al day. Our day started at their beautiful studio with photos and videos of getting ready, my husband and I’s first look, family moments, and wedding party moments. It was a busy day, starting the day at their studio, having our wedding ceremony, and having our reception (3 different places in 1 day) and Chirali and her team seamlessly rose to the challenge. Upon receiving photos and videos from the day, I noticed that Fine Art Productions captured not only the big exciting moments, but also the smaller special moments that I didn’t notice taking place (such as my mom standing up and cheering at one point during our reception). Chirali and Amish were easy to work with and very accommodating of making our wishes come true as well as providing gentle direction when needed. Not only are they extremely dedicated and professional, they are also kind, caring and fun.

I will be recommending and using them for all future events. During our reception they turned around same day photos and we were able to project on the screen. They worked with my sister and husband during their wedding, so I knew they were great. My husband and I had a different type of wedding, we were combing both our Catholic and Hindu traditions, Amrish and Chirali developed a package just for us, they were able to work with our schedule (running around from one venue to the next). Chirali welcomed us so gracefully and was so sweet to us our first visit. She asked us our budget and respected it. Either way, as we sat there we looked at each other and decided to move forward although we were terrified! We decided to take the chance and see how it goes. Our first event was our engagement shoot. Although we had a few scheduling conflicts as well as a lot going on on both sides, Chirali was ALWAYS responsive regardless on what was going on with her. We found a day that worked and off we were to our photoshoot at their studio. We were so nervous as we aren't the model type lol but Chirali and Amish brought us to feel more comfortable throughout the shoot. Something that really stood out is that Chirali consistently mentioned if I had a weird look or hair out of place or outfit out of wack. Those details really mattered. Anyways things worked out and we found some pictures we ended up really loving at the engagement shoot. Also they provided us every shot they had. It was so a great experience. Also Chirali was so flexible with me to figure out my timelime especially for our pre-wedding events which I had no idea about. Fast-forward to the Sangeet. Chirali was great and made sure all of our combos were taken and she figured out my family weird dynamic very quickly and read between the lines. Next day she came to the pre-wedding events and was just so great with pictures. Finally got the wedding we had a blast with Chirali, Amish and their videographer. It was great! They ended up becoming a part of our family by the end of the reception and we had a blast. They did their best to make sure I got the pictures I wanted even though I was running late for the events. It was just an amazing experience and felt like we could trust them. We are now anxiously waiting for the pictures and video. We sent them a drive for the originals to be saved on the drive with all raw data. Getting the raw data was very important to me. Recommend working with vendors you can trust and Fine Art production was the best!

Amish and Chirali followed up with us on several occasions and expressed their commitment to working with our budget and tailoring a package to our needs. In the midst of the pandemic, Amish and Chirali maintained constant communication and provided assistance and advice whenever we needed, assuring us that our special day would be captured exactly as imagined. Not only did they assure us that our wedding timeline would be adhered to, but they also advised us of some key photo opportunities for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, not only did Chirali and Amish provided their top-notch photo and video services including the use of a drone to capture the grand bhariat entrance and serene surroundings, but Chirali also assisted with the clothing and jewelry placement of my wife, who was beyond grateful for her help. Our entire wedding from getting ready shots up to the wedding reception group photo, and post-wedding photo shoot were captured on a creative level that only Fine Art Production could have achieved. Chirali and Amish’s level of professionalism, commitment to their clients, and quality of their products convinced us that there was no better choice to capture our priceless wedding moments and provided us with everlasting memories. ortant pieces throughout the wedding including the BRIDAL ENTRY. The videos and the edited images they gave us often lacked attention to detail and effort. Particularly with the videos, where random filters would be added, and the audio track would not sync with the video. As per our contract, we communicated the desired changes we needed within 7 days yet often it took months to acknowledge our communication. Then they would simply keep giving excuses for the delays. We were not satisfied with the edits they provided and gave exact directions as to what needed to be fixed. However, the notes provided were simply disregarded. We even offered to come into the studio multiple times to help fix the videos, but no flexibility was given. Eventually we learned that they outsource their video editing overseas in India. It’s been almost 1.5 years since our wedding, and we still do not have delivery of our final products. In fact, it has gotten to a point where they don’t even respond to our calls/emails/texts asking for updates. Secondly, they engaged in price gouging practices the week of our wedding. When learning that we would have to cancel our reception due to COVID limitations, they refused to offer a refund for the event. They were the only wedding vendor we had that was not willing to accommodate. Instead, they offered a package which gave us photo/video for a smaller event and live streaming for the wedding. However, they did not know how, nor did they have the equipment to actually live stream at that time. My husband even went to their studio 2 days before our wedding to help get the equipment working. Ultimately, they were not able to hold their end of the bargain. Lastly, we would like to point out that before our wedding took place, they requested multiple times for a review and even offered an incentive (free canvas) for a 5-star rating across multiple platforms (google, Facebook, yelp, wedding wire, and the Knot). If you closely look at their reviews, you will see the same exact reviews copy pasted by people so they can get this incentive. Please be wary of the reviews prior to signing with them.
