s a fire fighter and she was so flexible with scheduling and was considerate of our personal needs. She was incredibly meticulous & organized. We had some personal life circumstances pop up throughout planning and she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and reassuring. She assisted me with contacting vendors & coordinating with the venue. She was there for me throughout the planning process and listened to my ideas and anxieties and she reassured me everything would be perfect. And it was! In fact the wedding day itself surpassed any and all expectations. She pulled the vision together and BEYOND. We had friends willing to assist set up and when they arrived Carolyn had already set everything up and had everything ready to go. She was by our side throughout the day and ensured we had everything we needed without bringing any questions or concerns to us. She kept us in our bliss bubble and took charge of everything! And she did it all with a smile!!! I told her many times throughout the process that without her I could not do this and there is NO WAY the day would have came together so beautifully. Any speed bumps we hit with our venue or other vendors, Carolyn was ready to jump in and assist. She had answers to all our of questions and solutions to problems we hadn’t even considered yet. And that was all before the wedding weekend.
On the day of, we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying our day together. Carolyn had it all taken care of and her cool and calm demeanor kept us feeling comfortable. She was able to handle day of coordination flawlessly (managing not one but TWO baraats and working with our siblings who weren't used to officiating for an interfaith ceremony) while also providing excellent design details with florals. Carolyn has such a kind, warm personality that can make anyone feel at ease. I also love the small touches like coming over to my hotel room with a bag of goodies to make me feel relaxed on my wedding morning (I was not expecting that at all but it was super nice to see her and her presence def put me at ease). After the wedding, both my sister in law and mom mentioned how great and professional Carolyn was at her job. (It's not just coming from me!)
