DO NOT HIRE- As per the last 3, most recent reviews from October 2021, I too hired Dimitri for music for our wedding ceremony on 10/16/21. He was a complete NOT SHOW and will not respond to calls or emails. He is a FRAUD! Don't be another victim and pass this along to as many friends/family so he does not continue to get away with this!

Do not hire him - fraud DO NOT HIRE FINE ARTS ENSEMBLE. Dimitri Vychko will take your money and run. I want to be sure no other bride and grooms experience what we went through. I'm honestly shocked he has all these amazing reviews. I placed a $200 deposit (via check) for a Cello/ Piano Duet for my ceremony. When it came time to finalize my playlist and make my final payment (30 days before my wedding), I could not get ahold of him. He finally called me back a week later, leaving a voice mail and even texting me shortly after: "Just left vm. we're a bit behind with responses due to event dates moving around bc of covid shutdown last year. Hurricane Ida did not help as well. But we have you down. All is good. Your music guy dr D. Dimitri" Over the next week, I emailed and called him many times because he still hadn't sent over my updated contract with song choices. Every time I called him he was "driving" and would "call me back when he got home". HE NEVER DID! At this point, I was very panicked because my wedding was in two short weeks and I didn't have any ceremony music. I decided to give up on Dimitri and his scam, and booked a different ensemble last minute. I'm so fortunate they still had our date open. He NEVER showed up for my wedding and didn't even call. (Luckily, I hired the back up ensemble) I called him back after our wedding to get a refund on my deposit. He picked up his cell phone and pretended he didn't know who I was. When I mentioned our contract for musical services he shouted "CONTRACT MY ASS" and stated, "WILL YOU JUST SHUT UP." This guy is an AWFUL person and I want everyone to know HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Please please please do not book Fine Arts Ensemble.

This guy never returned my phone calls or voicemails! If I wouldn’t have attempted to contact him before the wedding I wouldn’t have known that they just may not show up. I had to find someone a week before my wedding to make sure I had someone coming. I tried calling this man several times and the last time I made sure to tell him not to come Bc he did not answer. Don’t use them! They will take your money and not show up. Not reliable at all!!

This guy charged us $700 for a duet service and DID NOT SHOW UP on the day of our wedding. He proceeded to call me an hour before the event and tell me a conspiracy theory about his ex-wife trying to ruin his business and that's why he was a no show to the event. He is a liar and probably on drugs by the sound of his tweaker voice. He told me he would process a full refund for his incompetence, a refund I have not received. I am filing fraud charges with by bank. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUDSTER. I promise you, it will not end well.

The violinist from The Fine Arts Ensemble played professional, beautiful music for the wedding! I recommend and will use this vendor for other events.

Extremely professional and understanding, especially given certain circumstances surrounding the COVID pandemic and inevitable changes to our event. Definitely recommend!

The Cello/violin duo we hired for our wedding did an absolutely beautiful job with our ceremony music. They were very easy to work with, even moving our wedding date from April to September, due to the pandemic. They played both classical wedding songs, and pop culture songs as well, and performed with seamless transitions!

This duo was a beautiful start to my daughters wedding. We have had many compliments from our guest. Thank you so much Dimitri for working with us on music choices and having to reschedule our dates. You helped make this night one to remember. Karen Russell

We booked FAE for our wedding ceremony. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule 3 times. Dimitri and his team were so easy to work with. FAE's performance during the ceremony was fabulous. We've gotten a ton of compliments on the ceremony music from our immediate family who was present at our wedding, as well as from our friends and family who tuned into the livestream. Thank you so much for helping us make our ceremony unforgettable :)

We booked FAE for our wedding ceremony. In the lead up to the event Dimitri was super helpful. We had great communication in order to make sure we were happy with all of the details prior to the day itself. On the day, FAE's performance was great, the songs were performed beautifully! Where to begin with this review....I have never been so disgusted with hiring someone than this person. I would urge everyone to stay away from hiring him. To begin with everything seemed fine up until two days before my wedding. First off I paid him in full for a duet for a performance during my ceremony a month before my wedding so they could learn the sheet music. We go over the final details two weeks before the wedding. Two days before my wedding I get a call from the pianist saying she hasn’t received the music and hasn’t heard from Dmitri. We try calling, emailing, facebook messenging frantically and he ignores us. We end up trying to figure out WHAT TO WALK DOWN THE AISLE TO the night before our wedding... and all of our ceremony music. It added so much unnecessary stress to an already stressful day. Almost three weeks later, I try calling him again and he finally answers the phone out of nowhere. He pretends to not know who I am and when my wedding was. We had been talking for over 6 months. I try to extract what the reason was why he didn’t show up or why he didn’t return my millions of messages. He didn’t apologize, nor give me an explanation, but he did give me my refund eventually. (Painfully dragged on for 2 weeks further). My husband asked Dmitry for a cashiers check for our refund and Dmitry started lecturing him that he should TRUST people more. Honestly, he should be ashamed of himself. This was an absolute nightmare.

