Jeanine’s talents don’t stop at design. She has her eye on all the small details that make up such a big day. Unlike some companies, Jeanine does not limit how much or how often you can talk to her when you’re planning—whether it was a 2 AM panic text about napkin colors or a last-minute question about our seating chart—Jeanine was there, ready to calm my nerves, letting me know that she had it covered.
Her personality meant she handled every differing view (a.k.a. our very opinionated families) with grace, never losing sight of what mattered most: us enjoying the day of our dreams. With her extensive industry connections, she knew exactly where to find the best vendors, whether they were the big names or hidden gems that fit our vibe and budget perfectly. Most of all, she truly listens to what you want for your day, no matter what tradition dictates. “Everyone does it this way” is simply not in this woman’s vocabulary and it’s part of what makes her events so memorable!

My husband and I had our fabulous wedding in July 2022. I had actually hired Jeanine over 2 years earlier because of course, COVID. My wedding was pushed back from 9/6/2020 to 5/16...
/2021 and finally 7/16/22 . Although we did get legally married in 2020, Jeanine was instrumental in scheduling and rescheduling the wedding and all our vendors again and again. I am so grateful I chose her.
After reaching out to and interviewing multiple wedding planners when I got engaged back in March 2019, I ended up choosing Jeanine right away because of her promptness in responding to my request for more info. Jeanine is very quick to reply over text/phone/email. Even when I was traveling abroad and needed to coordinate invitations, we talked despite the time difference! I am very OCD, so any concerns I had, she addressed right away.
I hired Jeanine for full-service wedding planning and despite the 2 years of planning, I adored the designs and ideas we ultimately came up with. My wedding vision could not have been executed without her.
Jeanine is also SUPER THOROUGH reading contracts and she will FIGHT for what you deserve. Throughout COVID, much in vendor management changed and also inflation significantly affected things - but Jeanine really made sure we are getting what we were promised and that vendors did not price gouge our eyes out.
My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Jeanine, and bonus points for keeping me sane during all the planning and re-planning for over 2 years with the pandemic. At this point, we consider her a friend because of all that we've gone through together. I hope we will get to plan another fabulous party again!!!

t meeting she said she wanted us to feel like guests at our own wedding and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We ended up hiring her for our rehearsal dinner as well!! She truly encompasses what it means to be an intuitive, creative, CARING wedding planner and I didn’t have to lift a finger during the entire event. Just when I thought I had things like decor, and overall theme of our wedding covered (I did not have things covered at ALL lol ), she seamlessly fixed whatever issue presented itself and created a BEAUTIFUL, timeless, weekend for us. I loved how she not only made ME feel special but she made my husband feel special and included as well which was so awesome because the grooms are usually put on the back burner lol We were hesitant to ‘spend the money’ on a wedding planner because we thought we could handle everything….well let me tell you…along with the food and music as usually being the couples priorities…HIRING THE WEDDING PLANNER should be as well!! I cannot even imagine what my wedding would have been without Jeanine and her team. But because of them it was nothing short of being perfect. It truly was a pleasure working with her and if you, as the bride, want to feel special, important, and like a celebrity on your wedding day….hiring Fifty Shades is the way to go. tion was my biggest thing. She was constantly in communication with updates on products we purchased and any design elements. If you hire Jeanine you are also hiring her personality. Her personality is unmatched and comes through with everything she designs. Bringing a fun but, extremely elegant vibe. From giving us ideas for the ceremony, reception, and love lock place card moment it was a one of a kind experience. From seeing behind the scene clips on her instagram page, you know each wedding she does is one of a kind. I have yet to see anything repeated. Which in the wedding industry (from a brides pov) can seem like a hard task, but speaks volumes to the creativity she brings to the table. Jeanine was an integral part to our wedding day. As much as we loved our vendors, the Fifty Shades of Planning was by far our favorite vendor. Everyone in our wedding party loved Jeanine as much as we did. I will always recommend the Fifty Shades of Planning team.

able and offers wayyyyyy more than most planners. There is no limit on the communication at all which is a great plus. She was extremely impressive but especially when it comes to design. She took our very small ideas and created the most beautiful wedding for us! Our guests were soooo impressed with the atmosphere that she created I am still hearing compliments today. When we had our first design meeting after speaking about what we were looking for she presented all of her thoughts. She labeled our design "Soft country glam with a sophisticated down home feel" and let me tell you, it was everything!!! It was far from the typical mason jars and woods you would get with a "country" feel.
Her ideas took things to the next level! She literally busted her butt the day of getting everything into place with her team and brought our dreams to life. I can honestly say that if you are not hiring Jeanine, you are completely missing out on the wedding of your dreams!!!!!!!

Every little detail and design on our day was absolutely beautiful and speechless. Our guests literally could not stop talking about how different and gorgeous the night was. y my daughter and her fiance's vision were Jeanine's priority. She made herself available at all times to both me and the couple. By the time we met for our final walk through I felt like she was a part of the family. Although we hired Jeanine for Day of Coordination we added design assist at the end which turned out AMAZING. Fifty Shades of Planning's Ala Carte option was one of many reasons that led to our choice. I loved how Jeanine took an idea and ran with it to make it work. She never said "that can't be done". She was an advocate for my daughter and a friend.
The wedding was an absolute dream, I was able to relax and enjoy the day knowing Jeanine was there to manage the timeline, organize all the vendors, pick up and deliver food for the morning of and problem solve.
I only have one regret- I wish we hired her for Full Service!!!

eeled us in! We loved how each of the services that she provides were clearly laid out and we had an option to add on more services for the weekend if we needed. She was transparent, professional, and always available for a text or call when we needed her. Jeanine is always on board to make each of her weddings unique and personal to the couples she works with. Most importantly, she advocated for us when other vendors wanted to stick with "whats always been done", instead of thinking outside the box. She organized an amazing timeline for the day and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page with how we wanted the day to run. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to think about a thing! She had everything covered and was running around all day to make sure the day was exactly how we pictured. She even surprised us by adding extra touches to our signage and decorations to make sure it was unique and personal. The attention to detail and her design work for our wedding made it so dreamy for us to walk into. She helped us negotiate changes in some of our contracts with other vendors. The day of we didn't worry about anything and just spent the limited time we had with friends and family and enjoyed ourselves.
