Fever

Fever are an epic wedding band and made our wedding one to remember. Ours was a longer, progressive-cocktail style event - the band played for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and multiple set reception. They were high energy, high quality, exciting and kept our guest on their feet, dancing and celebrating, for the length of the event. They were professional and easy to coordinate and plan with - they had crowd-favorite setlists and even learned several songs just for our event. We couldn't recommend highly enough - they were a highlight of the event.

We hired Fever to perform during our cocktail hour and reception for a wedding in CT. They were amazing! Our guests complimented us on them all night long, and Fever did a great job keeping the party going and keeping people dancing. I really appreciate all the work they put in to making sure wedding party introductions went smoothly (my family has some really hard to pronounce names) and they checked in with us on our timeline throughout the night, making sure we were reading for toasts, cake cutting, etc. They were such a pleasure to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to hire a wedding band for their special day. Also!! Our preferred first dance song was not on their set list but we requested that the band learn it for an extra fee and they did such an amazing job. My husband and I loved hearing them practice it and getting to dance to the song we imagined for that moment.

wow wow wow had the BEST experience with Fever band performing at my wedding! They were so professional in the months and planning leading up to the wedding event (responding within a few hours or less). I had not ever worked with or hired a band before and they made the process seamless. The quality of the performance, sound and lighting was phenomenal. Everyone danced the entire night. We cannot wait to see them again!!!

Fever is the absolute BEST! Leading up to our wedding they were so easy to work with, responsive, provided amazing recommendations and always answered all of our questions. On the night of our wedding they knew exactly what songs to play and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. All of our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing they were. They truly are incredible. If we could relive our wedding over and over again we would without a doubt have fever there with us. Highly highly recommend fever - you will not regret it!!

We had Fever for our wedding in June 2021. They were so easy & organized to work with, and stuck with us through all of the Covid rescheduling. They brought so much energy, the entire wedding was up dancing the whole night. People could not stop talking about the band after the wedding. They are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!! Can't recommend them enough!!!

We decided to use Fever Band for our wedding from a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. Boy, can this band perform! For the ceremony, we had a solo acoustic guitar player. Although this sounds cliché, the music was so beautiful as I walked down the aisle, it made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. He continued to play during our cocktail hour, and multiple guests commented later on how talented he was and how much they enjoyed the music. For the reception, we had a 6-piece band. The band played a little bit of every genre, but always kept the energy alive. Our first dance song was a country song, and for a band that does not typically perform much country music, they nailed it! To this day, we continue to get compliments about the music at our wedding. We would definitely recommend Fever Band to other couples looking for excellent music at their wedding. We can’t wait to see this band perform again!

Book them! The music and ensuing epic dance party was our absolute favorite part of the day. They were communicative and responsive throughout the planning process and we’re total professionals. Absolutely recommend them!

We had Fever perform at our reception a state away and they were a really cool group of people and did such a fantastic job. So many people told me afterward how the band was their favorite part and that they couldn't even tell some songs were covers. They had a great variety of songs to choose from even for my music snob husband. They also let us customize pretty much everything beforehand which put me at ease night of and Rickie did an excellent job of announcing everything. The best thing was that they learned a very obscure song for our first dance and totally killed it!!! Highly highly recommend.

Fever was incredible to work with. They sounded awesome and were so easy to work with. Rickie was fantastic and really made us feel at ease on our big day. We got so many compliments from guests about how amazing the band was and had people on the dance floor the entire night. Could not recommend enough!

The best band I'v ever heard and by far the best band at a wedding! From the ceremony to the cocktail party the music was perfect. Then came the reception-the dance floor was packed the entire night. They played music everyone wanted to dance to-regardless of age or ability :). The band members are all talented musicians ( we had the full band!) and the bonus was they seemed happy to share in the celebration of our daughter's wedding. Would recommend them for any event.

We booked Fever for our outdoor September 2019 wedding based on a friend's recommendation and could not have been happier! The co-manager, Rickie, was easy to work with, and recommended that we use the 6-piece band for our smaller wedding (~70 people) and were able to use their speakers for a playlist during our cocktail hour. They gave us a worksheet to pick 10 songs from their website that we wanted, 10 songs we didn't want, offered to learn 2 new songs, and would pick the rest of the setlist for flow. The band had amazing energy and from the moment dinner ended to the moment they left they had everyone (including ourselves) on the dance floor. We're so happy they were able to play for us, all of our friends have said they were the best wedding band they've ever heard, more than worth the cost! The only critique I can think of is that there was a slight technical malfunction when the band was taking a break and playing from a playlist for our first dance, which meant that only half the sound came out during the song. Everything went fine, but you may want to make sure the band has tested that during the soundcheck if you're going to have them switching back and forth. Overall, we cannot recommend them enough!

Fever was amazing throughout the entire night of the wedding. My husband and I hadn’t heard them live before booking so there was some slight apprehension but we could NOT have been happier!!! Everyone danced the entire night, our guests loved the band, and they were extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process. They played all of our requests and learned a few songs and those sounded unreal. Seriously, book them - don’t hesitate and don’t worry if you haven’t heard them in person!!! Trust me.

