Ashley was great to work with. First we met and went over our vision and budget. She explained her process and gave us a lot of insight and guidance on picking florals. She worked alongside our planner and other vendors so well. The florals were stunning.

Having Ashley as our wedding florist was an absolute dream 💫. She was so personable during our phone calls/emails and passionate about making sure that my vision came to life. Each follow up with her felt like I was talking to a friend and everytime we hung up I felt so confident and lucky to have a vendor like her. My vision was classy, elegant, and romantic. With the white flowers, greenery, and soooo many candles, everything was absolutely perfect. Ashley respected by budget and still completely delivered and exceeded my expectations, it was more than I expected. She is truly so talented. On wedding day, Ashley and her team from Finch and the Sprout arrived right on time and personally showed me my bouquet- It was so special 🫶🏼. She explained whose flowers were whose as we had a bridesmaid allergic to roses. Also, it decided to unexpectedly rain in Pittsburgh on our wedding day (shocker right?!) But luckily we were able to switch the ceremony from outside to inside and the flower arch was easy to move! And SO thankful we added that on last minute, the flower arch was one of my favorites! My flowers were breathtaking and I couldn’t believe Ashley created them for OUR wedding! EVERYTHING WAS GORGEOUS!!! I could cry just thinking about it. Ashley was absolutely amazing and created the wedding florals of my dreams. She is an absolute rock star and made our vision come to life even just weeks after having her baby! She was so easy to work with and quick to communicate throughout our entire year of planning and I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!

Ashley is SO talented! She was patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire planning process and seemingly seamlessly turned what we struggled to put in to words in to reality. The flower combinations she dreamed up were none we could imagine on our own, but exactly what we hoped for! The design she created was unique and funky but still cohesive. We’re still trying to figure out how she did it! Watching her and her team in action is so impressive - the creative range is truly unmatched! It’s such a special thing when talent and passion come together and that’s exactly what they bring. We’re so thankful to have had her art at our wedding - no one else could do what she did!

I could not agree more with all of the other 5 star reviews! Ashley was a joy to work with - she was kind, helpful, personable, fun, and a true artist. I gave her a very vague idea of what I wanted and trusted Ashley to do her thing and I truly couldn't have been happier with how my florals turned out. We have received countless compliments on our flowers. I wish Ashley had a storefront that I could continue to support her floral business now that my wedding is over but I will be recommending her to anyone/everyone in need of a florist in the future. If Ashley is available for your wedding date, don't hesitate, just book her before someone else does!

Finch and the sprout is absolutely PHENOMENAL! On our initial meeting call, I didn't have much to give Ashley in terms of exactly what I wanted, just a few vague idea and concepts. But, I was totally stunned by her proposal. She somehow knew exactly what I was looking for and brought my vague suggestions to life. The venue looked incredible, the arrangements were insanely beautiful and she was an absolute joy to work with. Extremely talented florist and I would 1000% work with her again!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Ashley! From the very beginning she was always SUPER responsive, and just such a nice and wonderful person to work with! We worked through an initial consultation, then about a month before the wedding, we checked-in on any finalized table count or over-arching changes. We threw a lot at her! Grand ideas about a Welcome Sign flower box, Seating Chart flower boxes, maybe-arbor-here or maybe-arbor-there plans with rain that we were getting up until the final hour until our ceremony, even greenery above our dance floor. The great thing about her is that along the whole way, she was super respectful of our budget and helped us find creative and beautiful solutions to make the most of our flowers!! She also was so understanding as we were asking her about flower box dimensions as we built everything leading up to the wedding! The day of the wedding, she and her team worked tirelessly in the rain to truly make the ceremony of our dreams come true! They specifically waited to do the arbor last for us, just so we had a chance to wait out the rain... and it worked out and we couldn't have been more thankful!! She was very supportive and super helpful offering a back-up arbor rental as a plan B option for us for rain the week of the wedding. Everything turned our so beautifully! Our arbor flowers were absolutely spectacular. My bouquet was beyond gorgeous, and her attention to detail made everything come together in a way I couldn't have ever imagined! She also was there after the wedding helping to collect all of the candles, vintage bud vases, bigger table vases, table numbers and excess flowers (including my bouquet to take back) in such a seamless and helpful fashion just giving us as a family so much time back to spend and enjoy our after party! I highly recommend working with her! It was enjoyable and such an actual FUN part of the wedding to plan! She helped give us the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't be more thankful!

