I cannot say enough good things about my experience doing a Boudoir shoot with Petra. She made me feel so confident and comfortable during my whole shoot, and guided me in all the poses so I didn't feel awkward or not know what to do. The resulting images were more beautiful than I ever could've hoped for. The shoot was one of the most empowering and confidence building experiences of my life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Petra is amazing at what she does! My husband and I are so thrilled with her work and I’ve never felt more beautiful and strong than I did when seeing those photos (not even on my wedding day!) If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. Hire Petra. You’ll be so glad you did.

Petra was wonderful to work with. She meets with you before the photoshoot to get to know each other and understand your goals. She's kind, open and made me feel very comfortable. The shoot itself was just fun! She's a great director but a great listener too, so if you're not feeling something or want to try something out-there she's there to make it work. She walked me through the photo reveal too, which was a first for me. I really loved her being there to discuss reactions to the photos, it allows them to be discussed more as art rather than pictures of yourself; this was very rewarding.

From the first encounter through follow up emails after receiving my final product, working with Petra was an amazing experience. My final product turned out beautiful and Petra is so talented. I would highly recommend her as a photographer to anyone interested in boudoir photography.

I had boudoir photos done with Petra as a wedding gift for my husband. And Petra is amazing! The photos were everything and more than what I had hoped for. Petra feels like an old best friend, making the process so comfortable and easy. The photos were absolutely beautiful, tasteful, and artistic. All around, it was a great experience and I cannot recommend Petra enough!

Petra and her team are absolutely amazing! I am so glad I chose Fawntail for my wedding gift to my husband. We scheduled a consultation where she walked me through the entire process, and gave suggestions on where to look for boudoir outfits based on what type of "vibe" I was going for. About two weeks later I showed up for my session with many outfits and she helped me choose the best ones. It was so nice to get my hair and make up done right at the studio! Shen then guided me through each pose, explaining why certain angles look good in photos, and even made me laugh and feel relaxed through the whole photo shoot! About a week later I showed up for my reveal where she helped me go through ALL of the photos to select our favorites to go into the album. There were also SO many choices for the album including the type of cover, pages, number of photos, engraving on the front, etc. About a week later we met for me to pick up the album and it was amazing! There were even some goodies in the bag with my album! The whole process was so easy (and fun!) and my husband and I are soooo happy with the results.

Petra was absolutely amazing! She makes you feel SO comfortable in your own skin. I had never posed for a professional photograph before and she gave THE best advice/directions. I had a fantastic experience with Petra! She was very professional and the day was a lot of fun. She was thoughtful with finding poses that fit my style and also worked with the light and the angles, noticing when shots looked particularly good because of how everything was coming together. The photos felt very customized to me and and I loved that I could tell she was noticing all the details to create the best shot.

The experience and finished project went above and beyond my expectations. Petra made me look and feel beautiful and classy in a comfortable setting. She gives you such a hands on approach to get you prepared for the day of the photo shoot that she feels like you’ve known her forever. Petra is amazing- I honestly can’t imagine doing a boudoir shot with anyone else. She made me feel so comfortable and I almost felt like I had a new friend after the whole experience- she’s that sweet. Everyone feels awkward being half naked with a stranger doing something they’ve never done before so it’s really important to have someone that puts you at ease. Hair and makeup is included which is a great perk! Also helps that she has a really great makeup artist (honestly, it was better than my wedding makeup) Her photos are amazing- they are soft and sexy without being sleazy or in your face. She knows women and their bodies and how someone wants to look. I looked at multiple different companies and always came back to Fawntail because of the quality of her pictures. I had a bit of a time crunch on my pictures and Petra was flexible with times and I actually got them 2-3 weeks before I need them. The way she lets you go through all of your pics and choose makes you feel like you get to see everything and know you’re getting exactly what you want. Petra is not the cheapest boudoir photographer but honestly, her prices are reasonable for the product you receive. From what I found- cheap prices led to cheap looking pictures and no one wants that. The book we revived was great, in addition to the fancy flash drive and gift presentation. Overall, I can’t rave about Petra enough. Everything about the whole experience was great- there is absolutely no one else I would consider going with if I had to do the whole thing again. Hands down, she’s the best.

I did a boudoir session with Petra for my husband’s wedding present. I had been thinking about doing a boudoir for a really long time, but was SO intimidated to do something like that. For one, I was not confident in my body – so I didn’t think I would be happy with my pictures. I also was nervous about the idea of trying to take good pictures in front of strangers. I did a lot of research and looked at a ton of photographers in the area. I came across Fawntail, and it didn’t seem as scary. I set up a consult with Petra, and after talking to her; I knew I could do it. She did a great job at hyping me up and assuring me that we could make some awesome pictures because all women were beautiful. Plus, I wasn’t obligated to purchase an album if I didn’t like my pictures. This was a huge deal for me because I wasn’t locked in to an album, and worst case I get a fun makeover and go outside of my comfort zone for a few hours. When I got there, I instantly fell in love with Petra, she was so genuine and outgoing. Plus her makeup artist Stephanie was so much fun. Things didn’t go as planned, but by the time we got to shooting, everything went perfectly. Petra told me how to pose and little tweaks along the way so I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. She showed me my pictures along the way and it was SUCH a confidence boost! She is SO good at what she does and put me in poses that really complimented my body. By the end of our session, I was so pumped and couldn’t wait to see my pictures! Once they were ready we sat down and built my album. For the first time ever, I had too many pictures I loved! I didn’t settle on a single picture, and had to leave out several that I loved. I cannot thank Petra enough for such a positive experience, and the most beautiful album. My husband absolutely loved it! He wants to order all of the rest of the pictures, and get a canvas for the wall!! If you have given any thought to a boudoir – please give it a try with Petra. I cannot believe how positive the whole experience was!!

If you're looking to do a boudoir shoot for any reason, go with Petra! From the first time we emailed she was super responsive and gives you all of the details up front. We met once before the shoot to go over more details, questions, etc. On the photo shoot day, Petra and her makeup/hair artist made me feel 100% comfortable. By the end of the day, I was almost naked and we were carrying on a conversation like nothing was weird at all. We met a few weeks later to go over EVERY image and put together the album together. I really appreciated her opinions and artistic eye. Now the best part... the album is truly a work of art. It's BEAUTIFUL and something my husband and I will treasure forever. Yes, the album was definitely an investment cost wise. But you deserve it! And it's SO worth it! Thank you so much, Petra!

I cannot say enough good things about Petra! The entire experience from start to finish was a dream. I immediately felt comfortable in her studio and the make up artist, Stephanie was an absolute blast to work with. Petra does a wonderful job preparing you for what you might expect during your session and I was comfortable the entire time. I had so much fun and would happily recommend the experience to anyone who is considering booking her. The final product is absolutely stunning and she has a ton of options to choose from when it comes to page finishes and book covers. I'm so happy I found Petra. The pictures she took are gorgeous and I could not have asked for more from the experience!

I recent did a boudoir photo shoot with Petra and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the second I arrived I was treated with such care and respect and I truly felt like I was a princess for a day. Petra at Fawntail Photography was AMAZING! She did a beautiful boudoir book as a gift for my husband on the morning of our wedding. The book was gorgeous and the images were STUNNING!
