We love Field & Florist! They did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding in Southwestern Michigan. Heidi worked with us to really think about the space and what we wanted the feel of the wedding to be. We trusted their taste and they delivered a beautiful final product. Beautiful, classy, elegant. It was also so special to use local flowers, as their flower farm was only a few towns over from our venue. Thank you!!

Heidi at Field & Florist was an absolute charm to work with! From our first meeting, I knew I could trust her to do a phenomenal and unique job with my wedding flowers. As a gardener and floriculture lover myself, I was picky about what I liked and disliked. Heidi worked patiently and politely with me and my budget to create floral designs that were nothing short of perfection. Heidi and her business partner Molly own a flower farm where they grow lots of their own material, which is a special locally sourced touch. They are very passionate about her work, and that transfers to the beauty of what they create. The day of the wedding Heidi arrived promptly and radiated a calm and positive demeanor. She had to do a bit of running to hunt down all the family and wedding party who needed boutonnieres and corsages pinned last minute. She executed everything flawlessly. From my bouquet and flower crown, to our reception décor and fresh blooms she arranged on our cake, Heidi truly made my vision a reality and exceeded all expectations. Each arrangement was a bit unique and contained unexpected elements like fresh basil. My guests all raved about the florals. I would 100% recommend Field & Florist!

Field and Florist is a small, privately owned farm in the suburbs that specializes in formal flowers that are ideal for events like weddings. The flowers are grown organically and sustainably, without the use of dangerous chemical sprays or synthetic fertilizers. Heidi, the owner and farmer, lovingly raises the flowers herself and then artfully arranges them into beautiful pieces. Working with F&F means supporting local small business and ethical, sustainable farming but won't blow your budget! Heidi and I (the bride) met one-on-one on the farm and discussed my ideas for centerpieces. She asked insightful questions to determine my style. Most importantly, she respected my budget, cast no judgment, and didn't pressure me to upgrade or make me feel that I would receive anything but lovely blooms. On the wedding day, Heidi showed up early and exuded a calm, happy demeanor. Without any fuss, she happily whipped up some extra boutonieres (not on our order, my fault!) and transformed my mother's pin-on corsage to a wrist corsage quickly and easily. At this critical time, she was prepared, competent, and accommodating. In addition to the centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonierres, we asked Heidi to source some potted plants for our ceremony. She worked with me to choose the best plants for the season and for our color scheme and found quality pots -- all at a very reasonable price. One week before the wedding, she was able to add an additional pot to the order without a problem. (I would have understood if this wasn't possible, but she was able to do it!) Our centerpieces were gorgeous -- I literally gasped when I walked into the reception hall. There was a truly artistic mix of blooms, grasses, leaves, berries, and even herbs at each table. This may SOUND strange, but I trusted Heidi's vision and was so very pleased that I did. HIGHLY recommended vendor for a wedding or other formal event!

Tammy makes beautiful arrangement and really understood my vision for the flowers. She was also very reasonable price wise and willing to work on a budget.
