n our absolute dream honeymoon to Paris and the French Riviera. As a couple who wanted to stay in a few different cities, and had many desires for day trips/excursions, she accommodated us to perfection. From wine tasting in the hills of the French Riviera, to a private tour of the Louvre in Paris, she has all the best resources and ideas that align to initial desires which she grasped over numerous communications. Fifth Meridian made our honeymoon stress free and amazing. All excursions were timely; any dream dinner reservations we wanted we got (like at the top of the Eiffel Tower); and any in trip changes were communicated to both us and the hotel with new itineraries being available right at our fingertips. Pure amazement. Thank you Donatella!

More than that, Donatella breezed through late-minute changes we requested without batting an eyelid and responded with total professionalism and exemplary speed. The App which she has had developed to link with her clients is a wonderful innovation and added even greater confidence that flight, hotel and other holiday details were always to hand. She can update that information in real time so any changes can be communicated easily and efficiently. travel to making reservations at the best local restaurants. Just knowing that everything was taken care of by someone we could trust was so comforting. She absolutely went above and beyond for us and because we booking using Fifth Meridian the hotels gave us upgrades and welcome gifts. I will definitely be using them again and have referred my parents to use their services as well.

. Donatella planned our dream trip to Spain where we travelled to Barcelona and Mallorca. The customer service was top notch. She was at the ready to help us book or change anything we needed. When we didn't like one of the hotels that we were at, she had other options to us within hours. On top of the excellent service she checked in along the planning process, sending surprises along the way to get us excited. I can't wait to use her for our next trip. Wedding planning is stressful enough, I highly recommend using Fifth Meridian to take the honeymoon planning stress off of your shoulders. We couldn't be happier!

I've always used online booking websites to plan all of my trips but wanted added assurance that our honeymoon would be perfect. Donatella helped us with restaurant recommendations...
(which were great) but most importantly, when we missed a flight from Santorini to Athens, we were able to call her on a Sunday and she helped us book the ferry while we were in a taxi from the airport to the port. Her attentiveness and response time was great!!

Donatella is a fantastic person, focus on details, meticulous, help us in all our needs and preferences, and she has always advice the best. I can only thank you for your infinite patience that she has always shown us. I mention in particular our 3 week trips to California (cities and national parks) where everything was amazing and perfect, organized in all details. They care that everything is perfect for you to travel without any issue and they constantly update you on what's going on so you do not have to face any bad surprise. Just relax! wanted. We had a disastrous situation with two very difficult families to handle. They took any kind of worry from our hands and dealt with every single issue, from the minor details, to the big things that were bound to come up when you are organizing a "production" such as our wedding was. Given the stress of the wedding, we wanted a very relaxing honeymoon. Lilli and Donatella went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly that! It was wonderful! Not only they found some great deals on accommodation and gave lovely suggestions of things to do during our time in Hawaii, but they also dotted our time there with little surprises such as the random bottle of wine, or the unexpected "welcome" card which really made us feel cared for and cherished such as friends would feel. Needless to say, we are thinking of a big trip for next summer, and we will certainly contact Fifth Meridian again to let them handle everything.
