100% would recommend!! Booking Felicia has been one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She worked so hard with us to make sure we got the photos we wanted of our wedding. She made sure to ask the right questions to discover the look and feel that we wanted for our photos. I wouldn't say that my partner and I are incredibly good at being photographed but she was able to coach through the process and make us feel so comfortable and look absolutely stunning. I am forever grateful for the photos we have from our wedding, having too many beautiful photos to choose from and is a blessing in disguise.

I don't think I could ever adequately capture the way I feel about Felicia The Photographer in a review. Felicia is the best on the earth. She was a no-brainer when selecting our wedding photographer. Truly, no one compares. Her style is unique, romantic, authentic, architectural and modern. Felicia's work feels like art. She is an amazing human being too and made us feel so comfy and special during our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. She delivered a few sneak peeks a week or so after wedding day which was SO exciting and even gave us the sweetest and most thoughtful Christmas gift. I first saw Felicia's photos from my friend elopement, and I was so obsessed with her style and ability to really capture the emotion within a moment. When we had our consultation in the midst of covid on the phone she was so personable and I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She was genuinely interested in knowing our love story, making sure she could give us just what we dreamed of. We knew we didn't want to skimp on a photographer because we wanted to relive this day everytime we looked at the photos, it was very important to us, and WOW could that be more true when Looking at them now. On our day, as soon as she arrived she was peaceful, calm, organized, and helped me to ease nerves and reminded me to relax and have fun. I don't think theres enough space in this review to list off all the things I love about her! When she posted a little preview of a few photos from our day I was in tears, and shock of how beautiful they were. She exceeded all our expectations and I cannot wait to get the full package! She was a rockstar the whole day, made sure we were on time and the day ran smooth, was there for me when my dress came unbustled and bustled it right back up and even helped us with making sure the marriage certificate was signed properly! When my husband and I started the wedding planning process, booking a photographer was on the top of our priority list. Initially, I was overwhelmed by the amount of incredibly talented photographers I came across in the Kansas City metro area. However, no one stood out to me quite like Felicia did. After submitting an inquiry to her, I quickly received an enthusiastic email response from her suggesting we meet via FaceTime to chat through details, get to know one another better, and ultimately determine if it would be a good "fit." I can honestly say I have never FaceTimed with a complete stranger who I immediately felt like I had known for years until I met Felicia. We truly can’t say enough about our positive experience throughout every step of the way with Felicia and will cherish these photos for many years to come!

I have hired many photographers over the years for my children's photographs, senior pictures, Christmas photos, birthdays, family reunions, and weddings. Felicia is by far, the best photographer I have ever worked with! I had a terrible experience, with my oldest daughter's wedding photographer, so I was sure to call Felicia's references and talk with past clients, as to her organization skills and professionalism. I heard nothing but good reviews. Hosting a wedding, during the pandemic was extremely stressful. The restrictions and policies were constantly changing. We were notified of changes at the church, the evening of the rehearsal. Felicia was unfazed. She adjusted her timeline, so we could still get all the photos at the church we wanted. More importantly, she reassured me it would all turn out. Then, when we experienced a delay from another vendor at the reception, she volunteered to stay past the contracted time, to get the photos my daughter wanted. Felicia is punctual, organized and a pleasure to work with. Her photos are beautiful and she captured my daughter's personality perfectly, in her photographs. We had so many compliments from guests, about how great our photographer was. You can end your search now, and just hire Felicia!!!

