Christina and George at Filman were absolutely incredible. We had photography and videography done for our wedding. From the couple meetings we had coordinating our wedding to the execution on our special day, Christina and her team were responsive, organized and very professional. On the day of our wedding, everything felt structured, organized and seamless. From the ceremony at the church to our reception, the team was prepared we all of the shots we could have ever wanted. I highly recommend this team for your wedding if you want to capture the best day of your life in the most magic way!!

Truly the best in the business, and the best possible team to capture our wedding day. Photography and videography were always a big priority for us, and we began our search for the perfect photography/videography team two years before our wedding. While I had researched and interviewed over 40 photographers, I hit the jackpot with Filmman Studios. They were one of the first videography teams I spoke to and immediately I knew they would be the people I wanted to hire. Christina was bubbly, sweet, fun, patient. As an added bonus, her and George both speak Mandarin and Cantonese — perfect for communicating with our wedding guests. Beyond their personalities, their films spoke for themselves, two words “cinematic masterpieces.” On top of that, their pricing was extremely reasonable. On the day of, Christina and George showed up 1 hour early. Christina, just like she had been on the phone, was BURSTING with energy. She ran up to me, wrapping me in a big hug and I yelped out “wow it is so good to finally meet my wedding vendors!” My bridesmaids were confused, “You’ve never met her before? You guys seem like best friends.” That sentiment held true for the rest of the day. Shooting with Christina and George really did feel like hanging out with great friends. They laughed at our TikTok video creations, danced with us on the dance floor, and handed my husband and I tissues when we could not stop crying at our first look. What was the most impressive was the way they were somehow able to both direct and encourage, all while allowing my husband and I to have (what felt like) very personal and private moments throughout the day. Then, just 4 days after our wedding, I got a text from Christina saying our video was ready. My husband and I shakily opened the link and we were waterworks all over again. It was perfection — from the way it started with funny “blooper” scenes to the way it incorporated our vows and romantic shots. When we sent to our friends and family, no one could believe this video was made literally less than 100 hours after our wedding. Christina surprised us with beautiful drone shots, interviews with family and friends and the perfect shot of our first look which is and will be my most favorite memory of the day. Christina and George, I can just tell how passionate you are about your jobs. You have created pure magic for us and our families. Thank you for being a part of our special day.

She quickly confirmed that working with her was going to be a great experience. We'll update this review when our wedding date comes to pass, but for now we wanted to write a review just to emphasize how excellent Christina is to work with in the pre-contract and negotiation phase: 1. Professionalism: She is quick to reply, thorough in communication, kind in spirit, and committed to ensuring you are provided the package you need. 2. Better Packages: Moreover, compared to other videographers, it's our view that she has a more compelling offering. She has certain packages that offer long-form edits – providing (from what we saw with our family member's wedding) the best way to retain a significant amount of the big day in a quality, usable format. 3. Great Style: Finally, the short films that she creates are a lot more cinematic and story-oriented than most wedding films we've seen. Put another way, they tell a story more like what a filmmaker would do in a typical context, driven by voice-overs and compelling imagery – not following as much the classic wedding film tropes that can be a bit overwrought.

We just got married and received our highlight video within a week! We absolutely LOVED our video and how they captured every little detail. The day of the wedding they knew what they were doing, they knew how to direct us, pose us and capture what we wanted. They were so easy to work with and super friendly people. We had SUCH a fantastic experience working with FilmmanVideo for our wedding last month and we had all our expectations exceeded today when we watched the wedding video. We had a great experience hiring FilmmanVideo for our wedding! Here are highlights of working with them: Prior to the event, Christina called and clearly prepared us for what would need to be filmed. George arrived early, gave clear direction, and was fast and efficient with the shots he wanted to get. When it wasn’t his time to film, he was very kind, patient, and easy to work with. After the wedding we paid for rush delivery, which they completed on time. They also were able to make small edits at our request with a very fast turn around, so that we had the exact highlight video we wanted. If it matters, they are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (this helped because my bride is Taiwanese). They are very experienced with wedding videos and it shows with their efficiency and professionalism.

