From the moment we started working with Alicia over a year ago, we knew we were in the best hands. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Alicia made the entire process feel s...
eamless, organized, and even enjoyable.
She was, without a doubt, one of our best vendors. Her communication was exceptional—always responsive, proactive, and clear—so we never felt out of the loop or unsure about what came next. She anticipated needs before we even realized them and handled every detail with professionalism and care.
What truly set Alicia apart was her ability to bring our vision to life while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. On the wedding day, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing she had everything under control.
If you’re looking for a planner who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Alicia is the one. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
I hired Finally Forever with a bit of hesitation because I had a vision for my wedding and wanted to make sure the person in charge would deliver. Our wedding was last Saturday and...
they did absolutely amazing! Ana and Kayla are part of Alicia's team and they ended up being the ones there for us the day of the wedding and all I can say is it was the best decision I made. They were super attentive, they followed all the instructions perfectly and kept everything running so smoothly. I can not say how much I appreciate all their hard work to make our wedding dreams come true.
I highly recommend using Finally Forever Weddings as your day of coordinator! I was not sold on having one at first, but I’m so glad I decided to. Alicia and Michelle were so great...
to work with. They started setting up calls months in advance of the wedding to talk through plans and make sure we were considering everything and staying on top of things. They would also contact our vendors to make sure they were aligned on timeline and details. This upfront preparation really put us at ease as we were approaching the wedding day. Then Michelle did a flawless job executing the wedding. She was so organized and timely. Everything went according to plan and so smoothly. We were expecting to have to deal with an issue or two on the day of, but Michelle took care of everything without us ever knowing. Our wedding would not have been the same without their careful planning and execution.
Alicia was the very best. She saved my wedding due to a closing of my first venue. She is super professional and very easy to work with. I trusted her completely and she exceeded m...
y expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Here were my issues with Alicia on my wedding day:
1) Did not put my cake topper out
2) Did not put out all my decor, for example, the handlettered acrylic escort cards, and I had ...
one guest notify me that people did not know where to sit because of it
3) Did not deliver my gifts and cards to groomsmen and groom's family
4) Did not have a lighter for the sparkler send-off
5) Did not follow my decor plan and for some reason allowed our florist to put our floral backdrop in front of us for the entire wedding ceremony which obstructed the groom and me for photos
6) Said she would have an assistant but didn't
Alicia seemed super frazzled and disorganized our entire wedding day which was incredibly disappointing. The entire day I kept finding things that I'd asked her to do not done. My family, the groom's family, and most of the bridal party all agree she was a disappointment. It's surprising to me to see how many positive reviews she has because I had such a negative experience with her on the day of our wedding.
