I am writing this review to warn all other vulnerable couples out there. When I first hired Emily, I was so hopeful and really needed help as I come from an immigrant family with not as deep of an understanding of weddings in the US. Unfortunately, we were entirely taken full advantage of. The moment we paid our $1,000 deposit, Emily practically disappeared. She wouldn’t answer emails, she wouldn’t show up on calls when I’d be waiting over 10 minutes, and would cancel last minute. The little help we got came in the form of broken, misspelled, inaccurate links to random vendors via text. Some vendors being out of business, out of budget, out of state, and even a link linking to an addiction recovery and treatment center. It was a frustrating, stressful, and very lonely experience. We managed to book our venue, photographer, videographer, florist, baker, and more completely on our own. We made our wedding website, save the dates, and invitations without even her knowledge or involvement. Emily was always so behind on what were even planning, and there were *weeks* we didn't hear from her. I’ve tried chasing her down for four months to get the refund she promised us. We are now out a grand and have to completely rebudget our wedding and cut out things we were looking forward to, including makeup and hair, which makes me so sad. I am heartbroken, and I am also heartbroken for the other bride with the same experience (Wedding Wire review). Emily let our family down. Please stay away. You deserve better.

Emily is amazing. She went above and beyond any expectations and made my wedding more beautiful then I ever thought was imaginable. She was patient and understanding with amazing ideas throughout the whole process. From many group text chats, to facetiming even coming to my house( which is an hour away) to help stamp the wedding favors , she always came through. I would highly recommend Emily and her team for any wedding. We couldn't have done it without her !
