Femme Akoi

eat as I needed to figure out what I liked and didn’t like. I made some modifications and discussed my final vision on my wedding day, and Kaitlyn nailed it!  I felt like the most beautiful bride ever! My husband teared up as I walked down the aisle. I also received a million compliments from friends and family! I highly recommend the Femme Akoi team for your wedding or other special event!!

ooked. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup and wanted to go for a natural look, I really appreciated the time and consideration she provided. On the wedding day, she actually finished earlier than expected. I was so worried we would go over and had so much extra time to relax and enjoy the morning. They were extremely clean and ensured they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. The only thing I would have done differently was have my artist stay to touch up my hair before the reception to make sure it was perfect. Although an extra cost, I highly recommend.

the wedding day, the trial was done by me. My friend used this Femme Akoi and I think her makeup looks good that's why I hired them. Luci also did my hair and she didn't know how to do hair. Allie the hair stylist who did the bridesmaid's hair did a great job. But Luci did my hair. Waste of money and time.

for her and she had everything she needed. I am not the best at hair and make up but explained what I wanted and she did a great job! I really liked the way that I looked throughout the whole event. My hair is also very straight and doesn't hold a curl well and my hair stayed looking great all the way through the after party. In addition, my make up stayed without any running or smudging all the way through the night. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hair and makeup.

rial well in advance. Maddie did an incredible job with my hair and makeup, she listened to any suggestions I had and made any adjustments needed as well. I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and this was the best hair and makeup team I have ever come across. I don’t wear makeup often so I am always nervous to get it professionally done that it will look too much, but it was perfect on my wedding day and I still felt like me. Maddie, Grissel, and Aliyah together were amazing on the day of, they arrived on time and worked so efficiently through the 6 bridesmaids, myself, and two moms that we were done early (which also had never happened at any of the weddings I have been in). All of my bridesmaids raved about their hair and makeup as well, they loved it and felt so comfortable and confident that day. Thank you so much!

the wedding party to make it as fun and relaxing as possible. The wedding party was STUNNING! It wasn't "over the top", but incredibly classy and glamorous, and it lasted throughout the evening. I've never had my hair or makeup done professionally, but I will be working with Femme Akoi again for special occasions. If I could give them 10 stars I would - absolutely perfect!

thanks to these two ladies. They ensured we stayed on schedule and were completely satisfied with our hair and make up. I can't thank them enough!

the inspiration pictures I provided. The girls showed up having already reviews those photos and didn’t need to spend time searching for them or reviewing them the day of the wedding. The girls were extremely on schedule leaving us with plenty of time at the end and we did not rushed. The flower girls hair and makeup exceeded expectations and was extremely age appropriate. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

. I made specific requests for the day that were communicated to my MUA who was able to accommodate. Kaitlyn did my bridal hair and makeup. Both the trial and real day were beautiful. My makeup and hair held all day and didn’t require touch ups at all. We also had Allie who did hair and make up on my in laws. Everyone looked beautiful and were very pleased with the services. I highly recommend working with Femme Akoi as it is very well managed. Kaitlyn and Allie are very talented and made for a wonderful day.

ist, was great. She’s super chill and easy-going, the exact kind of energy you’d want to be around the morning of your big day! She did a great job on my mother and MOH’s updos as well.

so comfortable and beautiful I knew this would be the company I chose! Since I lived out of town and had my trial over a year in advance, I knew I would probably not get Maddie for my actual wedding but from Femme Akoi’s Instagram and reviews I knew any artist I got would do an amazing job. On the day of the wedding Ana, Grissel, and Angel were all ready and set up right on time and had us all looking amazing exactly on schedule. Ana did my makeup and Grissel did my hair and they made me feel the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my life and Grissel did my dream braided hairstyle absolutely perfectly. While they were doing our hair and makeup they were all so nice and chatted with us and made it such a delightful getting ready experience. I would definitely recommend Femme Akoi as well as Ana and Grissel to anyone and everyone I know planning their wedding!

re so happy with their services! For my bridal hair/makeup Ayla did an excellent job and made my vision come to life perfectly. I would recommend her a million times over!

to all of the looks they did for me, my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law. Some of our guests also had their hair and makeup done at the salon throughout the weekend. Everyone was happy with how they looked and we all felt insanely beautiful thanks to Femme Akoi and the fabulous work of their artists.