Just wow! Our wedding video came out amazing and I was amazed by how quickly Christina had it ready in a week! Very talented, creative, organized, and professional. THEY ARE SO CHEAPPPPPPP!!!! That's what was going through my mind the entire time as I was watching our highlight video. (Oh and this is so, so, so, good) Yup you heard it how much they charge is way, way, wayyyyyyyy too affordable for the value they deliver. I'm an avid photo and videographer with pro gears. Yet, the shots Christina and her husband had throughout our entire 5 plus minutes of highlight video. I wouldn't even able to replicate a fraction of it! And the fraction I think I might be able to replicate I don't think I would have been able to done it in the fly like they did! Not only did Christina and her husband's has some of the best, latest gears, (They have multiple A7sIII, which is fantastic under low lights!!!) They were also super enthusiastic, funny, yet professional, and so so so so well versed in their craft. They did not just capture my wedding but they captured the essence of it. When watching the video we feel as if we were there reliving every moment. And that my friend is something $$$ cannot buy. Tip them generously because holy smoke what the hell. I found FilmmanVideo via WeddingWire and loved their work. I knew they were the ones to capture my wedding after viewing a few of their videos :) FilmmanVideo's work is just absolutely beautiful and they make sure to capture all the important moments. My husband and I were so happy that we found Christina and her husband George to be part of our big day. Christina and George are seriously couple goals to work together seamlessly! Communication with Christina was so easy and she always was super quick to respond to emails. Whether it was through email or text, she would always respond right away. Even though we did not give her much instructions on what to record for the wedding day, she was able to capture everything flawlessly. The wedding footage was even better than what we expected. Christina was able to provide the highlight video via a Vimeo link and the rest of the wedding footage was sent via a USB stick. The USB was not just a normal USB; it was a wooden USB in a wooden box with their logo on it - very cute! My husband and I watched the videos and were amazed at the quality and effort that Filmman put into the editing. We had FilmmanVideo film our wedding in November 2021, and they were absolutely incredible. If you’re on the fence about having a videographer like we originally were, know that we’re so glad we decided to do it and hire them for capturing our big day. 

As two individuals who are absolutely clueless in front of a camera, we found it extremely easy and comforting to work with Christina and George. They did a great job of directing and interviewing us and our wedding party to create professional footage and highlights. For the candid and “documentary” shots (vows, first dance, speeches, etc), the end product was also beyond our expectations. The artistic angles and special moments they capture on camera are just irreplaceable - the iPhone recordings from your guests won’t do it justice. Being able to see each other, our guests and all the little details of our wedding in movie-like quality is something we’re treasure for the rest of our lives. Besides their end product, their service and attentiveness are also 10/10. Working with Christina honestly made our lives so much easier. We had to reschedule and change our day’s timeline multiple times, and she never bat an eye - actually, she had a lot of great suggestions and input throughout the planning process that really helped guide us to make the day perfect. On the day of, they operate with absolute precision and timeliness and are just a superhuman team. They fit seamlessly with our photography team and knew exactly what to do with our venue and all our guests (bonus for bilingual service in Chinese). Honestly, I don’t know how they did everything with just two of them running around, over two locations and 8+ hours. They even included beautiful aerial shots with a drone that we didn’t even know was part of the package!

My husband and I hired Filmman Video for our wedding in October 2021, and they absolutely blew us away with the quality of their work. Christina was extremely communicative / responsive throughout the entire process of booking and confirming timelines and details leading up to the event, via email, text, and phone call. On the day of, both she and George were so dedicated throughout - they coordinated extremely well with our photographers, and many of our guests commented to us how hard they were working nonstop to capture the perfect shots. Within 1-2 weeks after the event, they shared the highlight and we truly couldn't have been happier with the incredible video they put together for us - with drone shots, amazingly professional shooting angles, and so much more. It was so beautiful that we ended up ordering an additional extended cut. Their team is special in that they're not only expert at capturing precious moments, but also in turning them into a cinematic and emotional story which captures touching dynamics between the couple, family, and guests - and the product is something that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives. They were also very generous, meticulous, and patient with letting our family make many minor edits throughout the video editing process. Overall, it was a fantastic and worthwhile investment - truly a great value for what you pay for - and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

