Fiddleheads & Finery Event Planning is based in central Maine. We help create celebrations that are full of character, but not overwhelming. We believe that couples should be able to relax and enjoy their day, knowing that the details are in capable hands. Owned by Gwen Rollins, Fiddleheads & Finery specializes in planning and coordinating initimate Maine-centric weddings. Passionate about trying new experiences, Gwen understands that each wedding should be a one-of-a-kind reflection of the happy couple, their likes, and their personalities. She is enthusiastic about all that Maine has to offer, and wants couples to share in its uniqueness on their wedding day. Whether it’s a summer celebration on the coast or wedding portraits in a forest, Maine can serve as a backdrop to your magical day. Her sister Maida works as the associate planner and focuses on bringing meaning and authenticity to the celebration. From the engagement to coordinating the rehearsal dinner, Gwen is ready to support you in any aspect you need. Fiddleheads & Finery offer coordination services for couples that are hoping to do the planning themselves, in the event they need additional support. For others, Gwen and Maida can plan the wedding from start to finish, and can even design an entire weekend around it. Some of the services on offer include vendor recommendations, in-depth checklists, and budgeting assistance. They can also assist with guest lists and floor plans, aiming to reduce any stresses the couple may be feeling. Additional coordinators can accompany Gwen and Maida, for larger events or celebrations spanning multiple locations.