Felicia is fun, professional, organized, artistic, and an all around dream! I hired her to take photos at my destination wedding in Cancun Mexico. I trusted her judgement on all fronts photography and she DELIVERED! She took photos all weekend long at different events with different lightings, venues, and moods. I decided on hiring Felicia very early on in the wedding planning process, and it's probably the best decision I made for remembering my day. She is not only a fabulous photographer with exquisite photographs that tell a good story, but she is also an amazing person. She had so many great ideas for photographs that she shared with me and was incredibly flexible with both her process and schedule - she is the only photographer I know of who will designate her entire day for photographing a wedding! Felicia is an amazing photographer! She is very professional and pleasant to work with. You can tell that she really cares about her work. She was by far the best vender I hired for my wedding in Kansas City. She was punctual, responsive, and so organized during the planning process. She came with a preliminary timeline the first time we met. She already knew the sunset time for our golden hour shoot as well. She is just so good at what she does. Just look at the photos... Felicia was the absolute best photographer that my wife and I could ask for! We had our wedding in St Lucia and she made everything so accommodating for us when it came to taking photos. I still catch myself at work getting distracting by looking at all of the beautiful memories she was able to capture. She did an excellent job scoping out the locations to take photos. Even when it rained on our wedding day she still found a way to make the pictures look beautiful and she kept my bride happy throughout the experience. All of our wedding guests were also very pleased with her professionalism. We will definitely be using Felicia again for future family photos and life events.

Felicia is the most talented, passionate and fun photographers out there. From my husband and I’s (Fiance at the time) first shoot with her in freezing weather, through our wedding, she never ceased to amaze me with her vision. She helped so much with directing us (we are NOT models, and other than your basic half-hug smile, we had no idea how to pose for pictures) and helping us feel 100% comfortable at all times. Her work on our engagement shoot was incredible, and she somehow knew how to capture the warmth of our love for each other even though we were in pain it was so cold. She also helped incorporate our fur baby in the pictures, and not only was it no easy task, I did not expect any of those photos to be usable, but lo and behold, they were perfect. I also decided to add a boudoir shoot to make a book to give my husband on our wedding day, and she killed that too! Its rare for anyone to feel comfortable almost completely naked in front of a camera, but Felicia made me feel like i had known her forever, and the photos came out absolutely stunning. Sean and I also decided that we wanted to soak in every single minute of our wedding night, so we were going to do wedding portraits the day before the wedding, in a few iconic New York City locations. The only way to get the locations photographer without crowds of people in the background was to do a sunrise shoot, and without questions Felicia agreed. It was early, and even started to rain at one point, but there wasn’t one complaint from Felicia about it, she again captured the very best of us in the photos and we were blown away. Last, but definitely not least our wedding day. where she guided and captured every important moment with such grace and detail. She was there to lend a helping hand, make us feel comfortable and calm, and make sure that nothing would be missed. The photos from that day; getting ready, the first look, family portraits, the ceremony, reception and night time portraits were phenomenal. The way she captured our wedding was perfectly us, and we are so lucky we get to look back and relive it exactly the way we remember it. It was a dream working with Felicia, i can’t say enough about how happy we are. I will be coming up with any excuse to have another photoshoot with her in the future, and you should too!

We hired Felicia on a referral from a family friend who had her at their wedding in Mexico. From the get go, I could tell it was going to be a great experience. I spoke with Felicia over the phone before booking and immediately meshed with her personality. She was helpful, informative and most importantly to me, felt real. She was explained that every wedding is different and each couple has their own personal style. She was not a salesman trying to push her packages on us and she made sure everything she offered was tailored to our taste. Leading up to our wedding, Felicia was extremely responsive and helpful in any questions we had. She made sure we understood our timeline, what could be done in that timeline and most importantly wanted to make sure she understood what and who was important to us to capture that day. It made the already grueling wedding planning that much easier. The day of our wedding started with myself and the bridemaids being stuck in 45 minutes of unplanned traffic. Felicia was there waiting and ready and immediately kicked into high gear. She rearranged the bridal party so that we can do pictures of my mom and sister putting my dress on while 8 other women got ready in somewhat of chaos on the other side of the room. We had wanted to get all of our photos done before our ceremony and Felicia arranged it perfectly so. Our friends and family were raving about how smooth the photo portion of the day was. The rest of the day (ceremony and reception) Felicia made herself almost invisible. She was not on top of people or in the way during any important moments. She was part of the crowd in a seamless way! Would recommend Felicia and her services to everyone, she was a huge part of our day's success!