We met Christina where she was filming for a friend's wedding a few years ago and glad she was available for our big day. She was always very quick to respond and accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. This helped tremendously especially since we were planning our wedding from out of state. We selected the photo and video package and the entire team (Christina, George, Sam, and Benjamin) were such a pleasure to work with. They also spoke Chinese with our family members who weren't as fluent in English which was very helpful. Filmman Video was amazing to work with! We reached out to them 10 days before our wedding and luckily they were still available. All I can say is WOW! Incredible. We had some high expectations, but Christina and George surpassed them on every level. We decided we wanted to hire a videographer two months before our wedding and thankfully Christina and George were available. Unlike some videographers who did all the wedding videos in a template like way, filmman really make each video tailored to you, make it so special to record all the moments of your big day. I'm not sure I can even put into words how much we loved Christina and George! From the very beginning when we first reached out in our vendor search they were always incredibly responsive, answering emails within hours of sending them. We knew we were going to love their work because they had done a friend's wedding the year before and they did not disappoint. The emotion they are able to capture in the video is incredible. Not only that but they were extremely professional, arrived early on the wedding day and got straight to work so seamlessly and effortlessly and they worked so well with our photography team. We got our highlight video within a few days of the wedding and just arrived home from our honeymoon to find a USB in the mail with our ceremony & reception video. We watched it immediately and were so grateful to have hired them and to relive the moments and see that they captured so many great moments we hadn't gotten to see with our own eyes on the wedding day. This is my 5-star review for Christina and George for my wedding on 5/29/21. I looked through several vendors on Yelp, the knot, etc. looking for someone to capture our special day (We weren't planning to have a videographer at our wedding, but then heard not having one was one of a bride's biggest regrets). It's been a few months so I don't remember exactly what led me to finally decide on Christina and George - probably some combination of their very reasonable prices, Christina's professionalism, and their highlight videos being sweet but not too cheesy (exactly what we wanted!) - but I am very happy I did. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early at our first location. They were quick to set up and started filming right away (while not bumping into our photographer, who was running the show). It was clear they came prepared with a vision for our wedding video, and knew ahead of time what sort of footage they wanted to capture. This was very welcome as we were falling behind schedule and everything just started moving at 3x the pace. The whole day they were very professional, kind, and respectful. I received my highlight video shortly after and it was much better than we had all expected. My wife's grandmother watched it at least five times so far and cried every single time. My mother-in-law keeps saying I look like James Bond in the video (and believe me, I do not look like James Bond). This just goes to show how skillful Christina and George are at making you the star of your story. For anyone reading up to this point, congratulations on your wedding! You will definitely not regret going with Christina and George.

George and Christina were our videographers from Filmman Video for our wedding in Spring of 2021! They definitely deserve their 5 stars - they were extremely prompt and responsive via text /email and even showed up early to the venue to make sure everything was set up properly. They were both professional and warm, and were very easy to work with as they clearly explained what they needed in order to make sure the finished product was beautiful. They sent us our highlight video in just under a week. I would definitely recommend Filmman to my friends and family who are getting married as well.

Due to Covid, we were planning a rather simple outdoor function, so we really wanted the best we could find for photo and video coverage. Before talking to Christina, we spent a lot of time going through their previous work. What struck us was not just how epic each video was, but also how personal it was. Christina and George have a way of extracting the essence of each personality and bring on to the screen the magic of a relationship. Everyone who saw our lil highlights clip commented on how cinematic and touching it was. Equally important, they were such amazing people to work with - they had such a great attitude, made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and were so generous with their time and effort. They also indulged our little whims.

