ed until the hour before the ceremony, despite both my wedding coordinator and I confirming the delivery date and time multiple times in the weeks leading up to the event.
I had chosen Fern Floral for my bouquet, boutonnières, and four large ceremony arrangements specifically to reduce stress on the day. Sadly, this ended up being one of the most stressful parts of our wedding.
While everything ultimately came together, what was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. I reached out privately to Alison in late June and followed up again in mid-July to share my experience, but never received a response. I had truly hoped to write a review that reflected both the beauty of the florals and the overall service, but in the absence of any acknowledgment, I feel it’s important to share the full picture, especially given how significant a floral investment can be for a wedding.
I used Fern Floral for my small wedding and the results were beautiful! We got married in the middle of winter and she still found really pretty florals for us.

She was easy to communicate with and worked well alongside our planner who was assisting with design. Overall, we loved our experience with Alison and we appreciated working with her!

had asked for navy or blue incorporated. The Mens florals we’re very plain and wilted almost immediately, my fiancés was drooping before the first look was even over. The bouquets were not very full, and many guests kept asking me if the flowers were what I requested, because it was that obvious they did not match our aesthetic. The garland and arch were very pretty, though. I also reached out before the wedding to see if they needed anything from me, and to chat in order to make sure everything was good, and I never got a response. I am not typically picky about anything, but was bummed with the florals at our wedding overall. I wish there was more communication on their end close to the wedding to discuss and make sure it was what we had anticipated. I’m attaching a photo of my bouquet (my fiancés flower is in the background of it as well), compared to the inspiration photo.