Choosing a florist for your special day can definitely be overwhelming with the number of talented individuals in the industry but if I can sway you at all, book Finch and the Sprout. I could tell from our very first call how passionate Ashley was about her job. She took the time to create a vision board for me which really started to make things feel real for the first time in the planning process. Throughout the entire process she was so incredibly kind. Always reaching out to see if I needed anything, sending a personalized thank you gift, etc. My other vendors even commented on how sweet she was. Flash forward to the day of and it was even more magical than I imagined. She took everything I was envisioning and brought it to life in the most perfect way. As an added bonus she now offers preservations services. We can’t wait to get our pieces back so we can enjoy our flowers for the rest of our lives. Thank you Ashley for being so incredible! Our day wouldn’t have been as special without all of your amazing pieces.

Ashley was amazing! She was so helpful during the whole process, brainstorming with me and sharing suggestions. She even offered to execute a few of my ideas that I was going to DIY. The flowers turned our beautifully, I only asked for a few specific flowers and spring pastels and she came up with the rest. I recommend Ashley without hesitation, she will help make your day picture perfect!

Ashley was absolutely wonderful. I gave her creative control over the arrangements, and it was the best decision. The colours, the differing textures, everything was just beautiful. My bouquet was the best bouquet I have ever seen! Ashley worked with my budget and was communicative throughout. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a perfect job on the day itself. Ashley was able to preserve my bouquet (I got a serving tray, ring holder, decor piece and coasters). The products are beautiful, and I’ll get to get my flowers forever. Ashley was so easy to work with! I sent her a few pictures of what I had imagined my flowers would look like and she built a proposal that I could never have done! Her communication was great and she was so good with follow up as well to make sure nothing got missed. The day of the wedding she delivered the flowers and everything was so seamless. Ashley was so incredible to work with on my branding shoot! I am a wedding planner who recently rebranded and needed my florals to look over the top and amazing and Ashley’s creativity and ideas were perfect for what I was going for. Ashley from Finch and the Sprout was AMAZING to work with. I was incredibly lucky that she happened to have an opening for my last-minute wedding reception in Pittsburgh. I went with the "full-service wedding" option and she made everything so fun and easy. After chatting with her on the phone (felt like talking to an old friend) she made my vision come to life, was so mindful of my budget and was able to easily pivot when there was a last-minute hiccup due to restrictions at our venue. Everything Ashley touches turns to gold - she created the best moody florals and was able to bring so much warmth and ambiance to our industrial venue (the Pumphouse). I absolutely loved everything she created and so did our guests. Ashley is so personable, yet extremely professional, incredibly responsive and SO FAST. I was shocked at how efficient she was at setting up and taking down. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing florist in the Pittsburgh area.

Ashley was beyond incredible! She exceeded all expectations. We had a destination wedding, and she traveled with the flowers and made all of the designs on her own, and not one detail was skipped. In the beginning, I was kind of particular with my ideas, but once we got through everything, I put it all in Ashley’s hands and knew I could count on her to make it beautiful. From rehearsal flowers, to arrangements, to boutonnières, everything was beyond what I imagined. She is so personable, friendly, and understands that wedding planning makes us brides a little crazy. So she is extremely patient as we work through ideas. She is passionate about creating your vision, and she will absolutely deliver!

Ashley is extremely talented, professional and detail oriented. For you to have an idea my mom unfortunately was not able to make it to our wedding and I still have her corsage in my fridge and is still looks very nice! She absolutely nailed the colors of our wedding! It was absolutely amazing! Flowers lasted for like a month and my house smelled so good. She’s the best!!!

I cannot put into words how AMAZING it was to work with Ashley! From the initial phone call to the floral proposal she created, the process was so easy! While building her own business, The Finch and the Sprout, Ashley still managed to captured my vision and make it come to life! Her arrangements received so many compliments and made me tear up at seeing how beautiful they were! My bridal bouquet was gorgeous and gave my arms a nice workout! If you are looking for a down to earth, great at her job florist, I cannot recommend Ashley enough!

Ashley literally was one of the BEST vendors we worked with by far. Her planning and creativity skills left me speechless. Ashley worked with us every step of the way and quite literally set the vibe for the wedding. The planning and details alone made me know I made the right choice with her BUT once we saw our wedding day florals I was even more impressed.
