We booked two drivers to shuttle guests between our wedding venue and a nearby bar from 11 PM to midnight. The first issue came when one of the drivers showed up at 11 AM — a full 12 hours early. He was difficult to understand and mentioned he was new to Fetii, and it was clear he wasn't sure what our reservation entailed.
When he returned at the correct time, we had to re-explain the job to him from scratch. Communication throughout the night was a consistent struggle. By 11:35 PM we were ready to be taken to the bar, and we ended up waiting until nearly midnight — at which point my new wife and I realized the drivers likely weren't coming back.
With roughly 30 minutes still remaining on our reservation, it appeared our driver had left early, possibly to get to another booking across town. He mentioned that he had a midnight ride scheduled in North Austin (about 30 minutes away from our venue), which was quite stressful and frustrating for us.
The driver was kind, and I want to be clear that my frustration is with the execution and scheduling — not his character. But on a regular night this would have been a minor inconvenience. On our wedding night, it was genuinely upsetting to be left stranded with half our reservation unused.
The price point was great and the rep we worked with was excellent. But based on this experience, I'll likely go with a party bus rental for future events where reliability really matters.

This left us scrambling to book 10 ubers last minute and added chaos, cost, and immense stress to my wedding day. I will never use this company for anything ever again and I will throw a party when they go out of business. I cannot think of a worse way to be treated by a wedding vendor than completely dropping the ball at the last minute.
