We chose Festoon for our rentals because we wanted high quality pieces and they were also very reasonably priced. They are can be busy so E-mail response time can be slow but do not worry, all the rentals at our wedding were exactly what we wanted and we are so happy we used Festoon.
We rented a few things for our wedding from Festoon and the items were 10/10. The team at Festoon was patient with me as I changed our order a few times last minute and the items they provided were great. Would definitely book again!
Oh my oh my oh my! Festoon is the absolute best. Chase was a pleasure to work with and incredibly generous. Not only has she curated a beautiful selection of rentals, but she was accommodating and went over the top to set up all of our tables and chairs at the venue space. I did not expect that at all, but they got straight to work and did not stop until everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend their mismatched chairs as they provide warmth and coziness to any wedding space. Run, don't walk, to booking Festoon Rentals!!!!!

Festoon did an amazing job helping us with our October 2020 wedding in Georgetown. They were very prompt, extremely helpful and responsive and able to help us with a last minute update on our order to add an extra outdoor bar. My wife and I would highly recommend partnering with Festoon if you need help adding anything for your special day!
Festoon was great to work with and their rentals were perfect! Chase was very responsive and answered all of our questions about pricing and quantities very quickly. We were able to see everything first-hand and later adjust our choices when needed very easily. They had everything we wanted: Farmhouse Tables, plates & mismatched glasses, silverware options, lawn games (a big hit), a sweet pink couch and other lounge furniture, and more! Festoon was a big part of our wedding celebration experience and we couldn't recommend them more!
I want to rent everything from Festoon everyday. Their pieces are amazing!!! We rented three yard games and a couple tables since our venue provided most everything else we needed. However, if budget had allowed we would have used so many more items. They arrived on time to deliver and pick-up items and were very easy to work with. Chase was extremely responsive to emails and worked with us when we needed to change the items we were renting. I highly recommend using Festoon for any rental needs.
