Allison originally did our destination engagement photos and we fell IN LOVE with the quality and the way that she captured us, that we had to have her for her wedding. Yes, her photos are incredible, but what I love most about her is how caring and thouhtful she was every step of the way. From pre wedding to the actual day it self she made everything a breeze. she captured who we are, and our love in the best way I could have imagined.

Allison is absolutely the best! Her love for the Lord is evident in everything she does and she is very accommodating. She is compassionate, kind, took very good care of us and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. She has a very creative mind and has a very unique eye for beautiful photos. We had the best time working with Allison, she is such a sweet and wonderful person and so talented with a camera. We chose her wedding package with an engagement session. I had swooned over adventure engagement photos on Instagram and Pinterest and dreamed of having some of our own in a beautiful mountainous landscape. Allison’s portfolio showed me that she could absolutely deliver. While she’s ready and willing to travel anywhere in the world for you, we needed a location not too far from home and she recommended Max Patch. She directed us through the photo shoot as the sun was setting and painting the sky in bright purples and pinks over the mountain-lined horizon. Her husband tagged along and even helped out with wrangling our dog (who wanted to be in ALL the pictures apparently.) Our jaws hit the floor when we received our photo gallery. Not only did she make us look amazing, but she wholly captured the beautiful light, colors, and textures of Max Patch true to real life. Now we have our own romantic and swoon-worthy adventure photos which will soon be hanging in our new house! Allison also shot our garden wedding at CJ’s Off the Square. Your wedding day is such a massive life event, and you spend all this time and money planning the perfect day. You want to have mementos and memories that you can always look back on, and not have to worry that your photos won’t be a true reflection of you and your wedding day. After our engagement shoot, I had the utmost confidence that Allison would provide us exactly what we were hoping for. Allison was patient with us and our families and coordinated with our videographers. Even in a crunched timeline, she got all of the important photos. Again, we were thrilled with our photo gallery, and were so happy to share our memories with our friends and family. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Allison every time!

Where do I even begin? Allison has become a friend to me throughout our wedding planning. She is obviously the greatest talent, you don’t need me to tell you that (check out her instagram). She is so knowledgeable and trustworthy, and has a certain presence about her that just calms you. Every bride needs an Allison! Ha! We knew we loved her when she went exploring with us for our engagement session. Knocked those out of the park. But then we went through replanning our wedding three times and eventually moving it across states - a total nightmare...#covidbride. Allison was always available for me to call and bounce things off of, and was great about taking me through our options. She was just so patient with us. I cannot imagine our day without her and really don’t know if it would’ve come to fruition without her steady presence through this entire process. I could talk about her insane talent all day, but I want you to know that beyond that she’s is an amazing human who cares so deeply that her couples are happy. She has seriously bent over backwards several times for us. We are forever grateful to have found her! I cannot say enough great things about her, she’s just the best!

Working with Allison is nothing short of a fantastic experience! She helped me do our timeline for the wedding day and kept things moving right along that day without coming across as bossy and pushy. We even got behind a little (all the people who have watched girls get ready said amen), and she wasn't phased. She flipped some things on the timeline at the drop of the hat and never once seemed overwhelmed, stressed or annoyed. If anything she was kind, encouraging and sweet. She catches the most incredible, emotional detail and looking through our photos, nothing feels posed, unnatural or forced. She hangs back when organic moments are happening and captures them beautifully, and then steps in when you need direction. There are so many photos from our wedding day where I see it and say, "Oh wow! I didn't even realize she was there." or "Holy cow! I'm realy glad she got that because otherwise I would have never seen it." Sweetest soul you will ever meet in your entire life. I can’t say enough about Allison and how amazing she is at photography, and just amazing in general. Before I actually booked with Finding Eden Photography, I had been following Allison on Instagram already. I had never really thought about her being the photographer for our wedding because her photos were so beautiful and were SUCH good quality. I figured that she was completely out of our budget. One day, I decided to reach out anyways, and received a response back in less than 10 minutes. We booked within the next 15 minutes. Allison is always available via email, social media, or cell phone, and she is always willing and excited to help out in any way that she can. It’s so hard to find someone as genuine as she is, and you can blatantly tell that she is so passionate about her job and getting to know her clients on more than just a first name basis. On our wedding day, Allison was so calm and collected. I felt at ease, even when we were off schedule (which wasn’t by much). She also made sure that we were getting every single shot that we wanted, and I am more than sure that we got what we paid for in pictures. I genuinely could not have chosen a better photographer. We really enjoyed Allison on our wedding day. I have been planning everything the last two years it was nice to just let her do her thing that day and very easy going. On your wedding day, so many things will try to steal your attention, make you nervous and drive you crazy (if you let them)! The best thing to do, ideally, is plan ahead and put people you trust in charge of certain tasks and force yourself not to micro-manage anything (ESPECIALLY the day of)! Soooo I might not have exactly had everything perfectly planned out and there was ALOT of last minute decisions made, lol, but I was lucky because I have such loving family and friends who did whatever was needed. Hey- I was doing this planning myself and had a pretty tight budget. However, there was a handful of things that went smoother than smooth and I think back sometimes like "dang, I got lucky with that." One of those things, actually a person, was Allison! SHE WAS A DREAM to work with. I didn't have to give her a list of photos to take, she was calm, cool and collected. We met a few weeks before to go over specifics- pictures I expected to have made and a breakdown of timing for our big day, etc... She looked beautiful and as always, had a very positive personality while she worked! She always made my crew feel beautiful, never got in the way, worked like a charm with the crazy groomsmen, and got breathtaking shots I didn't even know she got! She did a lovely job! From the big family photos, to the first look, to the very special PRECIOUS father and son photos (my groom and his son- my stepson!) Allison is also speedy with her editing time. She's not one to make you wait months! I think it's honestly because she's just as excited as you are!!!! You can tell this is what she loves to do and she strives to be better everyday. Choose her! You can't go wrong!!