We booked Fever for our wedding in January 2019 based on a friend's recommendation. Though we had never heard the band live, their performances on youtube as well as our friend's recommendation were enough to convince us. Prior to our wedding we dealt with Rickie, and from our first phone call we knew that we were in good hands. She took time to get to know our style of music. She provided us with a song list and we were able to choose 10 "must haves", 10 "don't play's", and 3 additional songs for the band to learn for us. Beyond that, Rickie asked us to allow the band to pick songs that they thought would keep guests on the dance floor based off their feel of the crowd, something that we really appreciated and took some stress off our planning. Prior to the wedding, Rickie was quick to respond via email or telephone to answer any questions. She even brought to our attention an issue that she wanted us to be aware of about our wedding song - It has a big brass section in it. Rickie cautioned us that the band would not be able to reproduce it exactly, but she thought that it sounded great none the less. On our wedding day, we walked into the venue for the band's sound check. The band, who we had never met live before, greeted us as though we were best of friends. The music that they were playing sounded incredible. We walked back to the bridal suite knowing that we were in for a great night of music. We had the jazz trio playing during our cocktail hour - they provided a great background for our guests. We were even able to join for the tail end of cocktail hour to enjoy the music. To be honest, we were a little nervous about our first dance song after Rickie's warning, but as soon as the band started playing we loved it. We could feel the energy of the band as we were dancing our first dance. They did an amazing job - the composition was precisely what we were looking for. With respect to the rest of the night, there was not a single point when the dance floor was empty. The band read our crowd (a mix of young professionals in their 20's-30's, adults in their 50's-60's, and a few even more senior citizens) and played a mix of music that appealed to all of them. Lighting was also part of our package and it looked amazing. In summary - if you are looking for a band that is easy to work with, sounds amazing, and will exceed all of your expectations, look no further. Music is such an important component of the wedding, book Fever and you will not be disappointed. (as an FYI, we booked the 6 piece band).

If I could give Fever 20 stars I would. They were absolutely amazing in both performance and to work with. So many of our guests told me that Fever was the best wedding band they had ever experienced. If you are so fortunate to book Fever for your event, you will not be disappointed. I just wish I had another event down the pike so I could book them again. THEY WERE PERFECT!!!!!!

After months of trying to work with an egotistical wedding band out of Boston, I received a recommendation for a local wedding band, Fever. From our first interaction via email, to my hug from Rickie at the end of my wedding night, Fever was an absolute joy to work with. Not only are they all fantastic musicians who know how to keep the party going; they're all wonderful individuals! We had numerous compliments from our guests about our choice of band- they had our family and friends up and dancing the WHOLE night. I cannot say enough about Fever and our experience working with them. They coordinated with our wedding planner to ensure that the night ran seamlessly- I had zero worries or doubts throughout the entire planning process. I would recommend Fever over and over again to anyone looking for a talented and friendly wedding band. I only wish we could relive the night and get to enjoy their entertainment all over again! Thank you to Rickie, Dan, and all of Fever for being the greatest wedding band there ever was (in my opinion) and for providing us with an incredible night of music and memories to last a lifetime!

Fever was awesome at our wedding in September 2017! They had a great song selection and kept everyone dancing from our friends to our parents' friends! They were great to work with and overall we couldn't have asked for a better band experience. I can't recommend them enough!

I can't say enough good things about Fever. I knew from the opening bars of the bridal party entrance music that they were going to be amazing and they really were. The energy was perfect. People kept coming up to me during the reception to tell me how great they were - they kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night! At one point, they let me know the timeline of the wedding (dinner service, speeches, etc) was running a bit behind and they offered to skip their break and just play through the end of the wedding if we wanted. They were professional to deal with at every stage of planning, and we really couldn't have asked for a better band.

Just Amazing! get the extra horns well worth it. Worked really well with us on our playlist. And then they nailed YOU CAN CALL ME AL. If you are getting married in Southern VT book them they are better then anything else that is closer

You've gotta hire Fever for your wedding! They'll rock the house (or tent ;) and have your guests dancing all night long. Rickie is a pleasure to work with, organized, and knows exactly what your party wants. The band comes with a big sound (horns are included - wow!) and the talent to learn your favorite songs. Their online material is good, but doesn't do justice to hearing them live. Fever will be a highlight of your wedding, with all of your guests raving about what a great band you picked -- just like it was for us.

For our October 2015 wedding we hired the band Fever and they were absolutely amazing! We had two members for the ceremony, 2 members for the cocktail hour, and then the whole group at the reception. Absolutely spend the money on a band, not a DJ. It makes a huge difference and is something your guests will definitely remember.

Fever was the band for our wedding reception. We had the smaller ensemble. THEY WERE AMAZING. We had a dry wedding, and even so, there were people dancing until the end of the night. Out of the entire wedding, the only thing we heard more than "Congratulations" was "Great band!" BOOK THEM. I'm not even kidding. Rickie was our contact go-to. Andy was our main man day-of. We love them! You get to choose songs from their list which encompasses everything from modern hits and classic rocks to seventies dance music. Depending on the package you buy, they will also learn songs for your first dances. I know what you're thinking.....I don't want some band to ruin OUR song. But they won't. They learned the song and performed it amazingly. BOOK THEM!!!!!!

We hired Fever for our wedding in Vermont without ever seeing them live, and we were absolutely blown away by them at our wedding! The jazz trio during cocktail hour was amazing and the band did an incredible job during our reception. The dance party never stopped, every guest was dancing and every song was a hit! Rickie did a wonderful job as MC and the other band members were great - they interacted with the crowd and kept the party going all night. Their range is incredible and their cover of our wedding song was magical. We cannot say enough about them! We have Fever to thank for our guests commenting that our wedding was "the best wedding ever"!

The band Fever did a fantasic job at our wedding. All of our guests still talk about the wonderful job that Rickie and the band did for us! The band had a given us a great selection of music and let us choose songs that were special to us. The lights that were used during the reception were an awesome touch to their performance. Hendrix did a really good job announcing us in to the ceremony and throughout the reception. Overall all a very good performance and highly recommended by us and our family and friends! Ed and Jen

Rickie and the band Fever played for us this past fall and put on a fantastic performance! We had guests from all ages (teens to 80 years old), and everyone enjoyed the show. There were also professional musicians in attendance who were very impressed as well. You cannot go wrong with this band!!
