I've never planned a wedding before but I know that you need to try and make sure you are getting what you pay for. I went to meet with the owner of feedback Catering because they catered my brothers wedding 6 years ago. The food was great but ...

it has also been 6 years since I tasted the food. When I went to meet him we were discussing price and I asked if I could try a couple of things on the menu before I made my decision. He then pulled out someone else's contract and started telling me what they did. I guess he thought because we had the same venue I would automatically choose him. He told me if wanted to taste his food I would need to sign a contract before doing so. I told him I'm not signing anything until I know what I'm getting and he told me I wasn't getting a tasting . Scam artist! Run and don't look back.

I am so happy with Feedback Catering. They were always helpful. They made everything so easy for me. The food was so good, all of my guests kept telling me how delicious it was.Overall it was a great experience.

I used Feedback because we were routed through them when I inquired about using The Convent as our venue. The man I met with seemed nice enough and their prices were excellent so we chose them. Everything went very well up until the day befor...

When we got to the venue to start setting up, the table cloths on the tables set up were (1)white, not ivory as I had requested, (2) stained and varying in degrees of clean, and (3) wrinkled. So if you use this company and you are picky like me, I would highly recommend you rent linens from somewhere else (more $$$). The man who had helped with all the planning was never there for the set-up or the event, and I was left with limited staff for set-up who spoke limited English. They said they had another event that day and that's why they were shorthanded. Staffing was fine for the event and everything on their end went smoothly. The servers were really polite. And we got a lot of compliments on the food - try the jambalaya.
