BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Susan Cady did an absolutely amazing job. My wife and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on flowers - we budgetted low and were far less concerned about the flowers than other aspects of our wedding, but when we saw what Susan had put together the day before, we were blown away and her work ended up being one of our favorite parts about our wedding. She also came in right on budget. Everything from the bouquet's to the centerpieces was absolutely stunning , Susan perfectly nailed the look we were going for (adirondack chic). She didn't do a trial arrangement, because the flowers we wnated are seasonal and she hand selects them days before the wedding, this might be a concern for some people but Susan was very confident that she would do justice to our desired look and she nailed it perfectly. Susan was also at our ceremony location (The Sagamore - right down the road from her shop), she set up all the decorations/flowers down our isle and even stuck around to make sure the bouquet looked good after taking all of our photographs on a super windy day. We couldn't be happier with finishes touches.

My wedding was on June 16, 2016 and we picked up the flowers that morning. The bouquet , bouts and wrist corsages were done so beautifully and the flowers were so fresh and looked amazing! I worked with Susan, she is so creative and designed exactly what I wanted without ever stepping foot in her shop. I am so very glad I decided to go with her! I would highly recommend Finishing Touches Florist to anyone! We are from Colorado and I was not able to bring the bouquet back with me but I saved a single rose which travelled with me on our honeymoon and through airports. I wish I could add a picture of it to this review because it is still in bloom 9 days later and has some fragrance!

We absolutely loved our flowers for our wedding from Finishing Touches! The quality, vibrancy and design of the flowers exceeded our expectations! Susan did an amazing job and we can see why she's been in the business for 20+years. I met with Susan a few months prior to our wedding date to discuss my "vision" of a romantic shabby chic wedding and the types of flowers I wanted within my bouquet, wedding flowers and tablescapes. Susan turned my vision into a reality. Susan communicated with me consistently up to the day of the wedding (we live in London, UK so planning a wedding abroad had its challenges, but Susan was always available, worked within our budget, and alleviated any fears). Finishing Touches delivered gorgeous fresh flowers, exquisite designs, had attention to detail and delivered gracious comprehensive service! I will recommend to all my friends and family. Susan was extremely professional and a wonderful florist. She was more than willing to work with my budget to create my dream wedding. She went above and beyond in every way. She was so pleasant and dealt with my many emails and ideas. Everyone at the wedding was more than impressed and blown away with the beautiful flowers!