amazing. The quality of their work was unbelievable.

er similar vendors. They have also done many weddings at the Powel Crosley Estate, so they new the venue well. Monica did my hair and makeup trial and for my wedding day as well. She took the vision I had in my head and made it happen! I felt like a model on my wedding day because of how stunning I felt with my hair and makeup. Monica gave me good advice for hair and skin prep prior to the wedding day for the best results. They provided a timeline for getting ready a few weeks before the wedding date. For most weddings I have been a part of, the hair or makeup alone took an hour each. These girls were pros - each hair and makeup session only took 30-45 minutes each. Although they were fast, it did not take away from the quality they delivered. All of my bridesmaids and family members were very happy with their hair and makeup and felt that the artists did an excellent job. They showed up to the venue on time and my large bridal party had plenty of time to get ready and did not feel rushed! We all truly enjoyed the process of getting ready together and it was a memory I will cherish forever.

na did an amazing job on myself, my two bridesmaids, and my mother. Ana did all of our makeup and all of our hair. She stuck right with the timeline and made us all look/feel beautiful :)

al and I appreciated how they helped to start my wedding day so perfectly. Everyone looked wonderful and the hair and makeup lasted throughout the entire day! I absolutely loved my hair and makeup and loved the little kit Monica gave me to help with with any fixes I might need for the rest of the day. Thank you Femme Akoi!!!

look again for the big day! All of my bridesmaid loved their hair as well!! Thank you so so much Haleigh!!

quick job. They all arrived early, were professional, did each person's HMU to their inspo photos, and everyone was so happy with the result. With the humidity in FL we also had someone come to the venue for touch ups which was so worth it! Thank you so much for making me feel so good on my wedding day! Would recommend their services to anyone!! I had Lana as my lead stylist but we also had Allie and Ana doing others, all were great!

re so easy to work with and were great communicators. I had an awesome trial experience that exceeded my expectations. Leaving my trial I was so excited to be working with Aliyah as my bridal hair and makeup stylist. I felt equally relieved when Cassidy and Ana helped me, my sister, and my mom get ready with hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and when Aliyah and Kiany glammed everyone up for the wedding day. All of the girls were so fun to hangout with and made the getting ready experience so relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone was getting compliments on their hair and makeup ALL DAY LONG. Our glam held up for multiple hours, even when it rained. Would recommend Femme Akoi 10/10 and look forward to working with them again.

g wedding, we still looked fab the morning after!! The makeup was light yet glam, she did both Hollywood curls and updos.. serious extreme talent at such a young age, true artist!! Bravo times a million girlfriend, you are just so gifted 🙌🏻🤘🏻✌🏻🫶🏻

ir and makeup looked great and stayed in place throughout the day. Alex and Casey did a great job keeping on schedule and making sure everyone looked picture perfect. Can't recommend Femme Akoi enough!

it came out stunning! Alex did my hair. We made small adjustments from the trial and it still came out beautiful! I am obsessed with the way it all turned out, and lasted ALL DAY. They used my inspo photos, and my survey to match me with the right stylists, were very organized with creating the day of timeline, and were flexible and helpful along the way. Bridesmaids and moms were beautiful and happy with their services as well. Femme Akoi was easy to work with, affordable, knowledgeable, trendy, and super friendly!

wedding day (THANK YOU, CASSIDY AND ALIYAH), but the others from my family who used them felt the same. The hair and makeup came out exactly as I had dreamed of and lasted the entire night (through tears, sweat, dancing, etc.!) Our hair and makeup all photographed super well, and we got so many compliments from our guests. Femme Akoi was always extremely prompt in their responses (from day 1 of contacting them to the day of my wedding), were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, and truly made me feel like they had my best interest in mind (which I can't say of all of my vendors unfortunately). If I were to do this all again, I would without a DOUBT book Femme Akoi!!! You all are amazing, and I appreciate you so much!

at I was looking for. They had me create a timeline so each bridesmaid and mother had a set time and it kept the day moving! They were never behind and even finished early. Cassidy was phenomenal getting my slippery hair to stay in a twisty updo all night that never made my head ache. Aliyah made me feel so comfortable in my own skin and brought my vision to life with my makeup. A drink even sloshed on my face on the dance floor and my makeup didn't budge a bit. Natalie was great doing it all between mothers, bridesmaids, and the flower girl. The whole team was awesome working with different hair lengths/types and skin tones/textures which was important to me. The day wouldn't have been the same without these ladies and I'm so happy with how everything turned out!

