Our wedding cake was to die for!!! It was exactly what we were hoping for and more! Heather designed the cake based on our request and it was perfect! The cake flavor we wanted wasn't on her list of options, but she created our Lemon Blueberry cake to our liking anyway. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but great things to say about our cake, some even went for seconds! We highly recommend using Fields of Heather Bakery for any event!

First I must say Heather was so very professional and organized. She was easy to talk to and work with. My mom and I met her at her shop and had a tasting. OMG!!! Delicious is an understatement! I picked four flavors and four icings...one icing she actually made for the first time. I explained how my then fiancé loved Nutella and would like to have a whipped icing with that flavor. I cannot and still do not believe she never worked with Nutella before. It was outstanding! We chose to go with an assortment of desserts for our fall wedding. Mini apple pies, pumpkin cream cheese bars, hot chocolate cookies, s'more cookies, pumpkin pecan cookies, pumpkin pie, candied and caramel apples and last but not least the cupcake tower. The four cupcakes...cookies and cream with a better cream icing, white raspberry with white choc mousse, peanut butter cupcake with Nutella mousse and lemon pound cake with better cream icing. Something for everyone, secretly all for me hahaha and him ;-)!! I can't say enough about the quality of Heathers work, the ease of communication, her patience and talent! I made cake stands/dessert platters and she worked so well with everything. I highly recommend Heather. So much so that when I returned the cupcake tower the next day, I made a few purchases in her bakery. With all the busy-ness of the wedding I didn't get to eat everything...so I just had to have a few goodies for the ride home. Amazing! Keep doing what you do Heather, you're fantastic and a true joy to work with! I'll for surely be visiting you in the future!!

We had white chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate filling, and omg they were DELICIOUS!! Everyone commented how good they were. Heather was nice to work with, and very understanding when we had to postpone our wedding at the last minute due to hurricane Irene.
