Ferah Catering & Events provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Stephanie & Chef Burak were a delight to work with - professional, responsive, and attentive to all our needs. Chef Burak went above and beyond, customizing a fusion menu that artfully incorporated both my husband's African American heritage and my Vietnamese background. He also thoughtfully created special meals for our young guests and vegan friends. The food was simply sublime - 5-star dining with exquisite, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Stephanie and Chef Burak made sure we were well-fed and cared for throughout the celebrations - from cocktail hour bites delivered to our bridal suite, to perfectly plated dinner courses for the bride & groom (we hosted a buffet style) to keeping our drinks refreshed. They also offered cake cutting services and toile care of cleaning up after dinner. We had plenty of left overs that was delicious the day after. Our guests made sure to tell us “this is the best wedding food we’ve had in a while!” We couldn't recommend Ferah more highly for making our wedding meal so special and memorable.

We hired Ferah for our wedding, they were great and everything we wanted in a caterer! After testing out multiple catering companies we were able to choose Ferah because of their attention to detail and of course the taste of the food. Working with the team at Ferah was also amazing, they were quick to respond to emails and help us execute on the vision we had for our wedding. Our guests loved the food, from cocktail hour to reception, everyone left the wedding raving about how great the food was. Don’t hesitate to hire Ferah for your event, they were wonderful and are complete professionals.

Our experience with Ferah Catering was absolutely wonderful! We received tons of compliments on the food, both the dinner and desserts, the servers were prompt and friendly, and Chef Burak and his team were wonderful and able to be a bit flexible when we pushed dinner up by 15 minutes. We also received compliments from our venue staff, saying that you were wonderful to work with even before the wedding. Frankly, I don't know of anything that would have made it better and I'm excited to be able to tell everyone about Ferah's restaurant locations because there were tons of tasty things we didn't include at our event. :D

Ferah Catering and Events was by far our favorite vendor to work with for our special day. Chef Burak and Stephanie took care of everything, and they made us feel so much at ease regarding the catering that this was one part of wedding planning that we didn’t have to worry about at all. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions leading up to our wedding. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond on making sure all the guests received their food hot and quick. We still have people commenting on how delicious our food was; that made us super happy. We were very impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process, and we can’t imagine our wedding without them. Ferah Catering and Events was one of our best vendors hands down. From the very start, Chef Burak handled our food tasting, which was excellent. We were hesitant because we know wedding food is not usually good since it’s made in “bulk” and Chef Burak blew this expectation out of the water! Not to mention his staff, had been amazing to work with. Specifically, Stephanie.. she had the best communication, anytime you had a question she answered right away. Just overall, we had the best experience with this company I 110% recommend them for your wedding or event !!!! We still have people commenting on how good our food was… we were very impressed and wish we could relive this day again! Thank you Chef Burak and team for the best experience !!!

Many guests complimented the tasty food, and of course the beef, and bacon wrapped dates were a favorite by all. The presentation of the dessert bar and buffet was beautiful, and staff was prompt, professional and friendly. Any and all changes made to the food leading up to the event were addressed and questions answered quickly when conversing via email. Every time we met in person leading up to the wedding, they gave us confidence in their expertise and services and put my anxious parents minds at ease. Thank you Ferah! It was a great event.

I can't thank your team enough for the amazing service and food on our wedding day! We have been getting RAVE reviews on the taste of the food + presentation. Unfortunately for me (lol), but fortunately for our guests, they got to eat everything and they loved every bit. After our ceremony the event space smelled like heaven as your team was preparing for dinner. I couldn't have asked for better service & flavor.

I can not say enough good things about Chef Burak, his food, service, setup, professionalism, and all that he and his staff did to make our daughters wedding the best day of their lives. This is our 5th child to get married and third in three years so we know a little something about weddings and it is not an exaggeration to say Ferah Catering and Events is the best at what they do. The food was amazing, the service was incredible, and it was affordable. Three things you just don't get together, however they make you feel like you are royalty and that you matter to them. We have had several guests ask about Chef Burak and on the food and service. I could go on and on but am limited here. Top notch.

