Weddings at Fendley Farmstead begin in the Bridal Cottage, where you and your wedding party can enjoy a relaxing morning in a sophisticated environment. After getting ready, you will make your way down a long path that crosses over a babbling brook to the barn. This rustic-chic structure features exposed beams, from which glitter chandeliers, and a grand stone fireplace, in front of which you can exchange your vows. As you walk down the red brick aisle, your loved ones can watch from vintage wooden pews. Afterward, you are invited to celebrate your marriage with a night of dining and dancing on the dance floor. For pictures with your new spouse, a glass-enclosed greenhouse makes for a breathtaking location and offers spectacular views of the surrounding fields. Fendley Farmstead provides all-inclusive packages to ensure that your special day is seamless and stress-free. These include coordination and planning services as well as a large inventory of decorations and furniture. The staff will handle details such as seating arrangements and liaising with vendors and will work with you to bring your vision to life. I grew up across from what is now Fendley Farmstead. It was my best friend's grandparent's homeplace. As a child, I would jump in the leaves in the front yard of the homeplace. Never in a million years did I ever imagine owning this beautiful piece of the wonderful community I grew up in. I am very excited to share my property with those who are looking for a small piece of heaven on earth.

We cannot express how amazing Charles and all the staff at Fendley were for our day! We’ve been working with our coordinator Charles since the first day we toured (about 1.5 years ago) and he was absolutely incredible for the whole process of wedding planning! Easy to reach for any questions, very detailed, so sweet & fun and created such a beautiful day for us. He took all the stress away from us before & during the wedding, made sure to keep everyone in line & on schedule for the day to keep it running smoothly. We had the most magical day at Fendley thanks to Charles & his family- Dena & Brannigan, and all the other staff! We love them & are forever grateful. ❤️

We just got married at Fendley Farmstead and it was a dream! Dena is amazing and truly took my vision and made it come to life. The decorations were gorgeous and the wedding process was seamless. We did the all inclusive package and it took all the planning stress away as Dena set up all the vendors for us. Charles and Dena were there every step of the way during our wedding day and the day ran seamlessly. If you are looking for a gorgeous wedding venue with amazing people who make you feel so comfortable and loved, Fendley Farmstead is for you!

Dena and Charles were AMAZING!! Having a Christmas wedding has always been a dream and they made it happen. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property we knew we were where we were supposed to be. Dena and Charles both made us feel like family from the beginning. From making sure every little detail was exactly what we wanted to making sure all of our guests were happy and taken care of we could not have asked for a better experience or a better wedding. They made sure to get us in touch with all of the right people and vendors to make our day exactly what I had in mind! The process was seamless and so much less stress free for me that I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day 100% with no worries what so ever. It was magical and everything we ever dreamed of and more! To Dena and Charles thank you for our perfect day! We are so blessed and so thankful for you both! We just love you guys! ❤️

After visiting one other venue, we walked onto the farmstead and knew it was where we’d say "I do." It had the perfect country-chic vibe and so many options for tailoring the day to our style. Our coordinator, Charles, went above and beyond to make the planning process seamless. He was there every step of the way, making sure we felt supported and stress-free. Seeing the reception space fully decorated for the first time was like a dream come true—I almost cried at how perfect it was! Not only was the ambiance incredible, but the food was phenomenal, and the staff treated our guests with the utmost care. Fendley Farmstead wasn’t just a venue; it was the heart of our perfect day. We couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

Our wedding was everything we wanted and more!!! Charles was so helpful and accommodating, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for those wanting an outdoor wedding without being worried about the rain! And the reception hall is absolutely stunning!

Thank you so much for making our wedding a roaring success. I thought everything went great and I had a fantastic time. I don’t think it could have been any better. Numerous guests complemented us on how nice the venue was, how great the food tasted and how nice staff was. I want to especially thank Charles for his help and guidance from start to finish. He really helped us make the correct decisions throughout the process which helped lower the natural worry about how it would turn out. Plus he did not stop working during the party making sure every guest was happy and had everything they needed. Thanks again for everything. It was perfect!

When helping plan my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding for the last year and half we visited a few wedding venues. Let me say I knew as soon as we arrived at Fendley Farmstead and met Charles, that was where my daughter would become a wife. Everything about the venue was what Skylar had dreamed of including the cows (Sugar & Dot). The wedding ceremony and reception were amazing!!! Charles was not only the most wonderful wedding coordinator he is now a friend for life.

Our journey at Fendley Farmstead for our daughter’s wedding was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Dena made the entire process so easy and seamless, keeping us on track and organized down to the smallest detail. We feel so blessed to have found such a beautiful venue with equally beautiful people to work with. Charles and all his staff were simply amazing. They truly have a passion and love for each other and for what they do, and it shows. We had so many comments from wedding guests about how beautiful and amazing everything was. We are forever grateful to Dena and her whole team for making our daughter’s wedding day perfect!! So blessed to have chosen Fendley Farmstead the perfect venue!

This venue was absolutely perfect for hosting our daughter’s wedding. Charles and his staff were amazing, friendly and professional. All the details were everything our daughter wanted and more. All of the guests were in awe of how beautiful and elegant the venue looked and felt.
