Jessica Finch was amazing to work with. She was kind and patient with my fiance while he was purchasing my engagement ring and offered him a flexible payment options. She found the perfect tracer for my ring and he found just the band he had in mind. We often stop in for cleanings and love our time chatting with Jess. I would recommend her and her family owned business to anyone. You aren't just rushed in and out. Jess and her staff really take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for.

I shopped around for quite awhile, not having any luck finding what I was looking for in the quality I wanted. I was doing business in Lancaster and saw their shop. I decided to stop in just to see if maybe, I might find something. Needless to say, this shop has become my best find ever! Found the ring I wanted, the quality I wanted and was able to customize it to be just mine. Not to mention, the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore these days. I now drive over an hour just to see the team at Finch's when I am shopping for jewelry. Their place is well worth my time and gas any day of the week!

Marc was an enormous help to me in the ring making process. I had a few vague guidelines and I could barely answer any of his questions regarding the design of the ring. Despite my lack of knowledge and overall worthlessness he managed to translate my nondescript ramblings into the perfect engagement ring. From start to finish it was an easy and enjoyable experience. I have been nothing but amazed and in love with Finch Jewelers since my fiance went there to get my ring. He worked closely with Jessica and said that the whole time he had nothing but the best service. He was able to actually custom design my ring with her help and they even added a special touch of their own and surprised both of us! We both feel that the price he paid, was more than reasonable for what he was given, especially compared to some of the jewelers that you find at the mall. Needless to say I have requested that all my jewelry come from them, and we will be going back for both of our bands. I now live in Pittsburgh, but we drive home special to have my ring cleaned and to see them for any questions or needs we have with it. I highly recommend them, especially if this is something like your engagement ring and wedding band. The experience alone, of working with Jessica is worth it!

My family has been customers of Finch Jewelers for over 15 years so when it came time for my husband to pick out my engagement ring and wedding band he wanted us to go there as well. We enjoyed our experience with Jessica very much. He found the perfect ring for me and we are both very happy with it. I also got his wedding band there. When it came time for our wedding I was informed that they have a borrowing program for brides. So I got to borrow gorgeous earrings and a bracelet to wear for our wedding day. Such an awesome experience and if we ever get anymore jewelry we'll be going back to Finch Jewelers!

Finch jewelry is perhaps one of the best purchasing experience we've had. Upon entering the doors, we immediately felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Unlike most stores, the staff did not pressure us into any purchase. They were simply on standby for assistance. My wife was looking for a customized ring, individualized to her preferences and taste. Jessica Finch, the store manager and a gemologist by profession, was able to sit with my wife and answer every question to her satisfaction. I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism, especially since my wife had done extensive research on the particular ring that she aspired to. From their discussion, The jeweler provided me with a mold of the customized ring they had developed together. In other words, we were able to approve the ring before it was made. The end result was one of a kind ring that wows everyone who sees it. Even more gratifying, was the fact that the pricing was absolutely reasonable and more manageable compared to rings of the same caliber sold in other stores. We have returned to the store numerous times and the staff treats us with great enthusiasm every time we are there. Being a small business, they know their customers by first name basis, and give the personalized assistance that only a small business like Finch can. Finch Jewelers have a great reputation in the Lancaster area and when I knew I was going to need a custom wedding band, I immediately thought of them. Upon first going in to ask questions about the process of ordering a custom ring, I felt like all of the staff were very helpful. I have an antique engagement ring and wanted a tracer band to fit around it. In the process, we ordered my fiancé's wedding band there too. We are so pleased with the quality of both rings and can't wait to exchange them in one month at our wedding! I was in a unique situation where I was given a lose diamond from my now (thanks to Finch Jewelers) Fiancée’s mother. This diamond is near and dear to my Fiancée and her mother as it was the diamond given to her by her husband. As any man can tell you, I have never looked at diamonds before this and had no idea where to begin. Let me tell you without the right jeweler the process can be daunting. I took this loose diamond and looked at what I learned were called semi-sets at every jeweler I could find in Berks and Lancaster County as well as reached out to friends in Maryland. After spending many hours in one Jewelers shop to no avail the woman could tell I was getting frustrated. She pulled me aside and said let me tell you a secret, that secret was to see Jess at Finch Jewelers. After all my searching I had an idea in mind, I also had a drawing of the ring that my heart desired, with great anticipation I contacted Jess and explained where I was at in my search. Jess did not seem flustered one bit, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help; I provided Jess with my design and my loose diamond, and she provided me assurance that she and the Finch Family would take care of me and my design. A short time later I came in to see a wonderful wax rendering of this amazing ring that I had designed personally! Jess was amazing, she showed me my design in the wax rendering, she also showed me a second rendering that the professional designers at Finch had tweaked to make the ring look that much better. I knew they were right, Jess then found a pair of matching diamonds to add to my loose diamond, we decided on a gold and the ring making process was in full swing. I was astonished at the follow up that Jess had, she called me to let me know where they were in the process and the day the ring was finished. I could hardly wait; I made the trip to see Jess that evening, I was amazed at what a beautiful ring they had made for me. Not being able to wait to show it to my Fiancée I purposed that weekend, we are planning a wedding as we speak. The pricing of the ring was right in line with market comparison, if you want a custom one of a kind ring there is no other place to go Finch is it! I have since recommended Finch Jewelers to many friends as well as my Mother, Finch Jewelers and Jess provided me with exceptional customer service, made a very stressful time exciting, and provided me with a one of a kind ring for me to share with my wife for many happy years to come.