Food matters when it comes to a wedding. Every single guest and vendor compliment the chef. The food was the best part according to many guest. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Even our picky eaters loved all of it! Chef is amazing, his staff are hard working. The cost was absolutely worth it. We are so happy that Ferah came out to do our wedding. No complaints whatsoever! We can’t wait to dine at the restaurant again!

Incredible!!! Hire them!! You will be amazed!! The tasting they turned into a lovely romantic date, and the food was incredible, and we needed ALL vegan!!! Not only did they pull it off, but we were getting HUGE amounts of compliments on how delicious the food was! Even from non-vegans!!! So happy to have had them!

Ferah was absolutely amazing!! They were the highlight of our wedding, we absolutely recommend working with them. Chef Burak was incredibly friendly and very professional. Planning our menu was seamless and their team’s communication was great throughout the whole process. Now the food…the food was easily everyone’s favorite part of the wedding! The menu was creative and delicious - everything we picked was perfect. The drunken charcuterie station was unique and a big hit. And you know the chef knows what he’s doing when everyone raves about the chicken after a wedding lol.

Ferah Tex - Med Kitchen was my first choice for catering, when planning my daughter’s wedding. I have been an event planner for many years so I have tasted a LOT of delicious food. The owner, Burak and his staff, go above and beyond, adding special touches and details to each dish. They offer such a wide variety of food, for every food palette and every ethnicity in food. The bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with goat cheese and topped with chipotle aioli were a huge hit at the wedding, as one of the passed appetizers. My office is fairly close to one of his restaurants and I go there as often as I can.

Wedding planning is stressful, but Ferah Catering put my mind completely at ease. This was one part of my wedding that I did not have to worry about. During the planning phase they were detail oriented, proactive in their communication, attentive to my needs and professional. During the event, they were incredibly thoughtful in being one step ahead of my needs AND my guests needs. They went above and beyond to provide appetizers to my bridal party and I as we were getting ready. They even went as far as to pre-plate the head tables meals without being asked. In addition, they were clean, organized and service oriented for the entirety of my wedding. Thank you Ferah Catering for being a dream to work with and for making my special day stress free!

Food was an important element to me for our wedding - I did not want run of the mill crappy food. Ferah is anything but! They worked with our unique requests and delivered a DELICIOUS dinner that everyone was impressed by. Huge selection of food options, healthy and fresh, and flavored so well. Do yourself a favor and book a taste trial with them, the decision from there will be a no brainer!

My husband and I used Ferah for our wedding reception and it was the best decision we could have made. Chef Burak and Stephanie took care of everything and we were able to be stress free the entire time! Our guests raved about the food and the service all throughout the evening! I would highly recommend Ferah for any wedding or other catering event!

If you need a catering company for any event, then look no further. Ferah’s is the absolute best! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we didn’t have a catering company a month before our wedding. My in-laws found Ferah’s, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. The Chef was incredible to work with and he made our wedding so very special with some incredible food! His staff was amazing and even helped our wedding coordinator out with some of the finishing touches so everything would look amazing for us. Every single one of our guests commented on how the food was amazing. It was not “wedding food” good it was an expensive night out good! We had the stuffed chicken and the chef’s mothers’ meatballs for our main courses, and both were mouthwatering delicious. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Farrah’s and the job they did for us.

Ferah / Burak did everything perfect for myself and my wife Sohana's wedding! Highly, highly recommend. Easy to work with, accommodating, on time, professional, communicative! Oh, and the food was amazing. Not just your typical wedding food....was a true mix of different cultures and cuisines in the best way. We had a farm wedding and Burak and his team set up the buffet perfectly as well as had a full on outdoor grill station setup that was really a hit. In our opinion the price was very reasonable and he provided great servers/plating/etc. Also sliced our cake and served desserts with no hassle. Hire Ferah and Burak if you want to have the best wedding food your guests have had before!
