label personalized with our names and wedding date. I was worried that the 2oz would be too small, but having used some of the left over jars at home, you can get a few uses out of just one jar, depending on your purpose.
Speaking of left overs, do not anticipate that you will have many left if you use jars of honey as your wedding favor! We had one placed at each place setting for our wedding. Being the good planners, we ordered some extra, just in case of breakage or extra last minute guests. All of our jars came fully in tack (no breakage) and labeled very neatly. After the wedding was over, not a single jar of honey was left behind by any of our guests. When is the last time you attended the wedding and all of your guests (approx. 100) took the wedding favor?!
Needless to say, we love the honey so much that we will be ordering from E+M again for future events and gifts!
Ed and Mary were both fantastic to work with. I contacted them a week and a half before my wedding to confirm that I could get the honey jars in time to assemble my favors. They we...
re so responsive and accommodating, they not only took my order on New Years Eve (in the evening) but they were kind enough to bottle everything over the holiday.
I received the jars even earlier than we had discussed and they were kind enough to help me with the dimensions for the lids so I could order my stickers. Mary was even kind enough to warn me with how much ribbon I would need for a bow.
I'm incredibly excited to give the favors to my guests now. I purchased the 4 oz. jars, which are the most substantial and affordable honey jars I could find in all of my searches. I strongly suggest working with them, I had a wonderful experience.
Mary and Ed are wonderful! They were very attentive to the details of my order and tremendously personable. Customer service was excellent.
It was a pleasure working with E&M. They made it easy to order, pick up and gave us tips on storing and decorating. They are true professionals!
Mary and Ed were organized and easy to work with. The honey came perfectly packaged and although we haven’t tasted it yet, are sure it’s the best honey we’ll ever have!
I had an excellent experience with Ed and Mary, they are prompt, very professional and do a beautiful job.
I highly reccomend them.

honey favor jars from them - and the honey is absolutely delicious. After I ordered the jars, I noticed the cute little wooden honey dippers on their website and decided I wanted those too, so placed an order for those. When I called, Ed & Mary were actually on vacation, so I told them I could call back when they got home - but they insisted it was fine, and talked with me just as if they were right at their place of business. Thank you again Mary and Ed! What an easy, seamless business transaction!

Working with Ed and Mary was very easy, they were responsive to our questions and we were able to place the order and payment easily via email and phone. When we picked up our honey, we even got a tour to see the bees and where the honey is made, and met their cute dogs! I would recommend E&M honey for their charming favors and the quality of the honey alone, but it was also wonderful to work with people who take such pride in their business and customer service.

My daughter is getting married in April earlier than first planned and we are scrambling to get everything together I live in SC and she lives in NJ. She is very clear on what she ...
wants but does change her mind often like most Brides. She wasn't sure what she wanted for party favors she wasn't sure because she wanted because it's kind of a rustic traditional wedding. She went through every on line wedding favor site and came across E+M and saw the honey jars. So we thought it was great because of the type of wedding and they would be great for the tables also to support the local business community in which our entire family grew up around. She received the jars when she was told to expect them they were delivered as ordered they are awesome and are gonna look great. She and her fiancé love them thank you thank you E+M for your beautiful party favors can't wait to send you the pictures and recommend
tto everyone I know for your products.
Thank You again
Sincerely,
Judith Toner Mother of the very satisfied Bride
