They were so easy to work with, communication was great as well.
If you want to wow your guests, you have to hire them! If you love meat, you HAVE TO order their brisket, I've never had meat as delicious as their brisket. Scott has a special way he makes it, it comes out so juicy, just melts in your mouth, and you will smell it from across the room.
We love his brisket so much that we decided to do a brisket cutting not just cake cutting.
