Nadine is my assistant, you met her at the rehearsal the day before the wedding. I was onsite with teams setting up the ceremony and reception at both locations. Nadine did check in with you to see if you needed anything while I managed vendor arrivals. I was present while you were getting photos before the ceremony, and spoke with you. I stayed at the house with your family and wedding party until the ceremony began. I was onsite the entire ceremony and while you did all of the inside photos. We then moved ceremony items to the reception location. I met you and the wedding party outside the reception space after photos and was onsite the entire evening until all vendors broke down and vacated the premises. I was onsite at the two locations from 10 am-until the last vendor left. I had five staff members plus me onsite the entire day between the two locations. We arrived at the reception space to drop off decor and two team members at 10 am, then went to the ceremony space to decorate with four team members. We were not late, 10:00 am was the agreed arrival time. We did our best, and I truly feel the day was beautiful. I am sorry that was not your experience.