I never thought to get a videographer for our wedding, but FilmmanVideo was the videographer for my sister's wedding and after I saw her highlight video I immediately reached out to hire them. They notice the smallest details, capturing everything and each clip of the video leaves you wowed. Christina is the main contact when you schedule, and she is extremely responsive. I found myself emailing her at midnight so I wouldn't forget to tell her something, and to my surprise she would email right back. Every correspondence with her was extremely friendly and professional. Our wedding was originally scheduled for Summer of 2020, but with the pandemic we had to postpone. Christina was very understanding and let me know that we could move our deposit over once we decide a new date, should they be available. We finally set a date and luckily they were available. They arrived early on the wedding day and even though we were running behind with getting ready (my fault not theirs), they never made us feel rushed. They also wore masks the entire time, I believe they even double masked to be extra safe. They really find a way to blend into the background, because when I watched the videos I didn't even realize they were in the room capturing those moments. We also had a separate photographer, and they worked great with that team. I am extremely camera shy but they really made me feel comfortable. Their highlight videos are truly their selling point. The turn your day into a short film, worthy of all the awards they have won. I do have to say, if you want those great shots - you're going to have to work for them! I had to walk down a steep dirt hill in 7 inch stilettoes, we had good laughs about the ordeal and George insisted it would be worth it to see the shots. It definitely was worth it! They will also put in work and get down and dirty to ensure they capture the moment. They laid down on the floor, got in the bushes, and ran down the hill. They find a way to comfortably push you out of your comfort zone. It was so much fun shooting with them! The raw edited footage of your entire day is broken up into different portions. Ours were the getting ready, ceremony, and first dance (we didn't have a reception). This was great because I liked that we could watch the different parts of the day. Christina let me know the USB was on the way, she sent a copy of the tracking. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it, thinking it would be a regular USB, but instead it was a USB in a beautiful wood case. I also have to add that once the event was over and everyone was ready to leave, Christina rushed to find me & my husband. Mind you, they were already packed up and ready to leave. She told me the sun was setting and it would make a beautiful shot, so we headed outside and she unpacked everything to capture the moment. The video clip was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend hiring them. Everything about them is perfection! Their videos, personalities and professionalism truly make your wedding day feel even more special. I can't wait for the pandemic to be over so we can have our vow renewal & full reception and hire them again!

Filmman Video is AMAZING. We cancelled our wedding due to COVID but still wanted to include our friends and family in our ceremony. We are so glad we hired Christina and George. They made our wedding so special during this difficult time because our friends and family could still participate. 1. Christina was so responsive and accommodating. She managed to incorporate a portion of the ceremony that took place on zoom into the livestream, which was really important to us. She also collected video messages from all of our family and friends and streamed them after the ceremony. She put them together in a separate file so my husband and I could watch them ourselves, since we didn't see them during the livestream. 2. Christina and her team were so professional. They arrived early and set up efficiently with full covid precautions, working in our backyard space, with minimal need for our help while we got ready for the ceremony. Because only my parents, my brother, and my husband and I were physically present, this was huge for us -- we could just enjoy getting ready together without having to coordinate or worry about anything. 3. They dealt with tech issues perfectly! We had an issue getting the music going and the team switched camera angles and kept the livestream looking 100% smooth while that got worked out. FilmmanVideo literally just helped capture our special wedding day yesterday 10.10.20 and my WIFE and I couldn't be happier. Christina and team did an AMAZING job last week with the live stream for our intimate family wedding. Three weeks before our 9-person wedding, we made the decision to broadcast it virtually to 100+ friends and family around the world and contacted Christina and team in a hurry. In order for our family/friends to witness the ceremony live and with the many changes we had to go through due to COVID their live stream service was then later added. I'll be honest - I really resisted the idea of having a videographer for our wedding. Eventually I was convinced when our grandparents were unable to attend due to health concerns. I am so very grateful that we did and that we chose Filmman Video. Christina and George were so pleasant and professional. I did a lot of research before booking both our photographer and videographer and I was very pleased and happy with both. I came across FilmMan via yelp and watched their videos they posted on their website and I was really into their style of videos. Their prices were also appealing. My husband and I lucked out on getting FilmMan Video just less than 6 months of our wedding! It was helpful to show them our wedding timeline for the day of to make sure it was in sync with the hours we booked them for. I remember looking at my parents’ wedding pictures from their photo album. It was from the early 80’s, so my dad’s shirt had these exaggerated, borderline-obnoxious red ruffles on them. These conspicuous ruffles would appear again and again as I flip through the leaflets of the album.
