We could not have been happier with Vanessa (Finer Events)! We had a large and elaborate wedding at Temecula Creek Inn with a lot of moving pieces, vendors, rentals, and details to...
coordinate, and she did an incredible job from the moment we signed with her through the wedding day.
Throughout the planning process, she was extremely organized and proactive. She had multiple check-ins with us leading up to the wedding, stayed on top of vendor follow-ups, helped coordinate our rentals, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She also recommended several great vendors and was always helpful when we needed advice or weren't sure which direction to go.
Her knowledge of Temecula Creek Inn was a huge advantage. She knows the venue extremely well, has great relationships with the people there, and was able to make recommendations based on her experience that made the entire planning process much easier.
Most importantly, she listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. With so many vendors and such a detailed timeline, there were countless things that could have gone wrong, but she kept everything organized and on schedule. On the wedding day, we were able to actually enjoy ourselves rather than worry about whether vendors were arriving, rentals were in place, or everything was happening according to plan.
She was reliable, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding came together exactly as we envisioned. Planning and executing a wedding of this size is no small task, and she handled it incredibly well. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married not only in Temecula, but anywhere!

that made us feel instantly at ease. Planning a wedding can be incredibly overwhelming, but Vanessa made the entire process seamless and even enjoyable.
Every detail, from the timeline to vendor coordination to the décor setup, was flawlessly executed. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life better than we ever imagined. On the day of the wedding, we were able to be fully present and enjoy each moment, knowing everything was in her capable hands.
Not only is Vanessa highly organized and experienced, but she also went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect even when there were some unexpected hiccups out of her control.

You can't put a price for that level of ease. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about making your wedding unforgettable, look no further.

and Vanessa. My wedding was very much a dyi in a backyard but the best thing I did was hire them for the month of service. Vanessa made sure I had thought of everything, helped me with timelines and contacting vendors as we got closer to the date. Carissa was my day of coordinator and I can’t thank her enough. I handed everything over to her and she was beyond awesome. I was able to enjoy my day without a single worry. She literally handled everything! From greeting guests to wrangling the groom and his “boys” to helping clean off tables. Again did I say she was awesome and made my dream day just that, a dream! Worth every penny!!! If your unsure about whether you need someone I’ll just say you do.

e is terrible. She promised us one thing, and then when we would ask her about it, she would say something else.
On the night of our wedding, we paid to have our event end at 11PM. Vanessa tried to get us to change to 10PM, even though we had to have our ceremony at 6PM per the venue. Once we had it in the contract that it was to be 11PM, I thought we were fine. On the night of the wedding, Vanessa told my DJ and guests to start leaving. It was only 10:25PM. She essentially STOLE 35 minutes of my wedding away from us.
We were told that there would be no other patrons on property, but the MORNING of my wedding while getting ready, Vanessa tells me that there will be regular distillery guests around.
Vanessa also promised me that we could block the upper parking lot so there wouldn't be cars in the background of my wedding photos. The morning of the wedding, Vanessa tells me that we cannot do that anymore. Even though the night before at the rehearsal, she said it was fine. So yes, there are cars in the background of my wedding photos.
Do not give her a dime, or an ounce of your time.

my back the whole time during our first event together. Many times during a wedding event, a coordinator can be on edge and make us feel nervous about making suggestions about the timeline. Not with Vanessa and Crystal. She wants to see us succeed for her couples and that is the most important thing a coordinator can do at a wedding. WE are so excited to work with her more in 2022 and beyond!
