Filigree Cake Design produces wedding cakes for couples in love throughout Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and beyond. Niki Viczian is the proud owner and cake designer behind this business. She loves working closely with all of her clients in order to bring their dream cakes to life. Niki fell in love with baking at the age of 10 when helping her mother in the kitchen. This driven individual then went on to work as a pastry chef where she honed her skills. Niki has also entered several competitions in the past and has been recognized for her outstanding work. It's these experiences that this baker strives to bring when creating your one-of-a-kind dessert. All services at Filigree Cake Design can begin with a consultation and a private tasting session. Here, you can discuss preferred flavors, cakes themes, and everything in between. From music-inspired three-tier wedding cakes to a selection of bite-sized cupcakes, Niki can produce the sweets that you want on your big day. For further convenience, your cakes can be transported and delivered to your venue.

nd executed all the details of our design -- complete with lots of intricate sugar flowers -- even more perfectly than we could have hoped. On top of all that, Nicki uses the best quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. Her Italian meringue buttercream is out of this world with a wonderful, silky texture that is not so overly sweet like American buttercream. My husband and I are so happy and grateful to Nicki for making us the wedding cake of our dreams!

ut a hitch. We chose a Madagascar Vanilla cake for the 1st tier, and a German Chocolate for the second tier, along with a silky vanilla buttercream icing for both.
