We specialize in epic weddings for rad couples in love, who aren't afraid of colorful celebrations and turning traditions on their head. We provide our clients with a stress free experience and a step by step guide to the planning process. Additionally, we love being able to giveback through our business, so with every client we work with, we donate a portion of profits back to a non-profit partner of ours. We swoon over the details, love our clients, and make the planning process fun and easy. With our guidance and expertise, we'll bring your vision to life!

pace constraints as setup was underway and we truly appreciated their ability to adapt and make the evening truly magical for my wife and I. From the moment we walked into the Redwood Room at Calamigos Ranch to start our photo session and saw how breathtaking the space already looked, there was such a huge sense of relief for me knowing my wife and I could relax and enjoy our celebration. They created final timelines for a family and vendors, took care of all final check-ins with our vendors and so much more. During the event they were their to support us and keep us moving along the timeline, but did it all from the background and really without our guests even knowing they were there working behind the scenes to bring the event to life. It was a night my wife and and I and most of our family and friends will never forget!

Kari was already on our list of event planners to contact, and she was also recommended by our photographer, Brett Loie (who is also wonderful). We were attracted to FA’s embrace of color and fun on their website, as well as her experience with many of the venues and vendors we were interested in. We were convinced when, on the phone in Fall 2019, Kari exuded calm and flexibility that we knew would keep us grounded on the wedding day.
Kari flexibly created a package that included basic coordination and table & seating chart design. She gave us some wonderful visual inspiration that led us to a combination of luxury and budget items that flowed together seamlessly. Kari was always available to bounce ideas off of, and was also kindly honest when I threw a couple bad ones her way. She handled vendor communication with ease and we felt incredibly comfortable handing the entirety off to her as we approached the event.
On the day of the wedding, we were barely in contact with Kari - a very good thing. She confirmed the day-of timeline with us and our vendors in advance, and made sure we knew where to be when. We were able to enjoy the morning and early afternoon with the guarantee that she would make sure all the moving parts fell into place. There were a couple issues that she handled easily, and I can only imagine how many little things came up that I don’t know about.
All this is to say that we highly recommend reaching out to Kari & FA if you’re looking for a planner or coordinator that will share the excitement with you while also keeping a steady hand on the event!

Throughout the planning process, Kari gently steered us in the right direction, ensuring we were making decisions in a timely manner, and providing considerations that we might not have thought of, that would impact the big day!
She and her team are the ultimate professionals. Our venue became a huge challenge to work with, and they did everything in their power to get across the finish line with the least amount of frustration.
Even last minute changes (i.e. - adding a salad plate to our rentals!) Kari handled them with ease. I really can't say enough about this team. I am a bit of a control freak, and the feeling of total comfort, calm, and TRUST on the day of your wedding? Absolutely priceless. Thank you all so much for creating the most wonderful day we will cherish forever!

n who has been envisioning her wedding since birth, I did want the day to look pretty, feel thoughtful, and run smoothly, and Kari understood what I was getting at right away. Her no-nonsense, process-driven approach to wedding planning spoke to my inner project manager - she provided us with checklists, Google Drive folders, and a working timeline as soon as we first met. Her hard work and incredible organization kept everything running as it should, and she kept me in the loop on every conversation she had with our vendors. In addition, her list of suggested vendors was super helpful, and she thought of literally everything (we definitely would have forgotten to think about the chairs for the hora, for example!)
In the weeks leading up to the wedding I was telling everyone I could that hiring her was the best decision we made in the entire process. The day of our wedding, she handled everything with NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM OR CONCERN coming my or my husband's way (and I'm sure at least SOMETHING went wrong that she had to handle on the fly!) and she even held onto our cake knife for us so that we could get it back later. Kari is a true gem and any engaged couple would be lucky to have her coordinate their wedding!

bout the details and always respected things like our budget. Kari attended appointments and shared images and provided clear communication which with the timezone I was heavily reliant on.
Kari is never pushy at all and so calm and positive whilst giving valuable feedback.
Her vendor suggestions were all equally as caring and on the day Kari created the most visually awesome looks and all of them adore working with her.
I am still enamored by the details!
My husband, who had no real involvement in the planning and is a tough critic had his breath taken away and a month on we both are still on a high as everything was perfectly smooth and this is due to Kari and her INCREDIBLE skills as a planner. She is so passionate about her role and business but ultimately her couple's experience on the day is as if she is putting energy into it like a best friend, she truly cares.
Everyone has commented that it was the best wedding they've attended and I think the fact we were both so relaxed because of Kari's vibe and communication it very much contributed to our head space on the day. That and it truly was just so beautiful!!

Kari was not near me, but she graciously agreed to meet me halfway to discuss the wedding and what her services provided. I actually interviewed another highly regarded coordinator here locally, but when I met Kari, there was no doubt that she was THE one! During the entire process, Kari was quick to respond, happy to meet Molly when she came to town, professional, thorough, and so so friendly. We just loved working with her. We booked her "month of" package which was fabulous. I never worried about contacting vendors to make sure they knew where to go and when-- Kari had it. She had great ideas and recommendations during the year we planned-- and near the end, the details perfected-- table placements, timeline just right, always a wink away if we needed her! Seriously, if you are planning your wedding, do not go farther-- at all! There is no wedding planner that could do better. Kari at Feathered Arrow will make your life so much easier and your wedding day will be just a sweet memory. Give the work to Kari-- she can handle whatever you throw at her-- with a smile and the calmest demeanor ever. We did not have one hitch-- really-- not one.
