rictly casual vibe--so a golf course clubhouse seemed ideal to me--but the FITO's location, amenities (including ample on-site parking), and the facility itself still provided the understated, upscale setting I was after. I started working with FITO event coordinator Channing Maumus in May of 2025, and her expert guidance and advice were key to making this event a success. I'd never hosted an event quite like one before (catered dinner for 100 guests) so Ms. Maumus' input was invaluable. From menu suggestions, to room layout, to dinner music options, to the logistics of getting signage and table decorations in place, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and accommodating person to work with. I had a gazillion questions and she was always at the ready to answer them. Throughout the event and even afterwards, what I kept hearing the most about was how delicious the food was. And it really was! The FITO catering staff did an outstanding job preparing it, and the staff attending the buffet were efficient, friendly, and professional from beginning to end. It should be pretty clear by now that I can't say enough good things about my experience with Filmore In The Oaks. I highly recommend it.

husbands dream. The place sits on an amazing golf course and the reception area is absolutely gorgeous. Kim the wedding coordinator at Filmore and her staff were great! Very attentive and is very open and willing to answer and attend to your needs/requests. Our wedding day absolutely perfect and a big kuddos to Filmore for helping making this happen!

pful and easy to work with. We met with her a few weeks before the event to review details and she was able to accommodate all of my requests without a problem. The grounds are pristine and I loved looking out of the windows onto the golf course while the sun was setting during my reception. I would recommend using this site!
