Fifi took great care of me and my wedding gown! I purchased a dress that was a size 10 and Fifi tailored my dress to fit me like a glove! She was very patient, kind, and willing to do anything to make sure I looked great and felt beautiful. Not only is she professional, but she's also punctual in her timing of tailoring to ensure your dress will be ready a week or two before your big day. I would highly suggest and recommend Fifi's Bridal to any bride who's not only looking to get their dress tailored but to a bride who's looking to walk out of the store with a dress that will make them feel like the beautiful bride she is on a day that every little girl dreams of! Fifi is the best!

Fifi and her team were so helpful and so knowledgeable about wedding and alterations. I never worried for a second about my dress. The dress fit perfectly on my wedding day and my bridesmaids were able to do the bustle in like 5 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else for alterations

I wish I could say I had a good experience with Fifi’s, as they have been around for a long time and came highly recommended. I made an alterations appointment 3 months before my wedding for a dress that I was told “fit me like a glove and would need very minor alterations”. When I walked in, she had me put on the dress and immediately started cutting the hem. There was no discussion of pricing or approximately how much the alterations would cost. The bridal shop where I bought my dress told me to expect around $200 in alterations because the fit was great. When Fifi only pinned the hem, the top of the shoulders and did a bustle, I was excited that only minor changes were needed. She had me take off the dress and brought me to her desk. There, she handed me a bill for $850. I was legitimately in shock. She told me the dress needed to be cleaned (it was from a sample sale), and the cleaning fee was included at $250. I didn’t know what to do as this is the first wedding I’ve been a part of. I felt forced to pay for the services as she had already cut my dress. She also required full payment that day, that moment rather than “payment upon completion” with a downpayment. As soon as I left the shop, I cried and felt blindsided. I dealt with the financial hit even though everyone was telling me I overpaid. I returned for my second appointment and she stated the bustle she previously did would not work so she was going to redo it. I came in for the final appointment and she said there was no need to try the dress on. When the wedding day came, the bustle was completely ineffective and came undone multiple times, making it extremely difficult to dance or to enjoy the evening because I had to carry my train in my hand. It also was very complicated to figure out. For the amount I paid, I was very unhappy and would really not recommend her shop.
