When he cancelled, he did promise to refund us our deposit, but after our wedding, we tried contacting him multiple times and he did not respond to any follow up messages over email nor phone. We even tried to simplify the process by saying that we were going to send him a Zelle request with a clear note that this is a refund per terms of contract. Five days later, he emailed us a Zelle payment error screen and mentioned he would try again later (for the record, it's difficult to believe him, as I've never seen a Zelle payment fail). I sent him a Vemno request and a my wife sent him a message over social media asking for the refund via Zelle or Vemno. In the morning, we saw he had blocked my wife. I was still able to find and see his full social profile on my phone. We initially did not want to post this review, because he is part of our outer social circle, but felt it is in the public interest to warn others about Ron's absolutely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. We ask other couples to approach with caution, and warn if you are going to pay a deposit, do it through a method that can easily be refunded or just avoid him and go with a trustworthy videographer that responds to emails. Stay safe! EDIT: After he saw our reviews, he did resolve the matter. He mentioned he missed my Venmo notification and Zelle was still not functional. We think Ron is just in damage control mode.
