be sure that I was getting the awesome deal that I thought I was. Everything seemed to be great, so I signed the contract, relieved to have found what seemed to be the perfect DJ for our wedding. When I got back into town, my fiance and I met with Antonio to give him all the details for how the reception was going to go down. We were very strict in our music selection as we did not want any songs played that were even remotely inappropriate or suggestive. I also asked him if he specifically would be the one DJ-ing our wedding--he said yes. Again, everything seemed to be going great. Then, on the day of the wedding, my husband and I walked into the reception hall and it was NOT Antonio in the DJ booth--he had sent an assistant or something (or maybe it's his son, I'm not sure). I understand that maybe he was sick or an emergency came up, but he did not even give us a heads up that he would be sending someone else. To make a long story short, this guy had no idea what he was doing...even though he claimed that he'd been DJ-ing for 11 years. He announced things out of order and off schedule--even though he had a schedule printed out right in front of him. I often had to walk up to him and remind him that it was time for the next thing, whether it was the speeches, parent dances, grand exit, etc. He announced that we'd be doing the "bouquet and garter toss" soon even though I specifically told Antonio that we would NOT be doing a garter toss. So I went and told him that we weren't doing a garter toss but that we were doing a bouquet toss, but then he never even announced the bouquet toss again after that. We also had to ask him to change the song several times because what he was playing was inappropriate. The worst part of it all was that after the best man and maid of honor gave their speeches, he took it upon himself to GIVE HIS OWN SPEECH. WHAT?! I have NEVER heard of a DJ doing this before. My husband and I were just staring at each other like, "Uhh what is he doing..?" It was SO AWKWARD. All of our guests kept asking us if we personally knew him in any way, to which we responded that we had NEVER met him before. The one good thing he did was he started music a half hour early because we were running a half hour ahead of schedule. I'm amazed at all the wonderful reviews on here...I wish that I had had a similar experience.

ty to a halt. We gave him some direction but for the most part just said that we wanted happy, fun music to dance to and they did a great job reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor packed. Our venue was also strict on send offs (nothing messy like birdseed or confetti) so Antonio suggested these LED glowing foam wands that were affordable and that came out well before the send off and were a huge hit! Really made the dance floor a lot of fun. They will also catch you with a few enjoyable surprises as the MC and we couldn't have been happier with them!

he last song was memorable as the DJ requested the crowd serenade us! That was a moment we won't forget. Hands down strongly recommend Finest Sounds of SA ... They are a bargain for the prices!

budget. DJ Anthony rocked the party! And let me tell you it was no small task considering we had people of all different backgrounds and ages at our party (Midwesterners, Californians, Europeans, and Mexicans). I was worried it would be hard to find a balance but not for Anthony. He kept the dance floor packed all night and played all the right songs. I also really appreciated his professionalism. He stuck to our preferences on the music survey and did not go outside them unless he got the OK from me or my husband. I am more than impressed with their work and glad we went with them.
