I want to especially thank Charles for his help and guidance from start to finish. He really helped us make the correct decisions throughout the process which helped lower the natural worry about how it would turn out. Plus he did not stop working during the party making sure every guest was happy and had everything they needed.
Thanks again for everything. It was perfect!

I cannot thank Charles enough for taking care of not only the bride and groom during the wedding, but our guest as well. It was such a dream that I wish we could relive all over again!

we cried together and that is uncommon in any business. They truly are running more than just a business, they are there for every part of your wedding day from start to finish. Dena will cry when you say your vows, Charles will break it down with you and two of their wonderful staff members Harley and Mac will make sure that anything you need is there for you. Even if that means they put your shoes on for you when you can’t bend down. Beyond blessed to have been a part of a Fendley Farmstead wedding.

out of our price range I stumbled across Fendley Farmstead. Charles and his mother Deanna were phenomenal in helping us every step of the way. They were so sweet and east to work with. The venue is simply stunning and the perfect touch of rustic and charm. My favorite part was the two cows on the property! They made for such fun photos! Pricing for this venue is the best part I think, the amount you pay if very fair and unbeatable for the area! The day of our wedding it rained off and on all day, but thanks to their set up it did not affect our wedding. Charles was bouncing between the bridal suite and other places all day to check in on both parties to ensure everything was going well. He was attentive, but not overbearing. I'm so glad we chose Fendley for the wedding of our dreams! Had it not been for Charles and his expertise I don't think we would have had such a perfect wedding!
Awesome venue. Awesome staff. A+++

band and I aren't what you would call "country or rustic" so don't let the farm vibes fool you. We had a romantic, elegant and sparkling wedding with a gorgeous farm as the backdrop. The outside ceremony space is a stunning pavilion with a stacked stone fireplace at the alter, church pews and closed walls on the front and back. The modern farmhouse décor (chandeliers and sheer drapes) are gorgeous. The reception space is a "barn" with beautiful wood and plenty of room for a large wedding and dancing. This is also an extremely handicap friendly venue, which was really important to us as we have loved ones who have mobility challenges. I really cannot say enough about Fendley, Dena, and the rest of their crew. My wedding day was beautiful and perfect...cannot think of one single thing that I would have liked to have done differently. Dena has a storage space FULL of all genres of décor and let my pick and choose everything...as well as letting me add some of my own touches. After our final meeting (about 4 weeks before the wedding) I didn't have to lift a finger other than to drop some things off the day before the wedding. When my bridal party and I arrived at the venue, everything was perfect. If I had to do it again, I would do it at Fendley!
Dena and her team were AMAZING from start to finish! Dena coordinated everything for me, answered all of my questions, decorated so beautifully, I was truly in awe! Fendley Farms...

Charles was extremely professional and so fun to work with! He fit in with us so well and we’re so blessed to be able to with him. Our wedding coordinator Charles did such a tremendous job and was really the key to making this such a special day. Weddings are full of both big and little details and having a professional like Charles running the show makes all the difference in the world for reducing the stress level and allowing everyone to just enjoy the moment of their big day. Fendley Farmstead is hands down the best wedding venue anywhere!

You guys are the best!

ul location. I loved having the opportunity to get married outside while still being under a cover so there were no concerns about the weather. The reception barn was also the perfect space to celebrate with our friends and family following the ceremony! While the day was already everything I could have ever dreamed of, Dena helped make the day better than I could have ever imagined. She was there to help in any way needed and went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. Planning everything in the months leading up to the wedding was a breeze with how caring and organized Dena is. We also had a vast amount of decor to choose from to personalize our day and make each aspect look exactly how I envisioned it. I would recommend this venue to anybody looking for the perfect place to get married!

Fendley Farms is hands down the BEST venue out there. I was a “corona bride” who was supposed to get married in April but had to push the date back to June. Charles went above and ...
beyond during the whole entire time working with us, but especially during the pandemic. He is the best and Dena is just as amazing!! Also they have preferred vendors for cake, photography/videography, DJ, catering, hair and makeup and I highly recommend going with those vendors too. They also exceeded expectations. I knew from the moment I toured the venue it was where I wanted to get married, and then meeting Charles the first time was just an extra bonus that not many venues are fortunate to have. Both Dena and Charles have a servant heart and genuinely want the couple (especially the bride) have the best day of their life, which I did. Don’t even second guess, get married at Fendley!!!

led off close to midnight on Saturday night at the end of November, everything was perfect. Charles Hammonds is the man you want on your side throughout the wedding planning process. He is smart, relaxed and full of knowledge. Not only of his venue, but of everything wedding related. One tour of Fendley Farmstead and my daughter and I both knew that this is where she and her love would start their lives together. The ease of planning and the amazing references that come along with FF are unmatched. Charles literally takes your hand and walks you through each and every step of planning your wedding day.