Hired a trio and for at least 3 months, went over the songs and even paid extra for a special bridal song. Showed up 1/2 hour late with one violinist, who claimed to know nothing about a playlist, nor any other detail. Played nothing that was agreed upon and let us call and call the company, with no answer. Turns out, this was the same man I spoke with the entire time. His playing was beautiful and no one knew that it was not the plan. But, since then, and after numerous texts, phone calls, and emails, he is still MIA, as to what happened to the trio and extra songs which were all extra charges that had to be and were paid for, in advance.

We hired a string trio from FAE to play at our wedding reception. We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of this group. The trio was incredibly talented and we received many compliments from our guests about the beautiful music. The musicians fit in perfectly at our black tie event and helped to create the perfect ambiance. In addition to an extensive classical repertoire they also knew many contemporary songs and were happy to learn new songs that we requested. I would highly recommend FAE and would absolutely use them again!

Very happy with my selection for our wedding's ceremony music. They were so helpful in deciding the music selections and they performed them beautifully. I loved the extra touch of having live music for our big day!

They were easy to communicate with before our wedding ceremony, and performed beautiful songs. They made our outdoor garden ceremony complete!

The music was beautiful and the musicians were so patient when we had church-access issues on the day. Dimitri is hilarious via email; he's so organized and clearly has a tried-and-true schedule for getting his details together. I tried to do our T-1month a week early and was told kindly to wait until it was actually time, ha. Dimitri really was great; happy to provide recommendations but also had no problem when we deviated in favor of others from their extensive song list!

Fine Arts Ensemble was wonderful to work with. They were very communicative in the time leading up to our big day, and they were accommodating of special requests. Our pianist played our special song beautifully, and it really added so much to our ceremony. I can highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble to anyone looking for live music for their wedding day!

Well the wedding is over and it was a beautiful night. The scheduling agent, Dimitri, was a joy to work with. The musicians he sent us were wonderful! We had an unexpected glitch of not being allowed in the church until another event ended and all the people left. The two musicians had think on their feet and set up quickly. Once in place, the music was perfectly beautiful. I’m sorry to say that I was very distracted with our guests and left without thanking them for a job well done, but I had already arranged their payment with Dimitri so that was one less thing to worry about on the wedding day.

I used FAE for my ceremony music in the Catholic Church. The manager, Dimitri, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He helped me pick the duet of the violin and the cello, and he helped me pick the music for the ceremony by making suggestions within the guidelines of the church. The duet was amazing! Multiple guests mentioned how beautiful the music was for the ceremony. One guest loved them so much that she booked FAE for her upcoming wedding ceremony! Highly recommend this company!

Dimitri and his crew were wonderful to work with! He was helpful when picking out music, which I know nothing about! He was prompt and attentive to my questions and changes! Everyone at my wedding was blown away by the ensemble and couldn’t tell me enough how beautiful they sounded!

Fine Arts Ensemble made our wedding ceremony unforgettable. We requested two pieces out of the group's typical repertoire (which is extensive in itself) – including a song very dear to both me and my husband – and the string quartet could not have played a more beautiful rendition. Wonderful musicians! We hired them for our wedding in March and they were professional, prompt, and beautifully rehearsed to accompany our wedding ceremony. I am so thankful we found Fine Arts Ensemble and would absolutely recommend them for any occasion. A good quartet and bring to life any event one could imagine. I was pleased with Fine Arts Ensemble. I thought they were easy to work with and made planning simple. Dimitri was accommodating and worked to help us organize ceremony music that we wanted instead of just doing what is always done. The music was beautiful. They even worked with my soloist on a song we selected that was not on their standard list. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fine Arts Ensemble was EXACTLY what I wanted for my ceremony music. Dimitri and his team are accomplished musicians who are accommodating about making sure the sound you're envisioning is what you hear when your guests are arriving and/or you're walking down the aisle. Big sound, small sound, sweet songs or powerful ones, Fine Arts Ensemble are magical with their musical talent and perfectly priced for the quality of artists you're getting.

Fine Arts Ensemble provided the perfect music to compliment my wedding--elegant and beautiful. Dimitri was wonderful and easy to work with. He helped coordinate the music even when I wanted to play a recording for my first dance. In fact, the band saved the day when my first dance song couldn't play over the venue's speakers so they offered me to use their speaker system. I would definitely use them again for any event.