job with my trial look and the day-of final product. Allie and her team were professional, fun, and a delight to work with on my big day as we were getting ready with my bridal party. I would highly recommend working with Femme Akoi!

er and her team helped all of my bridesmaids feel their absolute best! We all loved it ❤️ We couldn’t have picked a better hair and makeup team, thank you so much!

ptive to feedback and made the exact changes I wanted from the trial to the wedding day. I also loved that she arrived at my house on time and was able to do my bridesmaids and mom's hair perfectly and quickly! Highly recommend!!

hair and makeup. I cannot explain how great it felt to not be rushing to finish hair and makeup before photos and to have a little time to relax. All of the bridesmaids, moms, grandmas, and myself looked and felt beautiful. They stylists took the time to thoughtfully choose hair styles and makeup that would complement each woman as an individual. We started the day with Femme Akoi at 6:15 am, and 11 of us still had perfect hair and makeup by midnight in a day of June humidity and a night of dancing. I cannot recommend the Femme Akoi team enough!

ff of my vision photos and they were a perfect match. The artists did hair and makeup for myself and both mothers. In addition, they did hair for 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. The artists were able to travel to our venue, Isla del Sol, which helped make the day go very smoothly. Maddie was an amazing hair and makeup artist who did my hair and makeup and made me feel absolutely beautiful. My hair and makeup lasted really well, even in the hot Florida weather and on the dance floor all night! Kaylyn helped as second artist and did an amazing job on the girls in the bridal party. She was laid back and easy to have a great time with! Thank you Maddie and Kaylyn for making our day picture perfect! 100% recommend booking with Femme Akoi!

ifferent looks and they were able to nail each one. Our stylists were Monica, Ana, Liz and Elisha. Throughout the entire planning process they were super easy to work with and always responsive. They even worked with me to create a timeline for each person and their service which made the process the day of seamless. They arrived on time, set up quickly and finished early even after touch ups on everyone. Their prices were super reasonable and they do great work!! Thank you for making my family and friends feel and look beautiful.

azing job on my bridesmaids hair & make-up as well!!😍 Everyone truly looked so stunning! I would highly recommend them & Femme Aoki for any hair & make up need!!

and a full night of dancing. I wanted a natural glam looked and she smashed it. I looked exactly like myself but even better. I also didn’t even feel like I had any makeup on. Casey, Janice and Becca were our additional artists and they did amazing! My girls all loved their hair and makeup and again still looked amazing even at 1am at the end of the night. I loved the ability to add on extra artists to help the day go as smoothly as possible and not have to start ridiculously early

sy even though we were traveling from out of town.

. We even created a tik tok with Ana :) My whole bridal party was so impressed with how their looks came out as well. Don't hesitate to book them for your big day, they are truly amazing at what they do and also amazing humans!!

rather hectic day. They did hair and makeup for both my mother and grandmother that turned out flawless as well.

iration pictures. We were so pleased with our results!

ave changed a single thing with my hair or makeup. It was exactly what I envisioned.

ble and willing to make changes to make you your most confident self. Great energy, good at communicating, easy to work with. Highly recommend!

d one of my bridesmaid's hair service and the ambiance set by the stylists we had working of us that day was also not the best. However, Christine, the owner, heard my concerns about the service we received and acted on it. She showed that she truly cared about her costumers' satisfaction with her company's services. Even though my party and I didn't get the best experience from them, I would still recommed to book them. It seems we got them on an off day, that's all. If you look through their social media, they have awesome reviews and share some beautiful pictures and videos of brides getting ready. I, unfortunately, had the bad luck of not getting that the day of my wedding, but I would hope that if you book them you would get that and more :)

early start time. Cassidy was flexible and patient with any changes requested by any of my bridesmaids. Both finished with ample time to spare, so we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend hiring Femme Akoi! From the bridal trial, to the actual wedding day, they were so quick to respond and were so easy to work with. 10/10 :)

m enough for making my day special. 10/10 recommend them!!

ed in and everyone finished up on schedule looking perfect! We are so thankful she was assigned to us and are very appreciative to the entire team for working with us on scheduling, trials, etc. throughout the whole process.
