The sales associate reassured me that the skirt was inclusive in the price, along with the trunk show discount, she even wrote “skirt included” on the “no refunds” contract that I was made to sign at time of sale. A week following this big purchase, the owner emailed me explaining that the sales associate was incorrect and that I owed over $900 for the skirt. I wrote back explaining that I could not afford this and that I triple checked, asking if the skirt was included in the price. The owner countered with asking me to pay the wholesale price of $400something. I was truly baffled by this counter. I couldn’t believe that the customer was being held responsible for this mistake and not the sales associate. The email chain ended with the owner offering to cover charges for the skirt after I expressed how unprofessional I felt this was going. Despite the “positive” outcome, I wanted nothing more to do with this salon. I couldn’t even “return” my dress because of their strict contract. So I sucked it up, picked up my dress when it arrived and got my accessories elsewhere. There is a huge disconnected between the owner and her staff. Be careful when shopping here.

e this experience with just my mom, mother-in-law, and sisters, while enjoying champagne and chatting with Melinda, who was wonderful! It was the first store I went to and I came with an unclear vision of what I wanted. Melinda picked out a great selection for me, managed all our opinions, and found me my perfect dress that first day! Once the dress was ready, the pick up was super easy and I ended up getting my veil from the store as well. I loved my whole experience with FBM Bridal - they made such a big decision, so enjoyable and straightforward for me!

her and Melinda greeted us with welcoming arms (& bubbly if we wanted it). Instantly, I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. Prior to the appt. they asked what I was interested in. They truly made the experience special. FBM made sure to have the gown I was interested in at my appt. Heather even counted the buttons on my train to see if the number of buttons were close to a lucky family number and they were! If you're looking for a relaxed and intimate appt. and customer service that exceeds your expectations look no further! Thank you Heather and Melinda!

s shopping was NOT a thing I was looking forward to. After getting super overwhelmed by the energy of those stores, I found FBM and had an appt today with Heather. She was SO helpful and patient and calming! I left 99% sure I found my dress and feeling SO much more confident than I had walking in. Bringing my maid of honor back to give the final seal of approval and to have her try on their beautiful bridesmaid selection later this week! And will be telling all of my engaged friends about this shop 🥰
