We offer a variety of packages that are customized to fit your needs and budget. Whether you need full planning services, or someone to coordinate your wedding the day-of, we can handle it for you. We're based out of New Orleans, but we service Baton Rouge, Lafayette and are more than willing to travel for a destination wedding. We originally chose Fête Planning Co. because of their flexible month of/day of coordination option. As someone who was very eager to do the planning of our wedding, my one major concern while booking vendors was always ensuring the execution of those meticulous plans on the day of. Another initial worry was not wanting to trouble my guests/family members with the task of wedding coordination, so once I stumbled on Fete's page, I was excited to see that they offered a package that could essentially solve my main wedding worries! After one phone call with Kara, I knew that I could fully trust her to make our dream wedding vision a reality, and to provide us with expert advice along the way!
Boy, did I not know just how much more I would need Kara's expertise at the time of booking back in 2019...Not only was Kara able to help us reschedule our postponed wedding day, but as we finally approached just one more month of waiting, she was able to help us compose an ideal master timeline that worked best for us. This timeline allowed us to enjoy each other's company, and every little moment throughout the day, with the focus always remaining on what was truly special to us as a couple. Kara continued to bring us peace of mind throughout our wedding week, especially when the clouds began to roll in...literally. As residents of Louisiana, we knew there was a risk of rain when we planned our outdoor ceremony, but we did not know the monsoon that our wedding day would hold. When I say Fête Planning Co. is the reason we were able to make it down the aisle, that is no exaggeration. From Kara meeting me at my car with an umbrella in hand confidently guiding me to a secret back door bridal suite entrance, to Ben taking on the force of the storm to protect our photographers' cameras, these two were the absolute force that kept our timeline flowing. They kept our stress levels low on what could've otherwise become a disastrous day. As a bride, there's just no replacing a team confidently making sure that everything is flowing 100% smoothly around you, and there is no better team than Fête Planning Co.
They truly allowed us to enjoy every moment, and we just could not be more grateful for their attention to detail, compassion, and confidence that they displayed throughout our entire experience. If you're a type A planner like me thinking, "Hmmm I don't know if I need a coordinator. Eh, I don't think I need one," just think of them as insurance that everything you've worked so hard to plan will truly work out, and work out even better than you thought it could with their expert help! We are so blessed to have found Kara and Ben, and 1,000 "Thank You's" will never quite cover all that they did to make our big day special!
Kara and Ben were the best team to work with! We used them for "month of" and they were very organized and handled all of our vendors, contracts, deliveries, and so much more! Kara met with us to nail down a timeline, and they were SO helpful on the day of the wedding as well. From little details such as transporting bridesmaid's bags to the reception to helping my parents load their car at the end of the night to big things like coordinating the cake and the first dance- they were so professional and helpful throughout it all! When we arrived at the reception, everything was PERFECT- exactly like the vision we had created, and I know it was thanks to Kara and Ben's supervision and guidance throughout set up. We cannot say enough good things about Fete and we are very thankful we chose to use them!
Kara and Ben were absolutely great! We opted for the day of coordinator package, so my husband and I did the majority of the planning on our own and Kara and Ben made the day of and rehearsal go smoothly. They traveled to Oregon for our destination wedding, created a timeline for us, ran the rehearsal, helped decorate, ran errands, and helped answer calls from other vendors. We also really liked their vibe of being available but not too close during the reception. They did so much for us, I honestly don’t even know if I’ve covered everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would truly recommend Kara and Ben to our friends!
I can't say enough positive things about Kara & Ben. We utilized their Day-Of services, and they were awesome to work with. Kara has a lot of experience and advice to offer, and she is so kind and thoughtful. She and Ben handled so many of the big & little details during the day; I know their contributions were what led to it being a stress-free, best-day-ever kind of wedding! There are so many things I wish to thank them for, but there's one that stood out to me, that perfectly speaks to the generous nature of Kara & Ben. Immediately upon hearing I was undecided about including our dog in the ceremony (I wasn't sure how she would get home), Kara & Ben volunteered to take her home afterwards! I was floored by their generosity, and so grateful our pup got to participate in our wedding - all thanks to these two! They took care of so many other matters throughout the day - from setting and cleaning up, to coordinating our big exit, Fete was always there to see a task done and make sure we got to enjoy our wedding. I don't know how we would have fared without their help. I can't recommend Fete enough <3
Kara and Ben were so great! They never hesitated to research things I was confused about, and were always one call or text away. When it came to day of they were FANTASTIC. I never heard of one issue, and had literally nothing to worry about but getting ready. If you’re at all hesitant about hiring them, at least get them for month of/day of. I promise it is worth not having to coordinate vendors when you’re already stressed with getting ready. That alone takes up the entire day!
As part of a group that was recently tasked with planning a couple’s shower, I have just four words of advise: Hire Fete Planning Co.! After we met with Kara to go over our “vision”, she was able to style an event that EXCEEDED our expectations. From the venue to the flowers and decorations to the menu, her recommendations were spot-on. We stayed within budget, and best of all, with Kara and Ben there to make sure things ran smoothly, even the hosts could relax and enjoy the party (and boy did we). Thanks, Kara and Ben...y’all are the best! We’ll definitely be calling Fete to plan and style our next event.
Thanks to Kara and Ben for helping our wedding day run so smoothly. From confirming our vendors, to handling our day of timeline, pinning boutonnieres and setting up our guest book table - they did it all! I can't imagine our day without them and I am so thankful that they were able handle all of the day of details so that my husband and I could enjoy our day to the fullest!
Kara and Ben are absolutely amazing. They were such a joy to work with. I was especially excited to work with them because I felt like they shared the same sort of style as me. My wedding venue was pretty much a blank slate and kind of hard to work with and I really needed help with decorating 100% of my venue. They without a doubt killed it! They transformed my wedding venue to a page out of a magazine. Beyond their phenomenal decorating skills they kept everything on track the day of my wedding. They helped me prep everything the month before our big day and made everything much easier for me. They are so wonderful and these two are definitely going to be a big name in the planning service world. Thank you guys so much for everything.
Kara and Ben were the perfect pair on our wedding day! I had nothing to worry about and complete confidence that they would take care of all the details. Kara was so sweet during our first meeting! I knew we had an instant connection. These two had a blast on our big day, and that meant so much to me. I can't say enough about their calming presence. This team is absolutely amazing!