Dimitri and Irina were fantastic from beginning to end and made my ceremony music the least stressful part of my wedding planning. Dimitri always responded to my emails promptly and was very accommodating with our music selections. Since we were planning our wedding long distance, we had only visited our venue once--luckily Dimitri was very familiar with the venue and was able to make instrumentation and cuing suggestions. In the end, we decided to keep things simple and go with instrumental piano music, with the exception of the "Ave Maria". We chose a few traditional pieces from their extensive prepared list of music. They provided piano accompaniment to my uncle while he sang the "Ave Maria". They were even willing to learn 2 pieces which were not on their list: "Invincible" by Muse for the processional and "Somebody to Love" by Queen for the recessional. Both pieces were performed perfectly by Irina, and "Somebody to Love" had guests singing along as we processed out of the church as husband and wife! It was all so well done and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble and are forever grateful for the beautiful, memorable ceremony music that they provided for us!

This group is phenomenal! The music was even better than I expected, and I had very high expectations. They made my ceremony even more special and personal. I couldn't recommend them more. I wish there were more stars!

The cellist, Dimitri played beautiful classical music at our wedding reception that added that special touch. Our guests complimented us on the solo cello and we believe the romantic and classical ambiance the music created is what really made the wedding reception special.

Dimitri with Fine Arts Ensemble was so helpful when picking out music selections for the string trio for my Christmas wedding at The Roosevelt Hotel. He even let me incorporate some Christmas hymns that are not typical wedding song that they had to learn. I would definitely recommend them to any bride getting married in the New Orleans area. As a destination wedding, Dimitri made it very easy to plan from afar and I only talked on the phone to him once. We planned everything via email and it was so convenient.

I never even met these people, but they played everything perfectly. I only talked with Dimitri and he made sure every aspect of my Catholic mass was covered. A friend of mine used Fine Arts for her wedding and I remembered how beautiful her music was. I knew I wanted a trumpet and I probably had the weirdest quartet ever regarding the instruments I chose, but the music was beautiful and I loved it. I would recommend Fine Arts to everyone.

I took care of booking the music for my best friend's wedding in New Orleans. I found Fine Arts Ensemble online and Dimitri was very prompt in his response to my inquiries. This was a bit of a last-minute elopement, so finding music was tricky in itself, especially booking everything from California and not knowing the venue. Dimitri made the process so simple for me and was very pleasant to work with. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful in Audabon park and Dimitri on the cello really tied everything together. We were all very pleased with Dimitri from Fine Arts Ensemble and will definitely refer this company to all!

I booked Dimitri to play the cello, along with a family friend of mine playing the piano. As a fellow musician and music teacher, good quality ceremony music was VERY important to me. He BLEW me away!!! He learned two songs ("The Luckiest" by Ben Folds, and "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri). It was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed of. They also played gorgeous, more traditional music for the unity candle and for a half hour before as the guests were arriving. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Very reasonably priced and super easy to work with! Thank you FAE for making our day even more special !!!!

My husband and I wanted a few unique songs played at our wedding on a cello and piano. I was worried about how it would all turn out, but just hoped for the best. Not only was it perfect for our wedding under the oaks, but they were able to handle anything we through at them. When the groom misplaced the extension cords, they had brought a back-up battery. If I ever got nervous about anything before the wedding day, they were able to answer all the questions I had and put me at ease. If it starts to rain, they will pick up and set up again in a covered location without charging an extra fee (I thank God it didn't rain though!!). They really know what they are doing and put on a beautiful performance.

We used Dimitri from Fine Arts Ensemble for our string quartet for our wedding ceremony. Dimitri was easy to communicate with and was great in following up and nudging me to select songs, when I realized I forgotten to give him the song list by the date he requested. Oophs, totally my fault! Though he handled my mistake like a pro and gave me reminders and was very kind about it. He, obviously, understood that this bride was forgetting things closer to the wedding date. Anyhow, they had an array of song choices. He also gave me a suggested song list to help me in making the decision, which was a huge help. I can't say enough good things about Dimitri and Fine Arts Ensemble. I'm so happy I went with them for my ceremony at Latrobes.

Fine Arts Ensemble did an amazing job playing (cello/piano duet) at our beach wedding (ceremony and reception) in Pensacola Beach, FL. The process to book them, set up payment, and organize the music selections was simple and straightforward and was extremely helpful since I was an out of state bride from MS, trying to coordinate things with them in LA and the wedding site in FL. Both Dimitri and Irina were very professional (i.e. showed up on time, dressed appropriately, took breaks at times when the lack of music was not too obvious, and needed very little assistance with set up/break down). They even performed a special song from me to my new husband and it was beautiful as was all the music they played. I would highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble for worry-free, excellent wedding ceremony and reception music!

They were great! I'm in California and work nights so it was great I could do everything really by email. My music for the ceremony was amazing. I made changes last minute and they were able to accomodate me. I would recommend to anyone!

Although I didn't get to see them play at all myself, my guests kept telling me how wonderful their music was. I was told they were on time and very professional and on the wedding video everything sounded perfect. I also loved the fact that they were able to play "Moon River" for me right before I came down the aisle because it is very special for my family.
