Feast for a King catered the food for our wedding and it was delicious. The menu was exactly what we were hoping for (Paella with a salad on the side) and they were able to make 3 different Paellas including a vegan option. The dessert (flan and churros) was so delicious that we didn’t even get to try it because our guests kept coming back for more. They were incredibly flexible and creative with a venue that does not normally host weddings and didn’t have the infrastructure to cook food for 100+ people. The staff that worked the wedding was incredibly hardworking and many of our guests commented on how attentive they were. One direct quote was that whenever a glass or plate was empty someone was there to refill it or clear it from the table. Thank you so much Feast For a King!

We had an amazing experience with Feast For a King as our wedding caterer in Santa Cruz, CA. We worked primarily with Sue, who was helpful, communicative, and patient while we arranged and rearranged our menu throughout the wedding planning process. The food turned out DELICIOUS and we got a lot of compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Some even said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommended!

Feast for a King provided absolutely excellent food and rental services. It was wonderful to only have to have one contact for all our vendors as Feast for a King took care of it all. The only downside was they were a bit hard to communicate with via email and ended up putting champagne glasses at every seat instead of just the head table as requested. The food was excellent and all the rentals were exactly what we asked for.

The day of staff were amazing but the coordination and communication of the managers leading up to the wedding were very challenging. I had to repeat what I wanted many different times, check in to make sure it was ordered, and the details the day of were still not how I requested. My was bounced around to three different people during my year of planning and everyone seemed to be in silos and mostly on the go so details and changes weren't always tracked and communicated amongst the team. One of my main requests was that we didn't have cans and beer bottles handed out and instead poured in glasses at the bar. I was told by my guests that the bar tenders didn't have any glasses as the bar and everyone was roaming around with soda cans and bottles. If I could do it all over again I would choose a different caterer. All of my other vendors were organized and amazing to work with.

Kim and Michelle have been an absolute pleasure to work with - they're both so responsive and extremely helpful. Leading up to the wedding day and even on the day itself they were so attentive and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I also had them help with my rentals for china, flatware, tables, etc. Everything went so smoothly and they were so open to customization. We went with the BBQ menu, and added a bit of the thing we liked - grilled veggies and mac n cheese. We heard great things about the food, especially the bbq chicken which was so tender. We also went with to go chocolate cookies for when guests were leaving - we heard so many good things about the cookies and everyone was asking us where they came from. Thanks again for making this day so wonderful!

Feast for a King in an incredible catering company. The owner/staff were incredibly helpfully throughout the process. Their food was amazing and the staff was wonderful the day of the event! I can't recommend them anymore!

I had Feast for a King cater my wedding two weeks ago and everything was outstanding. We had an initial tasting and Kim worked with us to customize a menu that we loved. The food was delicious at our wedding and the dinner rehearsal, which we had them cater as well. We had their support as full-service, so were able to work through all of the many details of what was needed. Kim was amazing to work with, and made suggestions to make sure every detail was covered. With her assistance, we chose all dinnerware, glassware, special serving pieces, linens, chairs, umbrellas, and the dance floor. They even arranged to have an ice cream bar for us, working with a local shop to have specially made flavors. It was one of the many highlights. She came to our location and worked out the site plan so it was realistic and had a great flow for guests. The set up went smoothly on the day of, from what I could tell, and ultimately everything was arranged beautifully. All of the service was outstanding, and again, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I can't express enough, my gratitude to the whole team for their hard work that created this wonderful, memorable and laid back event for us. I would absolutely work with them again.
