nded Larissa after we interviewed many other wedding planners. Once we got on the zoom call with her there was an immediate connection. Larissa is professional, creative, organized and knows what needs to get done. She was on top of our vendor contracts and made sure all the details were perfect. She is considerate of the wedding budget and is full of wonderful ideas and suggestions. Honestly she knew what we wanted and needed before we did. The wedding was magical and every minute of the day we perfectly planned by Larissa. I am sad the wedding is over because I miss having her part of our daily lives. She is the best in the business and should be tops on your list for any event you are planning!!

well beyond what I could do with their detailed eyes. With their experience, organization, and positive attitude I not only picked great planners to trust for my big day, but women I could see myself being friends with! They are a must hire!

and punctual to every meeting with us and our venue! She made sure each and every detail we wanted was solidified with all our vendors prior to the big day! The day of support her and her team offered was unmatched, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Fête Fort Worth for being there on our big day and all the wonderful work they did!

amless with her well-organized timelines and checklists, breaking everything down into manageable steps so we never felt overwhelmed. She connected us with top-notch vendors at great prices and ensured every detail was covered leading up to the big day.
Most impressively, on the day of our wedding, our caterer canceled last minute—but we had no idea! Larissa handled the entire situation behind the scenes, securing a replacement with the same type of food so flawlessly that we only found out about it after the fact. Her quick thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to keep everything running smoothly under pressure were beyond impressive.
If you're looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator who is professional, organized, and truly dedicated to making your wedding day perfect, Larissa is the one. You will not regret having her as part of your big day!

helped us narrow down on a venue, kept us on track so we were not stressed, and coordinated everything during our wedding weekend. Larissa is friendly, personable, and incredibly organized. Not only did her experience helped us accurately forecast our budget for 150 guests, she even helped us identify vendors within our price range. When we started getting spun up about making decisions, Larissa would identify the critical issues and provide us with step-by-step approaches. Ultimately, it helped us tackle planning the whole wedding weekend without getting overwhelmed. Once the planning was complete, Larissa handled the execution of the weekend. All in all, we avoided so much stress and anxiety because we used Fête, and I would encourage any future bride or groom to find a wedding planner as amazing as Larissa.
We had a great experience with Fête Fort Worth! Larissa listened to what we wanted, preferences, budget, etc. and helped us curate a perfect day. Highly recommend!
Working with Larissa for our wedding was an absolutely amazing experience!! From our first meeting with her, she did a great job on really focusing on what we as a couple wanted on...
our wedding day and what was important to us. Throughout the entire planning process, Larissa answered all of our questions, recommended vendors and really made us feel supported in what can really be an overwhelming time.
As wedding time came around, Larissa was ON IT - she worked with all of our vendors to ensure everything was ready to rock. She helped walk us through what every part of our day was going to look like and really took all of the stress off of our plates.
Finally on wedding day, Larissa was absolutely incredible. She anticipated every single one of our needs and made sure everything ran so smoothly. If there were any problems, we sure didn’t know about them and were able to just enjoy all of the beauty of the day, as it should be. We cannot recommend Larissa enough for any event you may be planning - not only is she organized and very detail oriented, but she is so fun to work with and such a great partner to work and share your celebration with!

issing a beat! She seamlessly orchestrated every detail with grace and precision. The entire time leading up to and during the day of our wedding she took on decisions, organized all of our vendors, and made the months leading up to our wedding completely stress free. She asks the important questions, thinks of details I’d never even thought of and is on your side through it all. All of my friends kept asking how stressed I was with wedding planning was before our day and because of Larissa my response was always “ZERO STRESS!” she made this special time in our life just that, so special and stress free - the way it should be!!
She took our vision for our casual and colorful dinner reception, executed it flawlessly and thought of every thing we might need or want before we could even think of it! The way she was able to make decisions on the fly because of rain on our rehearsal, deal with our wild bunch of a bridal party when plans suddenly changed and communicate clearly with us and our crazy families while keeping cool and calm was so important throughout the days leading up to the wedding. Not only is she meticulously organized but she is also one of the kindest most professional people you will ever meet, and she will fight to make sure you have what you and your partner need and want! That is what you need in a planner and Larissa delivers on that and more.
It's clear she's not just a coordinator; she's a magician who turns dreams into reality and truly she made our vision of the wedding weekend come to life, better than we could have ever dreamed of.
Anyone would be fortunate to have her and her team, and not hiring Fetw Fort Worth would undoubtedly be a missed opportunity for perfection on your special day! We want everyone to know how special she and her team is to us!! Thank you, Larissa and the entire Fete Fort Worth Team for making our wedding weekend a dream come true - we are forever grateful for you all!!
