trying to blindly sell us something. They were very helpful with putting my vision for this ring on a CAD drawing and then a wax model. When I finally saw the final product there was no surprises because there was so much detail and approval in all of the previous steps. It was exactly what I wanted! We have since gone back to get other jewelry fixed and my husband wedding band also. They clean my ring every time I come in and for the wedding they got it polished, they are just very humble, kind and pleasant people to work with.

husband was never hurried or made to feel like his requests were not possible, but quite the opposite! Atalie is always very patient with all the questions asked of her and she responds to emails quickly and thoroughly.
Even after our wedding, we had a sizing issue with my husband's wedding band and since we live in Arizona she sent a shipping label over so we could overnight the ring back to Chicago. The ring was sized down and sent back to us in less than a week.
Everyone from the Finer team is exceptional from customer service, to their attention to detail when making a design, to actually executing it! They are truly our forever jewelers because of how well they have treated our family and provided us with the most beautiful custom engagement ring as well as our wedding bands.
